soonest:Thank you so much. I really appreciate. |
soonest:Thank you so much sir/ma I was budgeting 300k Or did you include cost of materials? Like iron rod, cement etc. I'm only interested in the cost of labour. Again, thanks |
coldcandy:Exactly. I just need an estimate Thanks |
rotecch77:I just want to know the cost of raising a structure of that plan upto parapet level excluding the cost of materials |
Good for them |
Good evening to you nairalanders. Assuming I'm to give this building plan as a contract to a mason, how much should be my budget, EXCLUDING MATERIALS? The mason will be in charge of everything from the foundation to the parapet. He's the one to bring iron bender, carpenter and he's the one to pay for every labour involved. How much should I budget? Note; The project is in the Masaka/Uke axis of Abuja. Thanks mufutau55 topsy23 takoro13

With their oil, I'm not impressed. Yes, it's finer than my state but that's because the major source of income in my state has been abandoned for "oyel". Again, not impressed. |
This one front page story. |
All these big big English is for what? I couldn't even finish reading the first paragraph, typing big big grammar like 2023 depends on it. He's not communicating abeg We too like English for this country. |
There's no doubt in my mind that this is the real history. These are facts. I took my time to read this to the very end. I don't normally do that. I've always suspected Igbos must have done something terrible to this country for them to be treated like this. Thank God I came across this thread. This is the gospel truth. In my 27 years on earth, I've always thought the Yorubas are the problem of this country for always endorsing these aboki people, but I was wrong. Truly, Igbos were and are still the problem of Nigeria. For goodness sake what was Azikiwe and all the igbo leaders thinking? How can you have several opportunities to destroy this contraption by the British and not take it? Worse still, you carried out a coup against aboki people? It's written in the holy books that children will suffer the sins of their father, this is the case of Igbos. Someone said why was seccession not captured in the 1999 constitution? The answer is opportunity comes but once. Azikiwe had every opportunity in the world to give the Igbos a better life, but he kicked against any seccession plan by the Yoruba and the abokis, simply because he wanted to show the British how loyal he is. WHAT A FOOL! The Igbos have lost their chance, nothing for them again By the way... So it was the British that just sat down and drew map for us and grouped them into subregions? SMH. I always wonder how Kwara state is North Central. Kwara state and a large part of Niger state are no where in the middle. Benue state should not also be in the middle, it is more in the south east. In fact the only states in the middle of Nigeria are FCT and Nasarawa State. All the other middle belt states were just forced into the middle. Plateau state is called a middle belt state simply because there are more Christians in the state than there are Muslims. Every thing about Nigeria's foundation is wrong. From the map to the leaders. Having said that... Nnamdi Azikiwe and all the early Igbo leaders have betrayed their generation simply because of their selfish interests. Una never see anything. Nice one OP and more of this type of thread. |
In Ameachi's voice "make I just siddon de look" |
Am I the only one that doesn't see a problem here? What were you created for? You were created to be fvcked! So how does fvcking becomes a problem? You were able to discover your purpose at a very young age of 14, not many girls are that fortunate. Girls were created to be fvcked. The bible says woman are created for men (sex). Your purpose in life as a girl is to satisfy men's sexual desires. So I don't see a problem here. Not many girls are able to discover their purpose early, so I can say you're among the few intelligent ones. You just need to avail yourself for the right opportunities to be fvcked. Stay blessed and happy fvcking. |
ThatFairGuy:So that guy is a nairalander Chai |
Ok |
Ok |
Mtcheew, this one na slay queens matter |
That is how it has been from creation. Cos every mess and trouble we find ourselves in today is caused by a woman. |
To be honest, I see things from the man's point of view. We all react to situations differently. All these people listing out different options he should have taken should wait until they find themselves in his shoes. Boys, don't fvck your ex that is engaged or married, you just might be signing her death warrant. I can't believe I'm saying this but I think I might do worse if I ever find myself in this mess (God forbid). I won't kill myself though, I will just kill her and her entire lineage. Paternity fraud? PS: A 25years old He was too old for her mehn. They belong to different generations. I don't know what's wrong with all these small small girls. Once they start bringing out that monthly blood from their vulva, they feel they've been given license to Bleep all the uncles in their street. RIP sha |
Raydos:I always say that the solution to 9ja's problem is not secession. Our solution is a recolonization. We need to bring back the whites to come and rule us. That can only happen if Nigeria is declared a failed state (because it truly is). Cos even if we secced or start practicing regional government, it will still be the same people and the same mentality in power. By the way, those pictures you uploaded are mind blowing |
BOOOMNAIJA:No, e don do abeg Hahahaha Oboi na wa oooo Na the whole Abuja you go snap? Chai |
All the commenters above me, if you like, keep on wailing and insulting these politicians, nothing will change. If you like don't go and join a political party in your ward and be part of the system, keep on "forming" political analyst or activists. If you want to see changes in this country, join a political party and be part of the system, that's a good place to start. All these insults and wailing won't solve anything. Ali Ndume might want to sponsor a bill to slash politicians salary but he knows he won't get any support. Imagine if we have fifty nairalanders in the senate that will support him? It's very possible. The first step is to join a political party and be a part of the process. You never can tell how far you'll go. Power will not come and meet you at home. Wailing and insults won't solve the problem. I'm already working on joining one This country is in a mess and we are the ones to fix it |
If you ever mention any Jesus or Mohammed here then you're an idiot. Culture should come first before religion. That's why traditional weddings are done before church/mosque weddings, NEVER does the reverse occur. Jesus Christ and Mohamed also belong to a certain culture. Today, you can decide you no longer want to worship Jesus or Mohammed again, but you can't stop being Afonja/Inyamiri/Aboki Culture first! |
What sort of crazy signature is this? |
It is written in the book of Exodus chapter .....verse... Fear RIP to them |
Hahahaha I can't help but to laugh at this news. So it's not only the vaginas that are not safe anymore in this country? Our assholes are also not safe? Chai. 9ja my con3 |
