Those that say Chioma is not fine, only need to see Sophia Momodu to know the marked leap that Davido has made. |
freddy2019:Are you not ashamed that a major oil producing state that has always been ruled by the same PDP of DSP Alams and Goodluck Jonathan, is only beginning to wear the appearance of an urban society after many years of rural scenery. So PDP in Bayelsa just realised that quality projects is not a miracle, and can improve the life of Bayelsans? Has the UK finally returned the $900m that DSP Alams laundered that it promised to return, that could have built this very road being named after him over a decade ago? Your propaganda with the mass registration on Nairaland and mass commentary is too obvious. The funds for this propaganda should have been released well ahead so that those mobilized for the job could have established their Identity long before their commentary was required. |
I laugh when people say Saraki made a mistake by not impeaching Buhari earlier. This kind of sycophantic Northerners will break Saraki's head before he can even finish his sentence. |
plessis:Truly enough, it is only your own ID that shows 2017. All the others who have commented only registered within the past 1 week. It would never be well with our politicians. |
elrony:The last thing that moves me is religion. It does not even factor in my decision making process. Religion and rational thought cannot coexist. |
This MURIC fellow belongs in an asylum. |
Born2Breed:Your point being the Igbo loves anarchy, such that having refused to vote a man who still won inspite of their opposition, they had to still frustrate a democratic process? I know Igbos are fond of gloating for the wrong reasons, but the misery you earn in return is enough punishment. Continue to make yourselves the arrogant scapegoat of Babangida's failure to conclude his democratic experiment. I reckon that annulment the Igbos are so proud of as an achievement, gave the Igbos the 2nd Niger bridge and the many infrastructure they claim they have been marginalized over? And the rest of the country had to step back and allow only Yorubas contest for the presidency in 1999. |
e7ejinima:Firstly break the shackle of lies and hypocrisy that some are slaves for partnering with the North, while you have refused to call your Igbos slaves for their consistent partnership with the North that is factual and historic. I asked you to provide a historic reference for your Southern unity concept, and you have continually failed to provide one. Why do you lack the courage to back up your claim if there is a historic reference in any of the previous democratic governments. Secondly, break the shackle of tribalism as it concerns the criticism of any government in power. Obasanjo's greatest opposition came from the Southwest. Opposition to both him as a person and to his policies. All the protests during OBJ's tenure were inspired in his native SouthWest. A people who voted in a government, have every right to criticize and sack that government if it persist in its incompetence. The SouthWest or MiddleBelt have no apologies for sacking a useless government that they also voted into power, even when they could have voted for their own tribesman as vice-president. They chose a fellow who proved to be cluelessly incompetent and deserved to be sacked. That is what democratic franchise is about, without apologies to anyone else That you and your likes chose to stick to a failure because of tribal and religious sentiments, should therefore not surprise you that there are also parochial minds like yours who will also insist that the current failure is the best that a democracy can offer, due to their tribal and religious sentiments. Look in the mirror, and see a man who does the same he loves to criticize for. |
e7ejinima:Read up your first post and see all the hurt and joy you betrayed. It was like you were having an orgasm over a Yoruba politician. |
Born2Breed:And what resulted to his stand to begin with? And did the political map of his victory that was annulled, not prove him right that he could win the elections even if the Igbos do not vote for him as they boasted? Was the boast not mocked? Or when people boast, you would beg them to reconsider when you know your political map does not require their votes for the desired victory? |
e7ejinima:Only you have been blaming tribes from your very first post on this thread, but your hypocrisy is no longer in question if you begin to now swallow your own words. I do not know how slavery tasted in Azikiwe's mouth or Ekweume or Ojukwu, but I reckon they have told you their tales in the village meeting. Dude, deal with the fact that your are still aimlessly unable to prove your point about an imaginary Southern unity. Despite all the things you posted that only revealed you are one of many who trace their agony and life misery to Yorubas who don't even regard you as anything worthwhile to have caused them anything worth remembering, I called you out on a claim you made out of ignorance and hypocrisy, but you continue to shift the goal post without any courage to defend your claim. You keep on reiterating that Igbos are slaves for having partnered with every democratic Northern government before this one. Yet the presidency still eludes them despite the slavery and servitude. If that is your opinion about your people and its political leaders, It is no concern of mine. Dealing with your misery revealed with your vituperations over Tinubu, would certainly help reduce the dosage that is required to heal the pain that motivated the joyous outburst. |
e7ejinima:How can I be pained for highlighting both your ignorance and hypocrisy? I did it with relish. Or have you refuted the historical facts I posited about SouthEast "slavery" as you term it, to their Northern masters in every democratic government led by the North except the current Buhari regime? You suddenly went dumb and started changing goal post. I can see you could not defend your claim that I questioned. That is all I tried to prove to you about your selfish delusions. All that you have posted is in no way related to the claim you made. I also reckon the past North-South alliances were made by slaves like Azikiwe and Ekwueme? Was a certain Ojukwu not pardoned by a Fulani government and did he not submit himself to that Fulani government's party? Very greedy lots who only know of an imaginary Southern unity because they are not the Southern partner of the current North-South alliance, as it as always been their case. Next time you will think twice before you make claims to a Southern unity concept that cannot be referenced in Nigerian political history. |
