dmostcheerful:For this civilised opinion, you can be beheaded as a saboteur by those who have forced claimed they are the representatives of people living in fear of their terror. Kanu's mission in life has been accomplished. He has inflicted anarchy and sorrow on his own people who once enjoyed his hateful rhetoric. |
“To the criminals, we are offering an olive branch to repent. He is not the first SouthEast Governor that tried to rehabilitate the criminals as he called them. Goodluck trying to rehabilitate terrorists who do not respect the rights of others to have contrary opinion or thought, yet are quick to cryout claiming to be victims. Even Masari of Katsina and El Rufai of Kaduna did not learn from the boko haram terrorists that were pardoned and went back to their ways. Instead, they negotiated, compensated, and pardoned terrorists engaged in banditry. Now the terrorists are more equipped to force their will and terror on the majority. Soludo should learn from wicked Wike. He uprooted IPOB from Oyigbo with superior brutality. Oyigbo has been peaceful since them. Any society that allows a madman to continue to reachout to millions with a message of hate, would find itself at the mercy of insanity. |
Kayyy:Living abroad is a whole new school as it pertains sexual interaction between the male and female gender. You can be accused for sexual assault over a throwaway remark or unwanted compliment to the female gender. It will get to a point where a contract has to be signed between a male and a female before verbal interactions can begin. Mankind in the West are determined to ensure heterosexual interactions are more tedious and risky than homosexual interactions. There is a clear distinction between unwanted sexual advances and seduction. This was a case of seduction. 3 times she went back seductively to the man she did not want his touch. 3 times she went back rather than take her leave. |
All I've learnt here is that a man has no rights when it comes to sexual interaction. He can be sat on, breasts can be rubbed on his face, and his penis can be fondled by a woman without his consent. Infact, after a woman has said "No" to the response of her seduction, she can still further rekindle the seduction till she has satisfied her sexual urges and fantasies, and can then say No to the natural human response from the man. In the end, no one will blame her for own actions of sexual assault that resulted in similar reaction by the man. If I was a Judge, I will never entertain such unserious cases in my court. There is no rape in this matter, but the woman assaulted the man and the man responded with his own assault. If any of the parties insist they want to make a case out of this, none will leave my court innocent as the yardstick that convict the accused will also convict the accuser. The woman kept going back 3 times to seduce a man she did not want to touch her having already touched him in his most private anatomy? This is not about rape or sexual assault, this is about power and rape is the weapon. This is a useless and unserious accusation. |
The man has proven to be a multiplier of human resource and revenue. He has managed finance for multinationals in diverse industries. |
longetivity:Are you not surprised that you are still standing and have not lost your balance? If only you could stand on the Naira with the same confidence. |
I wonder why Atiku was not invited. Atiku no dey near anything US since his corruption matter is still stuffed in the freezer. On 30 July 2005, Jefferson was videotaped by the FBI receiving $100,000 worth of $100 bills in a leather briefcase at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Arlington, Virginia.[9] Jefferson told an investor, Lori Mody, who was wearing a wire, that he would need to give Nigerian Vice President Atiku Abubakar $500,000 "as a motivating factor" to make sure they obtained contracts for iGate and Mody's company in Nigeria.[9] |
vasel15:Nigeria will exist long after Buhari. Or is Buhari your reason for insurrection? There are laid down rules to abide by to push for exit out of a country, Buhari is not the obstacle here, but you seem to have convinced yourself that ignorance is bliss, so continue aimlessly with your riff-raff terrorism approach. |
LLiKYekoba:You have already gone the tribal route as though the insensitive comment made was tribal? Social media clout chasing is what has brought about a lot of insensitivity in people. Didn't Skiibii die on social media some years back only for people to later realise it was just a hoax? Relax your tribal agenda and bigoted nerves, because you didn't even care to hide your own true motives. |
All my life before the advent of boko haram, I had always known that Nigeria did not have any security apparatus. What we have is a gra gra apparatus. Anyone non-Nigerian who is wanted can easily enter Nigeria and live comfortably in this country for the rest of his/her life without being discovered. We simply do not have the processes/resources/personnel to secure our country. Are our international borders well policed? Are our forest areas mapped and secured? Do our police stations now have computer records for their daily operations that is synchronised to a national server? Do our police have access to police controlled DNA and autopsy services? Do we now have a fingerprint database? Do we have CCTVs installed in public spaces and on major roads? Do we have a facial recognition system? Are our intelligence services alive to their duties and reporting all they see and hear in the different communities, public/private and illegal organisations they are embedded? What is the compensation structure for our security services and what family support is provided in the event of death while on active duty? Until we can re-jig the above, the best we will get is the typical "while commiting the crime, a combined team of security personnel stormed the scene, the gunmen were dislodged and given a hot pursuit as they escaped with varying degree of injuries" Hot pursuit will remain our greatest security achievement. No pre-emptive or captive. |
