Sharing money to stock the house is not bad na. Are you not eating from the food?? Do u have kids yet? If yes, just do it for them since they benefit from it too.

But he making sure you spend all you have first is really suspecting. Is it that he doesn't trust you with money maybe you mishandle funds or he is simply being stingy? You best know your husband, find a way to let him know how you feel about this. Communication is key.

In my opinion tho, I dnt think you should show your husband all what you have gat. Save something somewhere, open an account and save even if it's little by little

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I cannot believe we Nigerians are still this inconsiderate and selfish. What is the joy in 1 person submitting multiple names, all because they want to win at all cost thereby depriving those that are genuinely in need? I went through the names submitted and what I discovered is such a discouragement. I'm not going to mention names here but if you know that you submitted more than 1 entry, just know that it's not the best of ways to do thing. No matter how much you try to coat/hide it by using different names (family members, friends, bf/gf etc), I'll definitely find out multiple entries. It's not cool at all.

In the light of this, I'm changing the modality of how the beneficiaries will be selected.

Now it's going to be on First-Come-Most-Needy based. Also, it's now going to be for 5k each to 24 people. Selection criteria will be stricter than before.
Stay Tuned.

Hey God, nawa o. Who are those submitting multiple accounts thereby depriving the real needy. Please Sir, don't be offended. Gosh!

Having watched and listen to the president's broadcast on the need for an extension of the lockdown, I could not but imagine what people will pass through within this additional 14 days of suffering. In the light of this, I want to help a few people with a total sum of 100k.

How I plan to do this, I have no clear cut idea, hence I'm gonna need suggestions on the possible way to achieve this so that only those that genuinely need the money actually get it.
I have these modalities but I want suggestions on the best one to choose:

1. 25k each to 4 most needy people
2. 20k each to 5 needy people
3. 10k each to 10 needy people
4. 5k each to 20 people
5. 4k each to 25 people
6. 3k each to 33 people
7. 2.5k each to 40 people
8. 2k each to 50 people
9. 1k each to 100 people.

I will need suggestions as soon as possible. And anybody that can help bring this to the attention of any of the mods, please do.
Thanks.

Yours truly,
Snowland.

UPDATE: Please do not drop your account details until it has been decided which modality would be adopted. Then, call will be made for account details to be provided.
Thanks..

Someone suggested 2.5k to 40 people and another suggested 3k to 33 people, so original post is updated to reflect the suggestions.

LATEST UPDATE: So having gone through all the comments and suggestions, I have decided to go with option 6 but with a little twist.
Instead of 33 people, I'll be giving 3k each to 40 people. That way, a few more people will be reached.
I'm still thinking of how to go about with the selection: Randomly? First come First Serve basis? I need ideas please.

Also, I'm going to need someone that'll help with the disbursement once the selection process has been decided and concluded. Two reasons for this:
1. I'm very busy and may not have the time to send the money to every selected people before weekend. I want this concluded asap.
2. I want to be anonymous.

Therefore, I'm going to need someone reliable with a proven record of honesty on this forum that can handle the disbursement.

Please remember me to be among the beneficiaries, it will go a very long way, thank u very much cry

The girl nor get respect. Simple.
Even if the food is salty, just keep your mouth shut or u tell him while u both were eating the food and just laugh over it. Keeping it on your mind and pouring it out on WhatsApp is disrespectful notwithstanding the "I mean no offense" shit cos you know you abht to make an offensive statement. Stupid girl

Chidi on the other hand is Mama's boy, he even said he will leave the girl if his momma says so. Lol, I cnt be with those type of guys sha. Allowing your mum rule your relationship and by extension, your marriage also. He needs to grow up in that aspect

I was so ashamed of myself that I did not know when I told her that I wasn't feeling too well and I want to take my leave. That was how I left her place that day................... Since on Thursday till today, I have not gone to her place. Please nairalanders, I am drowning emotionally. I have tried several times to get her off my head and mind, I just can't do it. Why? Is it because it is my first time loving someone? Or is it how first time experience feels? Do I ignore her? And for how long do you think I can ignore her given that we work in the same place? I am still trusting God for a better job. Why do I love her so much? Please talk to me.(cc: Rocktation, farano)

You tried getting her off your head by constantly visiting her or what?

My friend, ignore the Lady. To think you are not a teenager and the Lady too, what's with the rubbing of your chest, talking sex with you when she has Pastor? I don't understand. How can two matured people be behaving like this?.

Op, you love her but she doesn't love you or probably she loves you but wants to keep you as second option in case things go south with Pastor. Please don't give room for that, either she chooses you or her Pastor, kindly ignore her and move on, so what if you both work in same place? Is she the only female teacher?, relate with her the way you relate with the rest. You can just greet and go about your daily activity till you close for the day undecided

This your story is so touching, I cnt help but shed tears after reading cos I can relate with the suicide part, I have contemplated suicide many times because of hard times, financial incapacity, no help forthcoming, I am a female undergraduate but I have refused to go into prostitution or anything for quick money even tho i am really struggling financially. I work part time with study to raise little funds. Life is really not fair but this gives me hope. It is well.
Your story really gives me hope that no matter what we might be passing through, the future is bright.. Thank you Op for sharing, I appreciate. May God bless you and your child. Thank you so much @Tankunland. I pray for a brighter future for your son and may the soul of Shola rests in Peace.
