This is not news. Please make this country work, habitable and enjoyable for its citizens. In every country there are always oligarchical tendencies(governments within govenments) the serious governments however find means to work with the contradictions and ensure the make the lives of their people better. Enough with the excuses.

Unfortunately, they will be handed over to the Police for investigation and prosecution. The Police in their usual manner will not investigate (because no body obviously will mobilize them).
An empty case file will be handed over to the ministry of Justice, the Ministry will arraign and they will thrown in jail. The matter will be abandoned for years thereafter and even the Army men that caught them will no longer be available to give evidence.
On October 1 or a new legal year, the Governor or Chief Judge will release them "as part of effort to decongest the prisons".

It does amaze me when people view the results after elections. They always conclude that only the winner rigged the polls...however, from my past experience, the best election rigger wins. For the sake of our democracy and our justice system, i hope pdp can bring out credible evidence to challenge obaseki's victory. I also hope the the courts will be fair in its hearing and judgement. Personally, i do believe apc just had a better game plan, both parties(apc and pdp) had their rigging strategies, one was better and won at it. I am watching as it all unfolds though.

In my opinion, i think the FG is right by locking up El-zakzaky, Dasuki and Nnamdi kanu because the trio are a threat to national security. No sane country will release such high profile criminals to destabilize the unity of the country. I applaud buhari on this

Impunity does not look much different than this. If you are truly interested in the rule of law, obey the court....find more evidence to charge him to court and get him remanded. Otherwise, this only gives credence to the argument of 'witchunt'.
