I read somewhere in Nairaland where one idiot was saying that Doctors should examine their patients alone. A nurse especially of opposite gender to the doctor is always advisable. Just imagine if a female nurse was present, the dr won't even think of it. |

Tintedladybeer:It's Myopia. I have same condition and your description is all same with me. Actually your not losing your sight. You just have to preserve it and manage it. Do an IOP atleast every 3 to 6 months or every year depending on age. Your doctor or optometrist will advice you properly if the iop is bad. Through out school, I have been having symptom but I started checking myself and using glasses from 29. The Drs were like where have I been since....I plan to be checking my iop every now and then. Don't be afraid, many people has the condition especially in Asia, just study about it and know what to do at every point in time. 1 Like |
