tesppidd:Dont mind me, I thought it rhymed better than Sacknaldo. |
Starzo:Yes na. Since Man utd terminated his contract mid-season it fits him perfectly ![]() |
sprints1:New name alert: Terminaldo ![]() |
Jokerman:Truly Pendu dey try na. That's the essence of his name. Goatessi too try scoring the penalty today. Argentina go still qualify and top the group. The Saudi loss was just a one-off coupled with the draw between Mexico and Poland. But it's like all games in this world cup will have a penalty, so Terminaldo must be licking his lips right now ![]() |
Lol Argentina will break world record for today for most offside goals, ....in addition to a Messi hattrick. But this Saudi tactic is quite risky but has been effective so far. |
Harry Maguire turned into prime Maldini today: HARRY MAGDINI
|
Reference:Yeah it's been a while since his exit to a rival news station SABC. I always took his comments against Nigeria as mild banters though and I remembered in Tunisia 04 that he was always singing Okocha's praises. |
Reference:He left since 2013 but I'm not sure why he left. I think it was about some inhouse corporate politics. |
I love how Ecuador is dominating Qatar. Make dem just give me a 3-1 win. 1 goal for the dubious hosts to console themselves. BTW I didnt know Thomas Mlambo had returned to Supersports until today. That guy was the face of Supersports in the late 90s till after 2010. I loved the 9ja vs SA battles between him and our very own Peterside Idah on Football Africa. |
They are Ugandans. The pregnant lady's name is Martha and she had told the husband she was going to Kitwe, another town in the Country only to be caught with a pastor in a hotel. The embarrassment for the husband was just too much, cheating while heavily pregnant, chai. I've been laughing hysterically on twitter since yesterday. |
Pendu no get sense sha. And those supporting him on this share the same ignoble disease. In which part of the world does badmouthing your teammates publicly get applauded even if what you are saying is true? No organisation is perfect in this world and if every superstar in there starts to publicize the negatives, the entire business world will be in chaos. While still a member of the team, you lambasted your employer, your current teammates, your ex-teammates, your club and your ex-boss all in the same breadth while still collecting 500k pounds a week from the same organization. And some people think he is justified lol. This guy simply does not love Man utd as he claims. He's only using them to feed his ego and it's good they've now seen that's the case. |
It's like this Alex is heavily bald. If not, why e go still dey wear Osinbajo cap on top shirt and Jeans? Thinking of it, I've never seen him without the cap in all his Nairaland pictures. |
OJEEMAH:On point bro. That was exactly what Rooney said that made Pendu attack him. Ronaldo is out of touch with reality but is being egged on by some blind fans like Piers until he falls into oblivion. Which top club will still buy Ronaldo after his latest antics knowing that he will scatter the team once he starts sitting on the bench. |
Hmm, this current vulture that still thinks he's a peacock will never change. When the spotlight should have been on another Man utd win, He and his journalist minion Piers decide to release this putrid interview to take attention off United's progress without him. Yet he says he loves Man utd and is a good professional. How many people would he fight? Now he's beefing almost all his ex-teammates including those that had vehemently supported him in the past just because they could no longer shy away from the truth. He should get the memo which is that at the moment United is bigger than his finished as5 and he should geddifok! I see some of his deluded fans here trying to justify this outrageous outburst with Messi comparisons. But they fail to highlight that even when disgruntled with authorities, Messi was sensible enough never to direct a personal attack at anybody through an official medium. He understood that as the GOAT, there are certain levels he shouldn't descend to. Big thumbs to ETH for benching this joke of a player. |
Cutehector:Payroll management is not only about salaries, it also covers accuracy in calculating tax, pension and other statutory deductions which the FM is better placed to handle otherwise you'd be overpaying or underpaying staff and the Government which is a risk to the company. So in reality in most structured organizations, it is a joint responsibility between HRM who provide the source data and FM who finalizes the report with the deductions and net disbursements due to staff. |
tesppidd:Yeah Couz, that's a likely one sef. Pendu or no Pendu, we have a psychological edge over United same way Bayern's got a choke-hold on us in the past few years. It will be an unimaginable new-low if we dont win the tie. |
And so the fates gave us a reunion with Pendu. I don't even know which version of us to expect by that time. But if we have sorted out our defensive issues by then, we should edge them out and deliver the Coup de Grace on Wasiu's career. |