Reasonabledoubt:I can see I struck a personal chord. If indeed you read my comments and you had some comprehension abilities, you would not have bothered to ask the question of your second sentence. There are lots of beautiful black women out there, while the scrawny and ugly black women also exist. Just as there are lots of ugly fair skinned Africans and Caucasians too. And that lame old generational achievement outburst is quite outdated and irrelevant on a public forum where you don't know who is behind the ID. That you say so with authority, only ratifies your own idiocy that all must conform in opinion on a public forum. Indeed, my mum looks like a woman, not like a man dressed in female clothes. I would do her a disservice if I were to be found with a she-man. |
Boyooosa:Certainly this will be considered as a factual and preferred news by anarchists who themselves are suffering. |
e7ejinima:When did that concept start to exist in Southern Nigeria and for the benefit of which Southern tribe? Did it exist in 1993 presidential elections that saw a Northern Tofa wining a Southern Abiola in 3 states out of 4 SouthEast states? Did it exist in our past democratic history that saw every past Northern democratic leader with a SouthEastern partner until this Buhari democratic government? I repeat, when did this concept of united Southern Nigeria start but cannot be referenced in history? That some certain Southerners chose to support a failed president for reelection that he lost, is the same tribal and religious concept that sees some Northerners still supporting a failed Buhari for reelection. |
Reno does not know that it is easier for Saraki to be impeached, than for Saraki to try to impeach Buhari. Rather, he should have been asking why Buhari has not used his powers to bear on senators like Obasanjo always did, to impeach Saraki long ago. The day Saraki even considers such thought, that is the day the real Fulani and Northern Muslim senators will tell him that he is a Yoruba man whose family has always ensured they marry Yorubas. |
Bitterleafsoup:Hahahaha! No hate here really. Just giving a man's view without any prejudices. |
Rakiticbarca:In cases like hers, the saving grace is always the need by some men who have to marry "properly". Some men would marry anyone who fits into their desired social/academic status, regardless of beauty. Some men don't care about your status as long as there is a living brain in the head, and a very beautiful appearance. Now imagine if she had no fancy education or fancy job or entrepreneurship, that would have been too much an obstacle to climb in the harsh struggle for a life mate. |
Bitterleafsoup:Are you talking of dry chest Lupita? LOL! I doubt any African man would want her even for a 3rd wife. But I should add that she certainly isn't ugly facially. |
revontuli:Indeed! That's why beauty is in the eye of the beholder, while not excusing the drunk beerholder too. |
Bitterleafsoup:We are not assholes for being truthful rather than trying to be polite. I have no problem with black skinned women, or slim women. But where we see ugliness, we should call it what it is and shun the unnecessary camaraderie. |
Bitterleafsoup:If you're the one in the DP, there's nothing wrong with your slim frame. Regardless of your complexion, anyone seeing you will not ponder on whether you are a man or woman. Some like me pondered on the wedding picture if the bride was not a boy in her early years before a sex change was done. |
safarigirl:However kpanla Oluchi looked then, she still had a beautiful face. I doubt black men are really in the business of marrying models, so that might be the hindrance for the beautiful black models like Oluchi, except she could have found herself a black male model. Indeed we are happy for Chidiogo and her husband, and we wish them a happy marriage that must be blessed with children. |
Bitterleafsoup:Baba, no talk that model world again ooo. Look at the below picture and tell me that the model world welcomes those boxer's shoulder on display. It however is no surprise that model world prefer hungry skinny to slim women. The picture shows a white man seated beside a black MAN that is cross-dressed in a female wedding gown.
|
safarigirl:I know. She was in an industry dictated by white men, so no surprise there. |
safarigirl:Oluchi, the Nokia face of Africa winner in the 90's has no visible curves, but she's got a beautiful face and she's quite dark skinned. |
Bitterleafsoup:This is not melanin popping matter. Ugliness does not have a colour. Many are black and ugly. Many are African fair and ugly. Many are white and ugly. |
safarigirl:The problem with Chidiogo is firstly she has the body of a man, including shoulders and an absent chest. Secondly she does not have a face that will capture a second look talkless of a gaze. Even if Martha Ankomah was not as curvy as we know her to be, she will still be facially beautiful like Genevieve Nnaji is without any eye catching curves. Without having to be polite, this bride is just bones without anything to look at in the face to cause a stare. |
safarigirl:Like I already opined, white men have been the saving grace of some black women, Serena Williams inclusive. There are many beautiful black women that I already mentioned, but we should not lie to ourselves about the ugly ones. There are ugly Caucasians too. It's not about the race or skin colour. Martha Ankomah is a very black and beautiful Ghanaian actress. |
kennisman:I have said the same when I saw the previous pictures, that it looks like a wedding between a white man and a black man dressed as a woman. |
chuksanambra:Humans can lie to a dying man all in the name of being polite. |
kimbraa:Certainly! He was attracted to the person and not outward beauty that is non existent. |
