I would have said her office is not recognized.....however, judging from her antecedence and the dramatic roles she plays whenever her name surfaces in any political situation in the country .... Its lyk we av our first female dictator in Nigeria.... She is by far more politically proactive than any former first lady..... There is this adage that: chameleon wey dey waka jeje, death dey kill am, talkless of Toad wey come dey nack imself for ground" Mama peace: take am jeje |
Aureliuz: Have you also considered the advantages of high population ? Advantages such as economic advantage that include a greater domestic market, attraction of investors and multinational companies, as well as more workers and more young people energizing the economy. Jonathan met with the Queen of England. He asked her, "How do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips u can give to me? I want to help Nigeria." "Well," said the Queen, "the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people."Jonathan frowned, and then asked,"But how do i know the people around me are really intelligent?" The Queen replied, "Oh, that's easy, you just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle." The Queen pushed a button on her intercom. "Please send David Cameron in here, would you?" David Cameron walked into the room and said,"Yes, your majesty?" The Queen smiled and said, "Answer this riddle. David, your mother and father have a child, it is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?" Without pausing for a minute David Cameron answered, "that would be me." "Yes, very good," said the Queen. Jonathan went back home to ask his Vice President Sambo. JONATHAN: Answer this. Your mother and your father have a child, it's not your brother and it's not your sister, who is it?SAMBO: "I'm not sure, let me get back to you."He asked all his staff in the Office but none could give him an answer. Finally, one day, VP Sambo ran into Dora Akunyili. Sambo asked, Dora, SAMBO: Your mother and father have a child and it's not your brother or sister, who is it? "Dora answered sharply, "That's easy, its me!" Sambo smiled, and said "Thanks!" Then he went back to speak with President Jonathan. Sambo: Sir, I have the answer to that riddle, It's Dora Akunyili! Jonathan got angry, he said to Sambo. Idiot! "No wonder Nigeria isn't moving forward, I am surrounded by Dummies! The answer is David Cameron!" WHO IS MORE INTELLIGENT? ![]() |
taharqa: 1st of all, chap, YouWin is just about 1 year old. 2nd, d ONLY reason Dangote, Flour Mills and odas, wud reduce d hundreds of billions of naira we use to import Sugar (both raw Molasses and Refined Domestic sugar in cube/granulated forms) is cos GEJ forcefully and is meticulously implementing d new National Sugar Masterplan. Hv you heard ever bout it? Hv you read it? Google, Download and read if you hv not...Youwin started in 2011, the last year's version was exclusive to ladies.... I'll read abt d national sugar stuff |
If this is true....its fabulous cos nigeria govt is boosting of providing 26 thousand jobs in in three years of youwin.......I fink GEJ should seek advise from uncle Dangote |

Some questions are better left unanswered.... Am not a conspiracy theorist , but I think his death was too sudden...he governed his state for 8yrs, and am so sure with the level of interest of northerners in taking over ASO Rock, they wouldn't av recommended a to-die-soon man.... When I read abt the death of abacha, I knew instantly that it was a decoy. Generals don't dies cheap, except they are set up by their most trusted allies..... There is nothing to gain in revealing the thru cause of his death, other than violence and seriously we don't need cheap violence that will lead to loss of lives without yeilding any plausible result...... I remember when yar dua was still in power, he delayed the renewal of us contract or agreement to continue to explore our oil reserve. They promptly listed Nigeria as number one most corrupt nation in the world...........now we no even they really appear for top position on the list despite the present situation........ @op, pls let it go...for the sake of the innocents.....pls |
This Gov is unknowningly trying to promote anarchy and terrorism..... What he said is actually right.....however, in Nigeria, the right word always comes from the wrong people... Lyk obj accusing Gej |
I don't know why pple wince when a politician insists on running for second term....ofwhich the so called idiots we prefer to vote for and wish they gain power to rule, eventually forget us when they get there....they join the cabal and leave the masses to wallow In destitution....... # to hell with who runs for president come 2015...... # it is only a fool that adds 1+1 everyday and expect a different answer.... We need to look beyond electoral process |
Pls help, I jst got N9 for a friend... the only issue so far is that the keyboard keep sounding even when av deactivated the touch sound.....Ñt's only go silent when i select silence as profile....pls aw do i activate the sound so when i type it won't sound .... |

You still must point out their error in a very rude manner.... Indians speak and write very bad english, likewise many other countries colonised by GB.....and I have never seen indians castigating their fellow brother for speaking bad english #encourage pple in a pleasant manner #try to figure out the msg being passed accross #am sure if the op posted about a sure bizness or a means to win huge amount of money, you wouldn't care to check for errors..... #smh |
