Can’t comment on the LMIA but I can on your IELTS/CRS. I want to also assume you’re single and without a masters degree? If you can max out IELTS L8.5 R8 W7.5 S7.5 (it’s not impossible) then you can get a decent CRS 441

No. You cannot use a friend in Canada. You can ONLY claim points for a sibling.
