I read the rest of the thread and was so disappointed with the trolling. The question still remain unanswered. Who should fund the house-help?? Those who own the house, those who sire and those who birth the kids should fond the house and its helps. If you are in the league of "I own you and your kids" then you should fond the house by yourself. You cannot claim to own somebody and expect the person to still fund their upkeeps. Everything that person needs must come from you as the Lord of the Manor. But if you are in the league of " we own each other and our kids" then you both should fund your house and its helps with mutual understanding. |
Palema007:I have this feeling that maybe you are not married. You speak from an idealist point of view and from the personal experiences of others and what marriage should be not what marriage really is. You talk about love love love. Which marriage is really based on that love, if I may ask? The few that married their best friends can do anything for them while the rest are just there to prove points to each other. |
hidhrhis:What the heck are you people worshipping? A "god" that only knows how to do bad things to people in order to prove himself. ![]() GEez!! |
Only Mother Mary will answer this question. She is the only one that knows whether she did it with Father Joseph or not. Foth all those arguing about the foundation of christianity, I laugh!!!! His birth, death and resurrection is the foundation of christianity, so, stop shifting the goalposts. Answer the damn question.!! Why did Paul in all his letter writing like Pa Obasanjo, did not mention the virgin birth even for once. ![]() |
The thread is not about nurses reaction to doctors. The twitter topic was "" And the Matron once said"" I don't know why we enjoy twisting words. If you are on twitter, you will know that 50% of the people commenting are doctors. |
EgunMogaji2:Are they not being fraudulent with their dealings, if this is what truly transpire? |

You'all should not tamper with the Lord's prayer. It would soon be disected to nothingness like all the other biblical verses and passages. |
Make sure that she has not been lusting over you all this while because ikuchi nwanyi simply means inu nwanyi abuo. No two ways about it. Are you ready to deal with the dramas? 30-40 years ago, it sounds so interesting but nowadays, it is very distateful to even think about it. Do not complicate an already complicated life. Keep life simple. Culture or no culture, this is wrong and thats why you are here because your conscience is telling you that what she is requesting for is wrong. She can't eat her cake and have it. If she wants to continue in the family, she should make do with what she has or she can adopt if she wants or remarry. You are married and two has become one, every decisions that will affect your marriage now and in future will be made and mutually agreed between you and your wife. Anybody quoting Onan in the bible, forgot to mention that Onan was not married when he was assigned to sleep with his sister-in-law. If you have made up your mind to spread your seeds everywhere all in the name of culture, be rest assured that if your wife is vengeful, you will be training other men's kids too. |
wirinet:Funny at the emboldened . Thats an errorneous submission. You forgot that most people grew up without their father or father figure. it doesn't make it right but that's the reality. Either he died young or he ran away and the mother was left to train the children singlehandedly. If you have never seen such then you must be living in Eldorado. How many of your friends and classmates were trained by both parents from infancy till adulthood? Did they all turned up as an addict, drug pushers and the lowest ebbs in the society.? |
qubie:It's no longer Jesus believing church but Bible believing church? Am i missing something here? |
meetme01:They always give reasons. Wrong body, how? Where did your sister graduated from and which body was sent the verification to CGFNS? |
Compu001:Make sure that the her names are correct and the date of birth followed the same format as theirs |
Breeze19:Congratulations. So glad to hear this. Barely 4 months after passing. Please can you give me a run down in how you processed the Philippines visa, hotel and flight reservation. Just the whole works of traveling to Philippines for NCLEX. Thanks. |
IYIMAN:Be safe bro. |