I hope you get neccesary attention...... https://news.bbcimg.co.uk/media/images/63994000/jpg/_63994996_mujhome.jpg Mujica’s Definition of Poor: Always Craving More Mujica, who earns the equivalent of US $12,000/month, shunned the Presidential Mansion to continue to live in his modest house on a dirt road in a rural area outside Montevideo. He chooses to have a simple lifestyle, he says, so he has time to live how he wants to live. More impressive is the fact that he donates around 90% of his monthly salary to causes that benefit the poor, and small scale entrepreneurs. This brings the amount he lives on, approximately $800/month, to that of the average Uruguayan’s. While that may be modest, he doesn’t feel poor. Mujica believes it’s not what one has, but having an endless craving more, that makes one poor. Not Acting Presidential Enough in Some Eyes, but an Inspiration to Others Mujica’s past gives clues to why he chooses to live how he does in the present. He is a former leader of a leftist guerilla group, Tupamaros, that used (admittedly violent) Robin Hood-like strategies on behalf of the poor. His activities with the Tupamaros landed him in prison for 14 years, where he says he spent much time in solitary confinement. While his days of violence are in the past, his leftist leanings live on, and are clearly reflected in the policies he supports today, including same-sex marriage, abortion rights, renewable energy, and (to the chagrin of many Uruguayans) legalization of marijuana. Not surprisingly, Mujica has his critics, including those who feel he doesn’t “act presidential.” But, as one Uruguayan acknowledges, Mujica is someone the common people can identify with. And I can’t help feel he is demonstrating the best type of leadership of all: living through example, with choices that reflect an understanding that a simpler life is better for the Earth, for the larger human community, and doesn’t have to equal a sense of deprivation. https://news.bbcimg.co.uk/media/images/63994000/jpg/_63994107_home.jpg Sources : http://m.aljazeera.com/se/2013102294729420734 http://www.pachamama.org/blog/the-worlds-poorest-president-may-also-be-the-richest-meet-jose-mujica |
Obviously, everybody is angry, emotions are heightened, and everybody is right, atleast to a degree.......if you feel nigeria is the only nation that discredit or rain e-abuse on her leaders , then u av not bin keeping up wit blogs based in europe and the US...no country is satified with the way their govt is being run, although some are much better than naija..... The contribution of naija to the partial liberation of the black race in SA is invaluable......nigeria maynot be given the chance to speak 2day ,buh dat doesnot mean we are not appreciated............. Note, it is not enough to criticise and then fold arms afterwards....however, the major reason why its difficult for us to fight the government in naija, lyk some countries are doing right now in europe and asia, is cheifly becos of our religious and ethnic dichotomy.....huasa wouldnt be soooo bitter right now if the president was hausa....this shouldnt be....let's call a spade a spade.....we can not all leave the shores of nigeria to seek haven else wia......let's unite first and then confront our government.....cos if we are not united, any revolution will lead us to wia lybia, egypt, syria are today........#GODLESSNIGERIA |
One day , one day , I go buy that NO.4....maybach....so classy.....hmmmm... Its so cool to be wealthy Õoº°Úº ![]() |
Ultra-Armored Cars Luxury sports cars are the favorite choice of celebrities. But for some celebrities, their fame comes with the price of their own security. For this reason, there are some wealthy people who invest in expensive armored cars. Here are the best high-end armored cars that money can buy: 1. Mercedes Benz S-Guard 600: $1.4 million Not to be outdone, Mercedes Benz has their own line of luxurious armored cars in the S-Guard 600 worth over $ 1.4 million. This model can resist close range sniper fire, rocket propelled grenades and high velocity projectiles. Its twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V12 517-horsepower gasoline engine can zoom from zero to 60 miles per hour in just four seconds. https://static6.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/95/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Mercedes_Benz_S-Guard1.jpg 2. Audi A8 Security: $685,000 to $1,000,000 The armored Audi A8 Security is a sweet package wrapped in steel, titanium and Kevlar that makes it invincible to high-powered firearms. It can also protect against fire and chemical attacks. Its W12 450b-horsepower gasoline engine can zip from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in less than five seconds! This car can be worth as much as a million dollars! https://static6.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/93/70/c/wp-content/uploads/audi-a8-w12-security.jpg 3. Bentley Mulliner Division with Armor from Mulsanne: $400,000 The Bentley Mulliner Division car is another luxurious model that spikes its price tag to $400,000 when coupled with high-end armor from Mulsanne. This particular model can withstand high-powered firearms, chemical threats and explosive attacks from all sides. This car can accelerate from zero to sixty kilometers per hour in just five seconds with maximum speed of 184 miles per hour thanks to its Twin Turbocharged 6.7-liter 505-horsepower gasoline engine. https://static1.