NOETHNICITY:
Why is it that its only when an unfavourable statement is supposedly made by Jesus, that its translated as a parable?Well, let's wait for d bible gurus to comeback from church!
That's because you choose to be ignorant!I told you to start reading from verse 11.It is written there that he spake a parable! No one is translating it as a parable dummy.

OLAJADON:
BROS THIS DOESNT ANSWER THE OP QUESTION.....DID JESUS(UR JESUS) SAY THOSE WORDS HIMSELFhuh?.....OR WHAT IS JESUS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THERE....
WE ARE READY TO LEARN.
Get understanding like I told the Op.
Start to read that chapter of the bible from verse 1.You will understand as you pay attention to the words and the context in which it was written.
Christianity Etc › Re: SHOCKING; Are Christians Aware Of This Jihadic Verse Of The Bible? by thorpido(m): 11:20am On Jan 31, 2016
I hope you are truly ignorant so I'll shine the light to you.
Read from verse 11 so you can understand.Jesus said.....
'And as they heard these things,he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.
Then He said therefore,A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.(Vs 12).

It was a parable!Do you know what a parable is?The bible says get wisdom,get understanding:....'(Proverbs 4:5)
Again it says,'.....and with all thy getting get understanding.

You should have a talk with him.Is he afraid of having more kids?then you should go to the hospital for family planning.
Your hubby may be trying to get back at you for those times you denied him sex.Apologise and tell him to let bygones be bygones.
If your hubby can cope with a timetable,he's probably not feeling you anymore. You need to bring back the spark.

UPDATE:: I just Got off the phone with a Mr. Ayuba from the Wheelchair company.

The wheelchair comes in three categories;

Small: NGN 18,000

Medium: NGN 20,000

And

Large: NGN 22,000

I also spoke to him regarding sending it to Abuja for us after purchase and he said it's possible. We will wrap up negotiations and arrangements on Monday.

So basically, the cost of the items we shall be purchasing for that young man will be 22,000 + 15,000 = 37,000.

I say we work towards making the total cost 50'k with the extra money handed over to the guy to purchase some additional working tools he may require.

Iliyande:: Please verify to us again that you know where to purchase the Grinding machine if you have the money to hand.

At everybody else who has shown an interest in this case, next week, we shall start making these contributions and purchases. I am still thinking of how to manage the contributions as I do not want to handle anybody's money. I will finalize with the wheelchair company, pay directly to them and have them ship it to Abuja for Mr. Iliyande to pick up and deliver.

TeHN, your help is now needed o.. Any advice?

Thanks to everybody for their interest in making a real difference in the world. God bless you all.
TeHN will be in d best position to receive the contributions.I hope they accept to.

Do you want to single-handedly purchase the wheelchair? That would be nice so others can make up for the balance.

Cammo:
That's the problem. I hope to marry her.
Guy,if you hope to marry her,do that in the next one year. You don't have to spend a lot of money on the wedding, just a small wedding.
She will be in your house with your ring on her finger and you can put in all the money you want.
Family › Re: Is There Any Risk Sponsoring The Education Of A Girl You Want To Marry? by thorpido(m): 6:48pm On Jan 29, 2016
Odi risky.
If you have the means and you can actually sponsor her,I'll advise you marry her, make she dey carry belle go school from ya house.
To sponsor a girl through school hoping she will marry you can lead to a big heartbreak for you.People are just so unreliable in this present times.

My dear it was that bad. FGGC where everybody wants to belong. surprisingly, people still do that till date.
Very bad.I attended an FGC too and I know there were a couple of boys then who would go somewhere away from the hostels to meet their parents but to completely disappear and have the parents go back home without seeing them is the height of it.
I guess girls are more guilty of this kind of behaviour.

Op,your sex life is boring and that is why you have sex with your husband few times a year. You need to spice up your sexlife.
I see you are very religious. Can you show me from the scriptures the prescribed way of lovemaking?I like to learn.

