If they have that number of customer care, why do they keep people on calling waiting for hours?

I also think is to frustrate the caller into hanging up.

I think they should just scrape out their so-called customer care cus its pointless if peeps can't get through to them.

I've learned my lesson. I'm not gonna use mtn the next time I visit.

I dont work with MTN but I think the reason why you were being billed is because while using wifi, you were using the browser which is connected to the network. in situations like that its best you switch the network service off while using wifi so the only connection available is wifi. else you use a network not configured for data then you use wifi.

When I arrived Nigeria, I subscribed to the mtn bb services. But it expired on tue n I've not activated it cus I'll b going back in a week time. Now the issue is, I use the wifi at home to browse. But since yesterday Mtn has been deducting my credit balance n I don't know the reason why. I use a bb bold 9000 and browse with d bb browser/bolt/opera.
I've tried calling their crappy call center but had no success.They just kept me on waiting for almost an hour on diff occasions. So I just gave up calling them. Pls
does anyone know the reason for this deduction?

Support, motivate and encourage him. Let him feel comfortable around you. A man likes to know his woman compliments him in a positive way.

Be Honest with him. Men like to know they can trust the woman they with. Even though the truth might hurt, tell him nothing but the truth!

If he's wronged you, let him know! But do not beat him about it or tell him the history of everything he's ever done wrong in the relationship. Nothing puts off a man like a nagging woman. Even the bible says it. A man should be able to find peace and happiness in your company.

As a woman you should know when and how to present your case to your man. This doesn't make you a dummy, it only makes you a wise woman.

Do not barrage him with exorbitant requests. Whatever he gives you, show appreciation and be content with it. A man who genuinely cares about his woman, hates to think she sees him as nothing but a money producing factory (Mugu.)

Pray for him. Not just praying about him but genuinely committing his welfare into God's hands. A lot of women do not pray for their men. Might be funny, but in reality true. Let your man know you care enough to remember him in your prayers.

Appreciate him. No man likes to think his woman does not appreciate the little efforts he makes in and outside the relationship.

Respect Him. This is important to a lot of men. Respecting your man doesn't necessarily mean your stupid or a dummy, it just makes you a smart woman. Because every man likes to know he gets some respect from his lady.
Lastly, Love him whole heartedly. Loving him whole heartedly doesn't mean stupidity or weakness. It just means you being real and genuine to him.

If he's a real and genuine man(Not a Jerk) he'll see you as a priceless jewel and truly appreciate you.

Also found myself in this position once. I had a crush on this dude who was a good friend. The dude in question was in love with me but didn't have the courage to say so. According to him, he was waiting for the right time. Well let's say when the right time came for him, I was already in love with someone else and in a serious relationship with the person.
