A dead thread is a very old thread where users don’t don’t go to. You can easily share private information there and erase it without any third party noticing. The earliest threads on Nairaland are mostly dead. Check threads from around 2005-08 you’ll find no one currently viewing, no recent posts no activity there. That’s considered a dead thread. So if you want to share info especially if you also don’t have access to your mail, you can do so there. Hope this helps
