The states with the highest applications still maintained the lead in the shortlist. Many from the South do not want to join the police force. I personally do not know anyone who applied, but we would still complain that the list is skewed to the North who applied in their hordes. If I was President, the very first institution I will wind down is the police force. That force needs to be rebuilt from the scratch, so the new recruits are not infected with an age long disease of corruption and lack of professionalism. |
mbos:Then tell your people to resign from any federal job or any jobs held outside of the illusion called Biafra. |
BreakupNigeria:Why not edit it to 6 million then save the document again? Revisionist! |
CSTR1003:Are you saying you support some killings but do not support some? Or did Colonialist kings not kill natives? Or are some lives more useful than others? Or was it not war deaths that put Gowon's name on the list while excluding the American Bush he mentioned? Or some type of leaders have a right to pile up war deaths to win a war but some do not have same rights while fighting a war? Or those who lost lives to American wars in Vietnam and Iraq are worthless lives to you? Are you Igbo? |
nzeobi:And FFK was not spreading his usual fear propaganda and religious anarchy? Even some typical Igbos were still parroting the new lie just yesterday, that Fayemi is a Muslim, as if that even matters to the voters in Ekiti that know him already. |
musa234:Who are the useless we? How has your knowledge been useful to you besides hating Osinbajo because he is Yoruba? But same Buhari had a Yoruba Pastor Tunde Bakare as the running mate in 2011, yet Jonathan/Sambo ticket still won in the SW except Osun. So a Yoruba man was to be trusted then when he voted Jonathan, but not to be trusted for sacking the useless Jonathan? And for what reason did the MiddleBelt sack in 2015 the same useless Jonathan they voted for overwhelmingly in 2011? Is it because Osinbajo is also MiddleBelt or Buhari did not contest in 2011? However, I am happy it causes you misery and agony. The backstabbing Southern hypocrites who have always aligned with the North since independence, are the ones who get upset when any other Southerner aligns with the same North. Tafawa Balewa/Azikiwe, Shagari/Ekwueme. When a Southern Abiola contested in 1993, 3 out of 4 SouthEast states voted for a Kano state Bashir Tofa because he had an Igbo running mate. If not that Abiola won Tofa and the election was annulled, it would have been the same North/SouthEast arrangement. All of a sudden, a hypocrite is preaching Southern unity and claiming we? We = Igbo, Igbo = I go before others. |
princeade86:They said they said is not news. Now you have read the news. |
So PDP is the party with a Muslim running mate after all. While APC has a Catholic and a Protestant Christian on their own ticket. I wonder what PDP sycophants will say now about Islamization and Cattle Colony? I wonder what FFK will say now to rekindle the anarchy he always craves for? |
June 12 is a legally declared public holiday by the SW states that elect to do so. It has never come with any threats or chest beating because it is legally declared by the government of the state. While some display wisdom, some will walk over wisdom and rather display arrogant foolishness that has become their destiny. As always, Igbos continue to look up to Yorubas for approval, hence the need for this thread. |
Cr7sBabe:Like Ogbete market in Enugu that was paved with feaces. |
Many reasoned like this same way in the era of Jonathan. Every strike and fuel scarcity was politically motivated or orchestrated to embarrass the federal government a la Police College dilapidation. I could have sworn I heard the voice of Asari Dokubo as I read the title, then I remembered he had stopped blaming people after his tribesman was sacked. The political youths of this country all reason the same way. And for that reason, they will continue to suffer for their foolishness. |
biafranation:John Kayode Fayemi is a Catholic. |
BankeSmalls:I enjoyed it. I love that you like to self destruct even when there is the way of wisdom, you never fail to thread the path of arrogant foolishness. Read my first post on this thread replying your fellow who mentioned my name. My position has never changed on Biafra. When your political leaders make a demand, then I will regard your demands as serious and worthwhile. If your political leaders refuse to make a demand while you in turn fail to transition your beer parlour followership to political followership that can become a recognised leadership and make that demand that you care for, then you are just a circus amusing yourselves and entertaining others. |
BankeSmalls:. Me cry? I was busy with reality before one of your fellow miserables mentioned my name, but got vexed with my opinion he solicited. Indeed life goes on for you tomorrow. |
Rev. Jolly Nyame! He will continue his ministry in prison, where souls need to be saved. He should rejoice in this great opportunity to save many lost souls. |
PointZerom:Blame yourself for mentioning me who is not your praise singer. |
PerfectlyPerfect:Who are the them? Those who wanted your them to leave Kaduna were accused of threatening genocide. The them that matters have not declared a public holiday even when it is in their power to do so as being done in the SW. The them that matters have not tabled any request before the government of Nigeria. Until the them that matter table a request, all you are doing so far is amusing yourselves. Continue to amuse yourselves when you can become them that matter and turn your amusement to seriousness. When Nigerians wanted independence from Britain, it was the constitutionally recognised leaders of the people who tabled the request. As someone already opined, so you sat at home today and tomorrow you return to reality. If you choose to sit at home forever, how does that hurt me and my people? Congratulations! |