vasel15:But your political leadership are yet to demand to be free from Nigeria. Any riff-raff group, be it Kanu's IPOB or Igboho's Oduduwa cannot ask anything on behalf of a people who already have a recognised, democratic, and constitutional leadership. Change your leadership first, and when you then have access to the table, you can table your demands. This is what Scotland has had with its unsuccessful referendum to exit UK, same with the recognised leadership of Catalonia within Spain. Not some riff-raffs who from nowhere insists they are the leaders of a people. Anything beyond this, you are no better than boko haram that is a minority trying to force its ideologies on the majority. Any government that allows an insurrection to exist comfortably, will soon start dealing with terrorist attacks. Any society that allows illegitimate representatives to forcefully speak on its behalf, would soon need to be rescued from their terror. |
thecommunist:I will always say this, many Nigerians are victims of the country, while the political class and their business partners are the citizens of Nigeria. Even after she decided to free herself of Nigeria, Nigeria still claimed her as a victim. |
Wazobia2216:So it was wrong for the Buhari government to have developed further on our transport infrastructure? Why are you happy such tragedy happened while Nigerians were enjoying train services that seem to have irritated you? You would rather delight at this type of news than delight in news about infrastructural development? Political partisanship has destroyed your humanity. |
vasel15:This tragedy seem to gladden you? It seems you were not happy with the infrastructural development in Nigeria, and you are now seemingly happy that one of such infrastructure was attacked by terrorists and Nigerians who remain alive would not be able to enjoy such infrastructure in the interim? What a dark soul. How are you different from the terrorists that struck the train? |
This is a war veteran that was suppose to wipe away insurgency. Instead, the little gains made recovering some Nigerian territory from boko haram was overwhelmingly erased by a banditry business allowed to thrive in the North. What a presidential shame. Any region that enjoys peace now should never allow any human threatening terror to breathe into the next day. It starts with an idea, then a campaign, then a mob of anarchists are waiting in the wings to devour all who would dare to question that idea. This is not banditry, this is terrorism, and to fight it we do not need prisoners, sadly, there will surely be collateral damage. |
Rollsnjaguar:More like revealing the hypocrisy of those who are determined to give a tribal perspective to national matters. |
I have been hearing and reading tales about a certain Emefiele with presidential posters. I am very certain it cannot be the same Godwin Emefiele who as CBN Governor under the Jonathan regime achieved the fall of the Naira from N160 to N220 against the Dollar, then succeeded in killing the Naira under this Buhari regime so that it now exchanges for N570 against the Dollar. I am sure that even if Godwin Emefiele is the most useless CBN Governor that Nigeria has had the misfortune of appointing, will he be without conscience to want to run on a track record of failure and aspire for a whole national Presidency? No! It cannot be the same empty-head Emefiele.

Nothing authoritative about your conjectures. As you said, he even denied seeing those campaigning for him. A full grown man and politician has stated he is not contesting, and that fairweather supporters like yourself should rather give him the money. Have you given Amaechi the money so he can spend on a more productive venture? Na your type dey waste Maduka money, by assuring with false hope. |
Agbegbaorogboye:LOL! This guy na weyrey ooo. |
AntonVince:The one other politicians wish they had. The one that gives confidence to make one declare for Presidency without waiting for zoning. The one that makes his adversaries wish he would withdraw his vibrant aspiration and rather back theirs that is fledgling. |
JAMO84:Whenever I read from Tinubu supporters vouching to stand on his mandate, I remember the other rascals who have also vouched to stand on his manhood. What could be more evident of Tinubu's vitality? Even in their hate, a measure of humour and truth inadvertently surfaces. |
I still wonder how Tinubu managed to cultivate his national appeal? More like when his political peers were sleeping and basking in the gains of their then present glory, he was plotting his moves 16yrs ahead. Very rare to find a patient politician. More like a composed and calm Nwankwo Kanu with a striking opportunity inside the 18yard box. |
Very true. Even football and other sports that are not political, suddenly became instruments of war. |
I can assure you that this was deliberate. I have lived and worked in Ghana in the recent past, and despite my frequent travels on different sizes of airplanes, I have never seen such poor quality airstair reserved for such a notable arrival. Maybe they were hoping some of the Nigerian players will twist their ankle, or the psychological effects of such cold welcome will affect their playing drive. The game has started even before kick-off. |
mrvitalis:Where the goods sold in that village? |
kingsways:Your mumu never cure. Even Kanu cannot rehabilitate you, considering how far gone your brain has been wasted by the clown. |
ChoCho54:Do you need water to take your drugs? You are one of those that want to see Buhari's kidney? What a clown. |
Biafrannuke:This one is still in need of rehabilitation. Kanu really ruined his mental capacity but disguised as wisdom. |
Kanu only succeeded in showing how foolish his people are. He also reminded us that hate is a powerful limiting factor. |
LeoDeKing:Kanu is a nuisance that wrecked anarchy and sorrow on the SouthEast. I long predicted that a time will come when SouthEasterners will plead with the federal government to save them from the terror of IPOB. Their much touted wicked Wike really dealt with them at Oyigbo, thereby saving Rivers State from the nuisance that has now enveloped his neighbouring SouthEast states. Never give room for terrorists to breed and multiply. Suffocate them and finish them off totally. As for the mad man that has been chained to the ground like a rabid animal, his temperature has come down. I think Dangote and Tinubu should go visit him in the zoo, and play him the tape of his instructions to his fellow terrorists to burn down any enterprise owned by them. |
Coolsperm:It seems you are one of those that has subjugated the Igbos with fear and terror? |