Kingcalls:You may be right, but PSG will take confidence from the fact that they beat Bayern in last year's QF. The current PSG team is obviously better than that 2020/2021 version defensively and offensively while the Bayern team has not changed much. So I'm sure Bayern too must be cursing their tough luck in this draw. |
Kingcalls:Lol sure Messi na d football god but I don't deceive myself that he's able to do it alone with 10 botanical species like y'all say about your Europa goat. I'm a realist. This tie is almost 50-50 for PSG and Messi. Though it could have been so much more easier. |
OJEEMAH:Sure I know PSG should be able to hold their own vs Bayern but my point is that they were so close to facing Brugge but a 94th minute goal from Benfica is now why they are facing Bayern. Their chances of going through just went from an 80-20 to a 45-55. Apparently, the coach thought they were home and dry and told them to sit back which is why Mbappe complained after the match that they could have gone for the kill if they knew Benfica was still scoring. |
Na PSG coach get blame for this draw. See what the last minute complacency cost them. They would have gotten Brugge instead they now face one of the top 2 favorites in B.Munich. Instead of the coach to drive the team to attack Juventus more towards the end, he told them to sit back. Anyway, you have to face the best if you want to be the best. |
OJEEMAH:Yes o. And there's even an argument sef to pin the poor performance on Pendu's inclusion and captaincy. |
oloyedewaris:Lol no mind that my brother. He's already wishing Pendu didnt play. |
Jokerman:Lol dont be afraid, I promise to be merciful ![]() |
Kingcalls:You just throw words around unintelligently and ignore facts. In 05/06, Ronaldo scored only 12 goals in the entire season with Rooney, Nistelrooy and Saha well ahead of him in the total scoring charts. He was not even Man United's top 3 best player let alone in the EPL. That season, Man Utd did not even qualify from the UCL Group stage and came embarrassingly last in the Group. How could you then say that was his break out season when he had little individual impact just because Madrid wanted to sign him? FYI Man City splashed 100million pounds on Jack Grealish, yet till now, he has not had a break-out season where he'd be considered among the world's hottest footballing properties. Comprehension hard for you o. |
Kingcalls:Lol, I have stopped arguing this Messi is better than Ronaldo shit, cos it's below Messi's GOAT grade and a waste of time. Na wetin them dey use rate people's IQ now ![]() Just to correct this notion about Ronaldo performing at 37 bla bla bla and I will address this once and for all. Ronaldo's break out season as a world class player was 2006/2007 which is exactly the same time Messi had his breakout season. Both were nominated for best player award for the first time on the basis of that season. For the smart ones, what the above means is that both Ronaldo and Messi commenced their world class greatness from the 2006/07 season meaning they have spent the same amount of time at the very top till now. Just as you are not criticizing Ronaldo for being average from 2002/03 to 2005/06 season, you cannot also criticize Messi for whatever he doesn't do between 35 - 37 years old. It is a fallacy that Ronaldo has had more longevity at the top than Messi as 4 of his early years were spent in mediocrity. Like I said, if you are smart, you'd come to the obvious conclusion that both Messi and Ronaldo have an exactly comparable parallel career time-wise. If Messi then goes on to perform at top level till 37/38 while Ronaldo plunges down more into obscurity going forward, then Messi would have outlasted Ronaldo at the top level. This is the fact. |
OJEEMAH:Kingcalls may hate to admit it, but he has something in common with Messi: Excellent dribbling.....online ![]() |
Kingcalls:Sell Messi to who? After how many decades of being the best? Guy sincerely you are a comic relief ![]() Ermm, lest I forget pls give us Europa updates on Pendu as those kind of signals no dey reach up here ![]() |
OJEEMAH:OJ, Kingcalls is just being clever by half. He knows Benfica is a strong team which is why he himself predicted at the start of the season that Messi was not going to score against them. Now when Messi scored Benfica, he reverted to his unstable ways to try to downgrade Benfica. Unfortunately for him the fact is that Benfica is a really strong team that PSG could not even beat in addition to beating Juve home and away. Messi even scored against Atletico Madrid in the Supercup in 2020 and scored Uruguay in a 3-0 qualifiers win in 2021. |
Lamasta:He cannot be in competition with one who is far better and greater than him. So you are right, I will leave the GOAT of Instagram alone ![]() |
Angelfrost:Haa you wicked bro. But ETH wouldnt want to lose any points because of a sulker. Make e comot by January so the guy can get the plaudits he deserves. |
Lamasta:And Ronaldo has already given up on catching Messi's seven time world best record. Nothing could be more significant than that for a player in football. I rest my case bro. |
