jorion:To be honest, I feel the Nigerian factor has eaten deep into you. Just because in Nigeria, taking ownership is alien to us doesn't mean you should ascribe blames to the wrong persons. Change your way of thinking and think along this line... Each state in this Federation has a CEO - who often doubles as the CSO of the state. Periodically, he gets funds from the Federal govt to beef up security in his state et al. A larger % of them do little or nothing with these funds and cry foul when their territories are attacked. The same enthusiasm with which you wrote to attack 'the pastor who looked on pathetically' should also be shared to attack the Governors of these states who allowed such to happen under their watch. You might argue that they do not have control of security apparatus in their states. That is a very white lie... Fayose took decisive step against Fulani herdsmen for instance. This is turning to a long Post, perhaps I could write on this and publish fully. Meanwhile, I guess we have to blame the FG for the intruder that invade homes and atimes kill seeing as they looked on pathetically when these were happening. Right? What do you call the appointment of Neighbourhood watch by community leaders? Security is a big deal, so is taking ownership. |
Ojiofor:You know, for someone who was born in 1898, you probably still have a lot to learn in putting forth your arguments. Agreeing in same sentence that he is the best we have had and then saying he is nowhere near Dr. Ekwueme is contradictory...or perhaps you didnt process your thoughts properly. |
Ojiofor:Has Nigeria had any VP better/more active than Osibanjo? |
Very unfortunate that the youths cant see. Move everyone to the USA and in a few months, we will be back to same situation. Just like peak, it's in you. |
Hmm.. Ok. 'Senate reconvene' 'No, we wont' DSS waylays them. Osinbajo dismisses Daura. FG appoints another. Senate confirmation needed. Senate reconvenes... New man get confirmed. Senate Leadership impeached ( can't tell how). Daura get reassigned. Just feel this is another game. I am tired of this country. The leaders are not in any way thinking of the masses. |
kolafolabi:Not friend. He respects Tinubu. Dem no be mates! |
Bakerdav:Bros, aw long does it take to get to Lagos from Abuja? Haba! |
Ok |
Is Jollof rice an Igbo thing? |
So sad. Rest on. |
Now I know that these guys dont care about the masses. Let an Independent Candidate arise with a strong force. Tired of these faces and names we see and read about. |
milemimi93:Careful what you wish my dear. You might be the one s/he is cheating with o. Still wanna get stuck? |
NOC1:U are very right my brother. I also said on another thread that there would be a mass defection of stalwarts in the current Kwara PDP to APC immediately Saraki confirms his defection... Now, I hear even the PDP Chairman there has defected to APC. 2019 will be interesting... Very very. |
Chinese snake abi na China snake |
Glare247:I no longer reside there though I have family and friends there. Unilorin schooled. Heavily interested in Kwara politics. 2019 will be very interesting. Saraki gradually losing his hold on the people. |
True! Have u considered investing in Nigeria? Perhaps get a trusted hand n invest while you hustle there... |
My question to the OP, is it possible to save $500 a month? |
coolcharm:Guy, budget is periodic. Do u make plans for 2019 in 2017? Never mind that the 2018 budget was approved so late, budget for 2019 can only be presented in 2018...still confused? |
If you understand Kwara politics, you will know that immediately Saraki n co defect to PDP, ther will be immediate defection of major stakeholders in the current Kwara PDP to APC. It is anything to wrest power from Saraki. It is about IDEALOGY. Belgore, Alh. Jani-Ibrahim (Lubcon) n co will definitely leave. |
odi1278:I hope they sort it out. Really I do. But there are just fights between a father and his son(s) that takes a lot to fix, doesnt mean the feeling is dead - afterall, he paid the ransome. I hope they fix it before it is too late. |
pdppower:Bible didnt say that. Money answers all things, the Holy Book says. It also says THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. The love of money brother. |
Following |
So gutted for Nurse Jo. Been following for a while, thought to mention that this is really an interesting piece of work. Centino, well done! |

I want this to be true |
The turf even better pass PH own. And that is a training pitch o |
For some reasons, I do not totally condemn the guy. While I do not support violence in any form, can we please stop to think that this guy is in a loveless marriage...Our Op would definitely have known if Mr. A was prone to violence. In this world, people sometimes do things out of pride/foolishness; he may have married another woman because of this and as a result is unhappy and realises everyday the mistake he made and being a Pastor's son too 'spiritual' to get a divorce. Again, I do NOT support violence and I can never hit a woman but...well, what do I know? |
CaptJeffry:U mean he has mastered the art of deceit! |
CriticMaestro:Is Obafemi Martins |
