To answer what is a free will. One would have to explain explicitly on ENERGY, TIME, REALITY, PURPOSE, CONSCIOUSNESS, and ACCOUNTABILITY!
Check through anywhere on the Internet and you would not get a technical fitting meaning of these aforementioned. Science doesn't, yet know what these are. I can explain, but I'm afraid I'll leak of too much of my ideas unto me becoming a writer and an author!!!