Lol. Cry me a river with your write-up, boy. You are reaping what you sow . You are proud to say that you are paying a graduate nurse who spent 5years studying nursing in the University,1 year of paid internship and 1 year of NYSC 20k because you owned a hospital.? That's 7 fvcking years of professional education. You obviously think they are morons for accepting that. That's just the game plan and you got played big time. Your colleagues started doing so in government hospitals and it's coming back to bit a huge chunk off your butts one at a time. Talk about karma. What really bothered me was the phrase that nurses crafted a profession out of doctors..... Like hellooo....are you OK at all? Please get your facts right before making such a false claim. Kindly read about the origin of nursing and Florence Nightingale, the founder. In case, you have no idea, the biggest series of hospitals in the UK against COVID19 was named after her. ....the Nightingale hospital. |
I have always visited my aunt occasionally and we also live in the same city. She has 4 kids with the last kid already in the University. Her family, that's her siblings has always mediated between her and her husband up until now, cos of the husband philandering. She was, and still is a very beautiful woman but years of marital anguish had shrouded her beauty and left her sullen. After her last kid left, it seems like she has left her cocoon and has brightened like a star. As the day goes by and the more I visited her, she looks so much different, happy and jovial. Everyone was happy that auntie ND is back and things are looking quite good in the homefront. Did I mentioned that she has always been the Mrs prime and proper that's why what I saw jolted me like electricity. There is this particular man that I thought was their family friend, you know, she being in her late 40s, so their friends are like family friends. I saw her with this man laughing, looking longingly and touching. Talking for long hours and she often brings him up in a conversation like it is normal. You know, how you will acquire a new property and always talk about it.. Yeah that's it. I wanted to ask her who the man was on one of my many visits but I refrained from doing so cos, damn, she isn't my Mom and what do I know anyway. I decided to bring it here cos what I saw joggled my memory and left me very uncomfortable..... The young man that saw his dad flirting with a tailor must have felt uncomfortable too. These are the people we look up to for perfection. People that cannot commit sin in our eyes. What happens when they are caught philandering? I was rankled by the advices I got from this young man's thread that it is good for married people to philander. I am married but it has left a bad taste in my mouth. This is my aunt, I wonder how I would've felt if it was one of my parents. |
YoungBlackRico:The only time you talk sensibly and professionally to a patient with a contagious disease like COVID-19, is when you are suited and kitted up as if you are going to the moon. Like this guy below We are also calling on volunteers to directs patients in our various hospitals< no particular certificates required>. You'all armchair cheerleaders and commentators should endeavour to apply.

Diiiamoond:There is always a means to get out of there WITHOUT HURTING YOUR INCOMES. FIND IT. |
Mizwisdom: ![]() Humanity can go to hell, especially with COVID-19. Easy to type when you are cocooned in your room with your popcorn and coke checking NCDC numbers. Remember Nurse Justina Ejelonu, the nurse who was cut in her prime during the Ebola pandemic? She died with her unborn baby and that's just it. Nobody remembers her except her former classmates and colleagues. Hey colleague and other front-liners, the mantra is NO PROPER PPE, NO WORK. Do what is best for you and your family. Do not listen to this sermon on the mount preachers WITH their ""not being in it for the money and stuff"'. You can still get a job after this. |
Can the bale be shared? RiyaGoddess: |
Their marriage wasn't successful. Those women just lost hope in marriages as they do not have options then, that's why they raise the new generation of women who will not tolerate cheating in any form. NextD18: |
At the end, she will stop visiting even with the kids. Their brothers kids will end up becoming a stranger to them. |
In this case, another C-section is more safer than an abortion. Lock and zip up if you cannot take the pressure |
You have no argument Mister. So bitter towards anything feminine. TonyeBarcanista: |
Look at this imp you might beat her and she might kill you. .Lots of MIGHTS. . DanTunde: |
Rittysylvia:I do not advocate for mothers to leave their children and I, also do not advocate for men to be exonerated for willingly shifting their responsibilities to women. This attitude is rampant in black culture where women are forced to adopt a role of pseudo-matriarchs because most men are not willing to be fathers and leaders in their households. Check out the current trends of baby-mamas. Very rampant in black culture. |
Rittysylvia:WHAT about their father? No hatred for him for not doing the needful. Lets stop making excuses here This is a selective emotional blackmail societies uses to continue producing deadbeat dads. We are not animals that donate sperms for procreation and run. We are homo-sapiens and rearing of kids by both parents are one of the things that distinguished us from lesser animals. |

. Thats an errorneous submission.