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/90/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Bentley_Mulsanne_Armored.jpg 4. Maybach 62S with Armor from Rijck: $352,000 Maybach cars are already expensive as it is. But when the famous Swiss armoring company Rijck integrates its inputs to the Maybach, expect it to be very expensive. Rijck has created a heavily armored Maybach 62S that can deter a high-powered sniper rifle fire from ten meters away. The engineers were able to accomplish this feat without changing the beautiful exterior and interior design of the Maybach. It comes equipped with an AMG V12 Biturbo 5980cc 620-horsepower gasoline engine. It accelerates from zero to sixty miles per hour in just five seconds. The price tag for this Maybach-Rijck tandem is $352,000. https://static0.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/98/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Maybach_62S_Rijck_Armored.jpg 5. BMW 7 Series High Security: $350,000 BMW is a high-end luxury brand for vehicles but they can pack a punch as well with their armored 7 Series High Security. BMW believes this car is German engineering at its finest because its added weight does not not affect the handling and acceleration of the car. The High Security can repel high velocity projectile weapons and chemical attacks. It even has its own gas tank that can seal itself again when hit by a bullet. Its engine is no slouch as well because its V12 6-liter, 535- horsepower gasoline engine can accelerate from zero to 60 miles per hour in just six seconds. https://static5.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/100/70/c/wp-content/uploads/BMW_7-Series_High_Security.jpg 6. Popemobile: $311,000 The Popemobile cost $311,000 but its value goes beyond that because of the passenger it serves. This vehicle is bulletproof and can withstand all forms of biological and chemical attacks. Even if it gets flat tires, it can still speed through seventy miles per hour. It runs on a Mercedes Benz V8 5-liter gasoline engine that can speed up from zero to 60 miles per hour in just six seconds. https://static0.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/114/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Popemobile_Armored.jpg 7. Conquest Knight XV: $310,000 Seen by many as a “Hummer Killer,” the Conquest Knight XV is built of hardened steel with Kevlar- fiberglass fenders and bumpers. Even the wheels are impervious to damage because it is made of forged 6061 aluminum. Its engine is either a GM V8 6-liter 325- horsepower gasoline or a Cummins ISB 6.7-liter diesel. Its top speed can reach 153 miles per hour even with all its weight. https://static1.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/97/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Conquest_Knight_XV.jpg 8. Cadillac One: $300,000 You’ve probably heard of Air Force One, the airplane used by the President of the United States of America for international travels. It has a land vehicle counterpart in the Cadillac One. But this privileged limousine is more than mere looks. It is heavily armored and its details are highly classified, leading some funny observers to joke that the Cadillac One can withstand a direct hit from a nuclear warhead. For the estimated price of $300,000, the Cadillac One features a diesel-powered V8 6.6L turbo 300hp diesel. When in a presidential convoy, the Cadillac One has many other decoys to confuse potential threats. https://static8.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/101/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Cadillac_One.jpg 9. The Dartz Kombat T98 SUV: $200,000 The Russian-made Dartz Kombat T98 is technically a sports utility vehicle. But it really looks more like a tank. It looks like a Hummer with heavy steel plated doors and 7cm thick windows that can repel AK-47s and even rocket-propelled grenades. It is powered by a monstrous 8.1 liter Vortec V8 that can sustain speeds of 180 kilometers per hour even with all its weight. Dartz has had a long history when it comes to armored cars dating back to World War I. https://static8.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/97/70/c/wp-content/uploads/Dartz_Kombat_T98_SUV.jpg 10. The Tumbler: The Dark Knight’s Newest Batmobile This armored car exists in the realm of fantasy but when it was produced for the Batman sequel The Dark Knight Rises, it inspired crazy aspirations among hardcore Batman fans. The Tumbler has a HM 5-liter Vauxhall engine with jet engine boosters. The Tumbler also has auto-cannons in its nose. It may not withstand all types of RPGs, but it has the motorcycle-like Batpod as insurance embedded within the car. This armored car can be built but vehicle engineers peg the price in the range of millions of dollars. https://static2.therichestimages.com/cdn/250/111/70/c/wp-content/uploads/The_Tumbler_The-Dark-Knight_Batmobile.jpg Testing and Certification for Armored Vehicles When you decide to buy a luxurious armored vehicle, note that it must pass stringent measures applied to all armored vehicles. The old BRV 1999 guidelines have now been replaced with BRV 2009 benchmarks. It is not enough for an armored vehicle to withstand 90-degree attacks from projectiles; it must also resist attacks from various angles. Independent organizations such as the Beschussamt Mellrichstadt in Germany must carry out the armor testing to guarantee the integrity of the vehicle. |
