TravelRe: Japa - Western Countries Scamming Nigerians? by Throwback: 12:36am On Nov 29, 2023
Difrent:
Nigerians too dey overdo things

Migration is as old as humanity itself....but Nigerias make it seem like it's the next gold rush. this wave of migrants just like others before them are just going into modern day slavery willingly

And it's not even the poor among us doing this....it's the people that already have more than most Nigerians.

Definitely it's not POVERTY that's fuelling the japa syndrome.
Neither is it unemployment.
It's the search for greener pastures
Doesn't mean the grass isn't green here
Very true.

I really pity those families who travel to the UK on an education visa.

Then end up being trapped in a system that extracts as much as they make, and continue to pay to remain in this nightmare with the hopes that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

5 to 6 years after, many still don't have any breakthrough or job security, and have to decide which of the couple would enrol for the next academic programme that extend their stay with the little money saved from the undignified jobs.
TravelRe: Japa - Western Countries Scamming Nigerians? by Throwback: 12:27am On Nov 29, 2023
UK is very determined to scam Nigerians who have resolved that they would rather die trying to succeed in a country that does not allow success.

That country that does not allow success is UK, not Nigeria.

He must have confidence in Mele Kyari.

Everyone should contribute their quota to renew the the hope and promise of Nigeria.

We cannot say we want a country that works that is why we want to japa, yet we dare not try all the rubbish we do in Nigeria in the places we regard as saner climes.

Verdict:
We are the very insanity that is plaguing Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Looking Back Now, Did Ambode Made The Right Choice Of Not Fighting Back. by Throwback: 1:29pm On Nov 25, 2023
Who said he did not fight back?

He contested a direct party primary without the support of the political structures that got him there, and he lost woefully and democratically.

You cannot come from Poland and Russia as refugees only to steal Palestinian land and want to live in peace.

No African tribe would tolerate that, hence why Africans stand in solidarity with Palestinians.

In all honesty INEC was better when Jega was a chairman but Babachir has locus standi to pointing accusing finger,he who comes into tequality must come with clean hands.
Better with inflated results from states?

This current INEC is better.

The electoral victories are more difficult for the winners.

Elections are now inconclusive because of the close ties between the leading and the 2nd runner up.

Foolish Odinkalu is a disappointment. What has cjn in law got to do with the Case before him?

Is it cjn that would tell him how to do his work? Haba, make we dey reason small small now.
The question is if the CJN is a party to the case?

He is only being foolish and hurt by the defeat of his kinsman.

Politicstoday:
Imagine, our judiciary is been heavily compromised. So so unfortunate seriously.
What is the compromise?

Soon any idiot would tell us that one of the Judges that did so so and so had amala and ewedu for breakfast, then a zombie like you would come out to tell us how unfortunate a compromise it is.

Have you imagined your lack of reasoning?
PoliticsRe: One Of The Appeal Court Judges On Kano Case Is CJN’s Nephew - Chidi Odinkalu by Throwback: 4:04am On Nov 23, 2023
Igbos looking to discover the anarchy they have been craving for.

Very soon they would tell us that one of the Judges is a human being.

Finding fault that was defined as a fault by the fault finder.

This is what grasping at straws looks like.

Igbos should make their peace that they lost to the Yorubas and move on with their failure.

Has anyone ever denied that Obi won in his native Igboland, even at over 90% votes?

But did that tribal solidarity get him anything more that 3rd position?

"...Then, the North’s results came in: he lost Kano, Kaduna and Katsina States. Despite his pernicious Muslim-Muslim ticket, he won only one of the six states in the North-East, his Muslim running-mate’s geo-political zone. In all, he won only six of the 19 Northern states. The 5.6million votes attributed to him from the North certainly lacked authenticity.

He was losing the election, or it was tending towards a rerun. Then, INEC struck. The BVAS/IReV technology that worked perfectly for the National Assembly polls the same day suddenly failed for the presidential election. The rest is history!

At least you are better than Buhari x100.

But we still maintain that you didn't win the election

Peter Obi won the Presidential election.....period.

Try de talk Truth sometimes abeg
We do not deny that Obi won in his native Igboland, just as Tinubu and Atiku won in their own native regions.

But where was Obi when Tinubu was winning the NorthWest with 2.3m votes and also winning the NorthCentral with 4 states out of 6?
PoliticsRe: Tinubu: I Deserve To Be In Guinness World Records by Throwback: 12:13pm On Nov 22, 2023
His words: “For those who fear various obstacles, look at me; I come from the private sector, and I’m one of you, trained by Deloitte. I served as the treasurer of Exxon Mobil. Define corporate governance in any way, and I am in it.

“I governed Lagos for eight consecutive years. Today, I can proudly beat my chest that Lagos State is on the horizon and the fifth-largest economy in Africa, rising from zero. This is the track record that led me to the office of president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Jagaban loves to boast with facts.

That is just the fact.

I don't really see anyone defeating Tinubu. Because he isn't luke Jonathan. He'll just rig himself in by manipulating the votes on the server.
It is Atiku and the rest of the opposition that rely on server manipulation to win election.
PoliticsRe: Atiku's Next Move To Clinch The Presidency. by Throwback: 9:27am On Nov 22, 2023
Atiku only lives for the ambition of Atiku.

Atiku has only ever made concessions for Siddiq just in 1965 only, and once the result was attained, Atiku hurriedly took over again.

Was the purpose of the tweet to put them in the spotlight for recognition, or for mockery?

Or why spotlight failure?
PoliticsRe: FHA To Demolish 677 Houses In Festac Over Contravention by Throwback: 11:18pm On Nov 21, 2023
“The first thing we are doing is to clear the road; some of the buildings will be partially demolished for right of way. 677 houses will be demolished and 744 will be demolished partially.”
The question remains valid.

Why do state governments wait for years to demolish what should have been prevented?

Did the demolitions in Abia and Anambra serve as stimulus for divestment by the culprits who encroached?
