But peter settle your family dispute out of court and likewise social media. That Jude is a thief o. Do you now see what he did? Advertise that PSquare would be coming to perform, then at the show proper, announce that Peter couldn't make it. That's callous. |

Abagworo: The reason is simple. Anambra doesn't want to be led by others. T. A. Orji emerged the forum chairman simply because Obi's tenure ended a year before others and he gave it temporarily. The obvious chairman is Rochas Okorocha as the oldest SE Governor in this 2015-2019 dispensation. Okorocha is the reason for the breakup. He's a treacherous Judas. A forever unrepentant one. |

noetic5: Guaranty Trust Bank has being the pioneer of SMS banking which you can open an account, check account balance, transfer funds by just dialing *737#. Therefore, you do not need an internet connection to be able to bank on the go.
Unon Bank PLC is following suit with their latest introduction of SMS banking, into their banking system. However, unlike the GTB style of SMS banking, Union Bank has just one feature enabled in its SMS banking; which is the ''Check your balance''. According to them, other features like transfer funds, view transaction history, etc will be introduced with time.
For now, you can use your mobile phone to check your account balance on your Union bank account, without using the internet by just texting ''Bal'' to 20123
For me, this is a great achievement from the bank, they are making it easy for people to bank on the go instead of going to the bank.

Business › Re: What Happens To The Money In My Savings Account If I Die? by Tinyemeka(m): 6:30pm On Jul 07, 2016 |
franciskaine: Wills and Intestate Laws A last will and testament dictates who inherits a deceased person’s assets, including bank accounts if they are mentioned in the will. The will undergoes probate, taxes are assessed and the executor distributes the assets. A person who does not leave a will has died intestate. If no other provisions were made regarding the bank accounts, the state determines beneficiaries using its intestate laws. The probate court assigns an administrator who distributes all of the assets, including bank accounts, using the list of heirs in the state’s statutes of descent. The list begins with the closest living relative of the deceased person and continues through the line of descent. Under state laws, the bank might be required to send the funds to the state’s unclaimed property office if the rightful owner cannot be located.
http://budgeting.thenest.com/happens-bank-accounts-someone-dies-26027.html Yours is in the state of Ohio. The onus lies on the probate court (by extension the administrator) to prove that all actions have been exhausted in searching for a living relative. Excerpt: 5. WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS NO WILL? If someone dies without a valid will, he or she is “intestate.” Even if the decedent dies intestate, his or her probate assets are almost never turned over to the State of Florida. The state will take the decedent’s assets only if the decedent had no heirs. The decedent’s “heirs” are the persons who are related to the decedent and described in the Florida statute governing distribution of the decedent’s probate assets if he or she died intestate. If the decedent died intestate, the decedent’s probate assets will be distributed to the decedent’s heirs in the following order of priority: If the decedent was survived by his or her spouse but left no living descendants, the surviving spouse receives all of the decedent’s probate estate. A “descendant” is a person in any generational level down the descending line from the decedent and includes children, grandchildren, and more remote descendants. If the decedent was survived by his or her spouse and left one or more living descendants (all of whom are the descendants of both the decedent and his or her spouse), and the surviving spouse has no additional living descendants (who are not a descendant of the decedent), the surviving spouse receives all of the decedent’s probate estate. If the decedent was survived by his or her spouse and left one or more living descendants (all of whom are the descendants of both the decedent and his or her spouse), but the surviving spouse has additional living descendants (at least one of whom is not also a descendant of the decedent), the surviving spouse receives one-half of the probate estate, and the decedent’s descendants share the remaining half. If the decedent was not married at his or her death but was survived by one or more descendants, those descendants will receive all of the decedent’s probate estate. If there is more than one descendant, the decedent’s probate estate will be divided among them in the manner prescribed by Florida law. The division will occur at the generational level of the decedent’s children. So, for example, if one of the decedent’s children did not survive the decedent, and if the deceased child was survived by his or her own descendants, the share of the decedent’s estate which would have been distributed to the deceased child will instead be distributed among the descendants of the decedent’s deceased child. If the decedent was not married at his or her death and had no living descendants, the decedent’s probate estate will pass to the decedent's surviving parents, if they are living, otherwise to the decedent's brothers and sisters. Florida’s intestate laws will pass the decedent’s probate estate to other, more remote heirs if the decedent is not survived by any of the close relatives described above. https://www.floridabar.org/tfb/TFBConsum.nsf/48e76203493b82ad852567090070c9b9/92f75229484644c985256b2f006c5a7a?OpenDocument |

Funny thing is that the bank wouldn't even know if you'd passed on except it gets notified when relatives of the deceased come to inform it and make enquiries on how to access the funds. That's if the customer died without a will. Then the relatives of the deceased will have to produce a letter of administration from the court and an account in the Estate of the late customer will be opened or a draft issued to beneficiaries of that letter of administration.
Another way the bank may know that the customer has passed away is through the account officer coming by that knowledge. |

Went to a bar (Extreme, Ind Layout 042) with two friends of mine. One was a crazy drinker who could guzzle one bottle of Legend every 20 Mins and continue at that rate for like 4 hours. I'd had 5 botts Heineken. My other guy; don't know how many he took. While we were there, some UNEC students came along to celebrate a fellow student's birthday. DJ decided to spin Karaoke for them. Tell him any choice of song and he'll play the instrumental while you sing along with the mic. O boy see opportunity to display. I'm an Eminem freak, I come see opportunity to display my rapping talent. I didn't know that with the alcohol in my system, my brain was now processing stuff at the rate of 1 word per minute. I went and told the DJ to play me 'Love the way you lie' ft Rihanna. DJ said OK. After the song currently playing. I don't know if I heard him well o, cos I went back to my seat and was gisting. Babe finished her song and mine came on. Na so I stagger stagger rush collect mic o. Instead of me to get into the flow, I just started giving speech like Martin Luther King and dedicating the song to all lovers of rap. Eminem started rapping. I rush follow am join. Hmm... This is a song I can rap from A to Z, if you wake me up from sleep. I just forgot how it started. People begin look me like 'ha ahn... After the whole speech thing?' I try come remember some, but no matter how hard I tried, I was just following the song with 5 seconds delay. Yet I no send. The Aki was too powerful. Even the mumu beside me that attempted to assist me and sing Rihanna's chorus was bleating like one ram that just won scholarship (guy abeg if you are reading this, no vex o. Na the reality of that night ). My other guy (the Legend guzzler) just vacated the table. That was a night I'll never forget. |

Have you not all wondered why the richest bank in Nigeria in terms of asset and structure, no 3 in terms of general banking was bought over by access bank, a bank that was not among 1- 10, a bank that the Md and dmd owed intercontinental btw 15bn and 20bn, a bank who the interim Md was a manger to saraki's conglomerate, wrote off almost all bad loans to sell the bank at a loss including its assets. And access bank was a front as to SGBN merging with intercontinental which akingbola refused..

When you begin an article (at the very onset) with a whole bunch of kids and outright fallacies, do not expect to be taken seriously.
NDA had stated from the very onset what their agenda was: Reclamation of their lands and resources control. Failure of which they would resort to destruction of critical infrastructure committed to oil trade. They also made it clear that they were strictly against bloodshed and gave advance warning before they struck.
Why now write all these balderdash about sea piracy, killing of soldiers and police and attack on civilians? Why must everything relating to buhari be steeped in lies and fictitious fabrications? |