Is the man allowed to suck his wife's b.reast? Is he allowed to use his fingers on her privates?
Family › Re: Are You Proud Of Your Parents? by thorpido(m): 3:05pm On Jan 29, 2016
Peppyluv02,some students in your school actually dodge their parents during visiting days and those parents go back home without seeing them after making that trip?
Well what I'll say is that they will get the same treatment from their own children.

So what he needs is a filing machine? or a filing Machine and a Tricycle Wheelchair or a normal wheelchair?

So far, we know that the average cost of the tricycle wheelchair from the manufacturers in Jos would be approximately 150 USD (appox 50'k Naira)..

Now a filing Machine is what I don't know the cost of and it would be nice if we could find that out so proper arrangements can be made for its purchase if at all.

ANYBODY who knows where to buy a filing machine and the cost should please help us out here. Let this matter not drag out too long. Thanks a bunch.
I think getting him both-the filing machine and tricycle wheelchair would be nice.I don't think the filing machine will cost much.

1. I don't want to resort to a life of using drugs for fear of being addicted to it.
2. I know it won't be a while collar job duh
3. I don't like the idea of teaching,
I don't know what to teach
Cant teach what I don't know
Not good at speaking, long talk wears me out & I'm hardly understood
I don't like dealing with kids, they're noisy.

4. I'm never the type to force myself on people, it's a concept I was aware of since forever. If people don't gravitate to me for whatever reason IDGAF.
I know I was always friendly, maybe even too much that's why I feel so torn inside cost I was too cool with everybody. I'm always open but wary of those who come close but people misunderstood my introverted & reserved nature as snobbish which pissed me off, drove in the opposite direction.

5. Nigguh, that's a trick question
You don't have to be on drugs forever. You may not even be placed on drugs, just sessions of psychotherapy.
I just suggested teaching, that may not be your area of interest but there are other areas.I see young people doing one thing or the other and i know they are jobs you don't need a degree for.Sometimes it's just your personality you need to fit into such jobs. You just have to try.

I'll recommend you visit a clinical psychologist.

How do you expect me to go back to school when I have insomnia & social anxiety?
How do you expect me to get a job with ssce when I have no skills whatever? I don't even know where to look?
How do you expect me to "make friends" when I just don't connect with people, I'm not the talking type. I'm introverted & I don't really concern myself with most garbage that Nigerians especially young people like to yap about so what's there to talk about? Besides if I don't have any friends now, it means people just won't accept me for me & I have no reason to want to be friends with people cos they simply won't understand anything. It only makes sense to think I can never have real friends cos people act fake. Fûck em!
Insomnia and anxiety can be dealt with by psychotherapy and drugs.
You can get jobs even with SSCE.It won't be a white collar job and won't pay much but you can get by with it.Can you teach?I'm sure there are schools that need assistant teachers. You can also do office assistant jobs just to name a few.
About making friends, sometimes you just need to leave your comfort zone. You don't have to force yourself on people but you can be more receptive to them. There are people who will accept you just the way you are as long as you are not snobbish. There are introverts who get along well with people.
Will you be my friend?

It never really came to me while growing up. Self discovery talk was completely foreign to me. No one talked to me about that stuff.

I guess a degree in the Arts is a start. I just want to live comfortable.

I only got high school cert, quit Uni cos frustrated.

Family sucks @$$, I've come to detest the concept of a family unit & feel I'll have better luck among thieves. Mother's a b!tch, she left when I was 18, younger sister's another b!tch who's never supported me for anything plus she's disrespectful & I'm itching to kill her, dad's just a oblivious idiot who's never listened to me. I basically hate my family background & want to just walk away & never come back cos I don't give a Fûck no more.
I will encourage you to go back to school.Try and get a university education.I don't know how old you are.
The issue of finance will come in and it seems you don't have the funds. What i'll encourage you to do is get a source of income and get into part-time studies when you have sufficient funds.
It seems family is out of it for you,so you'll need to support yourself.
Try and make friends too.You need people to help you build bridges.
