Anyways, he was never disgraced, he was only sacrificed to face face then because Nigeria didn't qualify for the worldcup and because he said world cup ticket was not our birthright, we all knew why we didn't qualify for the worldcup in 2006 (major faults on the players). Given the choice between GEJ and Atiku, Atiku all the way.

Atiku looks more presidential, more dogged, and more detribalized.

Knowing full well that Nigerian politicians do not have  original ideas, and many can barely express themselves without the aid of a speech writer, individually, there is no difference between the two.

The question here is who is more likely to stand up to the "cabal" running the show? It is obvious that Atiku somewhat has a mind of his own, unlike GEJ.

Where is the line between skill, knowledge, effort and luck in all human endeavour and gain and where does gambling fit in.

For goodness sake am I gambling on MTN, Philips, Nissan, Aero, Dstv, IBTC/Stanbic, etc. How much of them do I/can I know before I try them for gain.
