Unfortunately, they will be handed over to the Police for investigation and prosecution. The Police in their usual manner will not investigate (because no body obviously will mobilize them).
An empty case file will be handed over to the ministry of Justice, the Ministry will arraign and they will thrown in jail. The matter will be abandoned for years thereafter and even the Army men that caught them will no longer be available to give evidence.
On October 1 or a new legal year, the Governor or Chief Judge will release them "as part of effort to decongest the prisons".

It does amaze me when people view the results after elections. They always conclude that only the winner rigged the polls...however, from my past experience, the best election rigger wins. For the sake of our democracy and our justice system, i hope pdp can bring out credible evidence to challenge obaseki's victory. I also hope the the courts will be fair in its hearing and judgement. Personally, i do believe apc just had a better game plan, both parties(apc and pdp) had their rigging strategies, one was better and won at it. I am watching as it all unfolds though.

In my opinion, i think the FG is right by locking up El-zakzaky, Dasuki and Nnamdi kanu because the trio are a threat to national security. No sane country will release such high profile criminals to destabilize the unity of the country. I applaud buhari on this

Impunity does not look much different than this. If you are truly interested in the rule of law, obey the court....find more evidence to charge him to court and get him remanded. Otherwise, this only gives credence to the argument of 'witchunt'.

alright, lemme check it out again. Checked it out bro, i think the nkuzi aspect should have an interactive aspect that helps learners inteprete in english. For instance when you have a passage in igbo there should be an english passage. That way the students can pick up. The other aspects can remain all igbo. That nkuazi part should help the students learn how to comprehend other aspects of the site.

The article mentioned hausa section of the market...this imply theres an ibo section of the market, also implying the ino and hausa av been trading peacefuly for a while. In essence, witout this act of foolery and obviously an act to incite, we probably would never know of this market. Importantly, this regime didnt make d laws. Its been there since 1999. His ignorance is what he is paying for. I would like to believe there are other ibo members that own dogs in the market. I dont see dem in prison, cos dey avnt conducted themselves irresponsibly. Nigeria is an ethno/religious entity that is obvious enough, everyday we live through volatile situations, that a man should intentionaly stoke the embers of violence and destruction should not be taken lightly. Imagine if this had gone out of hand within the market, would this discussion be about chinakwe and his dog alone or about how hausas and ibos massacred each other in a market. Knowing ow deep our ethnic sentiments lay, ow long before the violence spreads beyond ogun state.
