So isn't it criminal to issue a dud "cheque" in Nigeria? Isn't it criminal to conspire to defraud your bank based on a personal relationship, else everyone's brother, sister, uncles and aunties who is a banker and can stand surety for their relation should be able to do same too right?

I am a person that has all the C's necessary for a bank loan.. but i assure you it takes no less than 2 weeks (for new generation Banks oh!) to get all the approvals (i.e. from the Banks own end oh!) before you are credited with your loan..

But as an anti corruption Man concern, He just needs to put a call ahead of time.. the rest can be worked on the background..
