The first part of your attachment says that every school has different rules.... t further says parents ought to be careful first, to buy phones when the kids can us it appropriately.

School rules are always told to the parents before enrollment. It will be unruly and truly a wrong type of parenting to then intentionally go around contravening such rules. If a parent isn’t comfortable with such rule, simply find a school that accepts your position. It sends a wrong message to the kid to flout rules and laws then go around acting victim. Schools re als character building institutions. Being a law abiding citizen is a good character.

This is another angle to it bro. Most of the people who angry don’t have experience with kids. Some children will rather pay the teacher extra than let it come to light that they have phones let alone brought it to school.