PointZerom:You were the one who called me out to air my opinion. An opinion that would make sense to you if you were not determined to remain stupid and blind to what is and what could be. |
PointZerom:If you and IPOB were not stupid, you would have turned your popular support in the SouthEast to political followership. Until you have a political followership that elects Biafran apologists as leaders, who can then legitimately make demands as the constitutional leadership of the people it claims to represents, then you are just wasting time achieving nothing. Even MASSOB did all of this self declared public holiday in its own time of relevance. I hope you can point to 1 benefit it achieved then as a movement that did not have constitutional leadership? The recognized and constitutional leadership of the SouthWest states at a time in history chose to make June 12 a legal public holiday because it had the constitutional power to do so. Some of the SW states still continue that tradition. Do you ever hear the federal police or any Northerner or fellow Southerner claim that what has been legally declared by SW states is an anomaly when it already complies with the law? Is it that your own governors do not have the intention while in political power, or those who have the intention do not have the political power? If you were smart you would know the solution, but if you choose to remain stupid, you will continue to knock on a door that is ajar. |
Refined minds like Fela Durotoye and Kingsley Moghalu should be the type of presidential aspirants we should have across all the political parties in Nigeria. Instead, we have randy Alhajis and political profiteers and contractors disguised as businessmen, who are weighed down by the agbada of corruption and lacking in any bright and selfless ambition that can improve any society. |
Only a self employed citizen can choose to take a public holiday of his own making and creation. Any citizen who embarks on a holiday not declared at a time when he should be working for his government employer or private employer, should be shown the exit door that leads to self employment. |
When he has a job that can ensure a stable family life in a civilised society and city, you want him to become a soldier in the army that will post him from one jungle to another with a pittance as salary? |
tiredoflife:Do you remember those killed in the Jan 1966 coup? Those who were killed because they were Yoruba and Northern leaders in politics and in the army. Those army officers too once wore starched uniforms and had dreams for themselves and their families. Sadly they trusted their fellow army officers who turned the guns at them. Their trust was betrayed and their deaths were celebrated by those who eventually also met a brutal end. |
SouthEastFacts:Yours is a mandated delusion. I dare not stop you from achieving your 4th kingdom. I wish you more delusional confusion. |
meccuno:Did you use the words "daft bigot" to describe the Igbo bigot I quoted? Or of what significance is the story of the news and the bigoted opinion about Muslim supporters of Chelsea? Did the Muslim supporters of Chelsea tell you they were uninformed about the Jewish origins already obvious in the name Abramovich? Why are Igbos obsessed with the ignoble task of hatemongering all over the world? Can't you spare even the beautiful sport of football this your toxic hatred that you nurture like a cash crop? Is it a curse? I hope you are not a deluded Jew? Your hypocrisy shines through once again. One would have thought there would be a sane Igbo viewing this thread, who would rebuke her for her unnecessary and unprovoked bigotry, instead we have hypocritical Igbos like you who are blinded to the action but have a microscopic view of the reaction. You only fool yourself. |
NaijaMutant:All of the first 5 of Prime Ministers of Israel after its creation in 1948 were either Russian, Ukrainian or Polish Jews. Of curious concern is that the self professed Jews in Nigeria cannot walk to the Isreali embassy and demand to be granted citizenship of Israel under the same law the Chelsea owner has now availed himself. Difference is some are Jews while some are deluded that they are Jews, but Israel does not entertain delusions. |
This unknown Jemiriye just want to use this opportunity to trend. We who received the message in the music understood the information being passed. No need to start making a mountain out of a molehill over grammatical semantics. |
amosyanyan:OK ooo. |
madridguy:OK ooo. |
That's because we Nigerians are so criminally minded and have embraced corruption as a necessary driver of our socioeconomic lifestyle. |
AK481:And for running PDP adverts, the public funds of Nigeria was duly spent by the PDP federal government? You say Buhari crumbled AIT? The same AIT that has always wobbled and struggled for survival since year 2000 when it launched the first of its many AIT survival appeal funds? Was Buhari the president all those years? Did Dokpesi reinvest in DAAR communications the public loot allocated to him for no job done? |
And we are still calling this calculated and well orchestrated massacre a herdsmen affair? |
