ifyonline:In this case, the certificate isn’t ready. He/She would have to request for the statement of result and that’s what will be sent to WES. WES will verify the statement of result alongside the transcript sent by the school |
FarmGang:Why not? As long as your transcript and statement of result is ready, you can evaluate with WES. You should swing to action ASAP, Unilag seems to be working on WES requests faster now. You can PM me for the contact |
isaacola57:Unilag is sending out results via DHL and has been treating a lot of their back logs since they resumed. Apply on the records portal and follow up with your contact there is you have any. A lot of people have been getting their transcripts processed by Unilag recently without much need to follow up. So you can apply now |
Dare834:I responded to your email. You can get your student copy statement of result, you may need to call an insider to confirm the reason for the matrix number error. |
magd:What month did you input as end month? Is December 2018 okay? Mine was a part time program so I chose part time and inputted 2 years as the number of years the program. The program was from Jan 2017, inputting 2018 would make it look like my program was one year. I don’t want to contradict myself while filing the application. |
magd:So what month did you input as end month. Is December okay? |
Good morning all. I am trying to create my EE profile but I need some clarifications. For my MSc degree, for the education history part, I chose part-time because my course at Unilag was a part time course. Where o have a challenge now is selecting the year I completed my degree. My statement of result states 2018 but strike dragged the program to 2019, my WES evaluation also states 2018. What year is it advisable I put as the end year. 2018 or 2019? Thank you |
hazzaman:Have you gotten any assistance on this? Might be able to help. You can send me a personal message |
JustMellow:I mean can I delete an application and start over ? |
Good evening, please is there any implication for not submitting application before the deadline. Someone advised us to hold on a bit because COVID-19 could be a reason why they may refuse visas this period. We have less than 30 days left |
hi Chrissy, thank you. admission was given two weeks ago, he wasn’t asked to pay any fees yet but they have sent a breakdown of fees and asked that he pays his application fee for accommodation and a couple of things I can’t remember. ChristyC: |
Good day all, my sibling just got an admission to University of Saskatchewan. Will anyone be kind enough to direct me to the necessary links to guide on how to fill his forms properly? He’s already started filling out his application. What other documents do we need to provide? Can I possibly get a sample statement of purpose. What do we need to be mindful of as he fills his documents. Thank you |
Precious good afternoon. Please help me, I sent an email PreciousRuby: |
Good afternoon, please I am asking this question on behalf of a friend. Does he need to get a letter of indebtedness from the bank he currently uses even though he doesn’t have his pof in a bank ? He already has a letter from Stanbic Asset Management and he is wondering if the letter of indebtedness from his bank is still necessary. Thanks |
Hello people, I studied computer science for my first degree and intend to write exams by Last week in February, I believe this is possible. I have started studying Astranti and Open Tuition. I don’t have the Kaplan materials but in going thorough this thread, I found it. @soongebobsquare and @bozz007, I sent a Pm. Kindly assist. |
spongebobsquare:Good morning, please I sent a PM. Kindly assist |
Amylicious:Good morning . Please I sent you a PM |
Yeah. I have considered both. I have a computer science background so BCS is my best bet but I’d have to wait till March. I am keeping my fingers crossed till December to see what happens with result from my school Mamaroon: |
Thanks. I guess I just need to be hopeful as regards my MSc degree result processing and pray CRS scores drop. Thank you ayandee: |
For listening, just keep practicing with Cambridge materials, at least 2 or 3 listening texts everyday and you’d improve. With consistent practice, your scores will improve greatly. Ensure you actually listen and understand, not just hear the audio played. Make sure you also understand how to write the date and time in the correct formats. IELTS uses a lot of synonyms, so in your question look out for synonyms from the audio played. Another thing you could do to improve your listening is to listen to BBC radio, CBC radio and listen to a range of programs to get used to the different accents. I also listened to a lot of foreign podcasts just so I could get used to their style of speaking. As much as possible, attempt all 40 questions. You don’t lose marks for wrong answers. You’ll do better in the second one, don’t worry. PS: Be calm when speaking with the examiner, imagine you were having a conversation with your best buddies. Just keep talking and chatting with him till you are asked to stop. All the best! HiremeStation: |
The high CRS scores have been scary and it’s not my prayer it skyrockets but I am just trying to prepare for any possibilities. I am evaluating with a Nigerian University that is yet to release results after 8 months of completing the program. Hopefully result is released before year end so I can begin transcript processing. I cannot afford the expensive tutoring hence the reason I am seeking other possible options of tutoring for French language |
Hello everyone, I am considering French exams to boost my scores. I am currently in the process of evaluating my MSC and I have maxed out my IELTS. My estimated CRS score stands at 481 currently but with the high CRS scores recently, I fear that before my ECA is complete, scores may likely go higher. Hence, I am considering taking French exams to boost my scores. I am a beginner with no knowledge and cannot afford the cost of Lextorah. I am considering tutoring with TobiDam and I want to write the exams in February. Is this possible ? Can I depend solely on his tutoring to meet the minimum required scores for French. Someone please advise me. Thank you all. |
Hi everyone, here to share my IELTS Testimony. I got my result this morning. L - 8.5 R - 9 W - 7.5 S - 8.5 Band 8.5 For reading and listening, I made use of Cambridge, Kaplan and Baron study materials. I also recommend IELTS Jay (E2 learning) on YouTube especially for reading. Thanks to everyone who posted tips to ace the exam, it was really helpful. I wish everyone success on this journey. I would be back to testify on progress on this journey. |
Goodday everyone, please I have some questions about filling the job profile. I am asking on behalf of my cousin who is on this journey. She is awaiting her ECA but we are hopeful she’d make the next ITA round (MSc, single, 27yrs and IELTS band She has a cumulative work experience of 2 years, however she has 1 year experience in IT and another 1 year experience in HR (these are 2 completely different fields) Her challenge now is which should be used for her job experience to allow her choose a suitable NOC code or should she wait to clock 2 yrs on her current job in March before she applies ? Kindly advise. Thank you |
Congratulations @ladymarshall Your post brought me joy and gives me so much hope. All the best in Canada |
Rence22:I had started the process before I stumbled on Nairaland and as I read the thread I see things I didn’t do and should have taken cognizance of. I’ll do as you have advised. Thank you |
Good Afternoon everyone. I didn’t attach a scratch card to my form, rather I attached the E-PIN paper I purchased at the WAEC office. Is it true WES won’t verify results with the EPIN paper ? And I have to buy a scratch card and send to WES separately for WES to verify my result ? |
Hi everyone, Has WES verified any result with the paper PIN successfully? I didn’t buy the scratch card just the PIN printed on a piece of paper sold by WAEC. |
Hi Abiola, I sent a message. Please assist. Thank you[/quote] |
