Ugochux: Pls, what do you think bout this? I'm still serving, I wil be done by july..but in d SOP I composed, I didn't mention 'NYSC' rather I mentioned the Voluntary job I'm doin here which is related to what I studied in d university..in d employmnt part of cic form, cn I leave it as 'unemployed'? I have a letter frm d plc of work stating my accpntc as a volunteer..tnx I did something like this in my app, and employment status was ticked, I'll advice you add your callup letter or something and state what you're doing and the fact that you'll be through in july should be stated in your sop |

morgan2006: Good morning, House.
Please I have a sponsor who happens to be a director in a company. He is sponsoring in his own capacity so I wanted to ask if he can show his personal tax clearance certificate or is it better he shows the tax clearance certificate of the company?
Thanks for ur kind response Hello, If I may ask, what do u mean by "in his capacity"? Which of his statement of accounts will be used, persnal or company's? If company's den company's tax clearance, if personal then personal tax clearance also. If I'm wrong, anyone should pls correct me. |

Funto900: sincerely hen, we want to study, we both don't have masters, and wev been working for like 5years each, and if we get opportunity dere why not?. I have one year study leave permit from office ( with pay for the 1st 3months and if my study exceeds 3mths, then 9months with basic alone). So here's the deal, its easier for one of you to apply first, leaving the other as the home tie. I suggest your wife goes first, then you can join her after a while. Both of you applying suggests that you want to abscond u get? |

CruzAj: Even when u scan ur documents and send online u still need to go to VO for biometrice. Please don't get this wrong, you're going to the Canadian Visa Application Center (CVAC) not to the Vo or the embassy. People make this mistake a lot. And its biometrics. |

aedeha: Pls lemme send u a mail pls Hello, I think you should stop confusing yourself and stop letting people confuse you. Your documents have been dispatched right? Why not wait till you get it and know the reasons for the delay? When you know the reasons you can then come back to list the reasons for the delay along with the documents submitted again. Your case can be properly tackled when you list the reasons given. If not you'll be adviced based on assumptions. |

pchax: Firstly, congrats on your admission. I do not know much about #2 but I believe it depends on the person and how much the said fees is and even the program and also scholarships. When it comes to money matters, a lot of variables are involved. Not to dampen your Spirits, I would advice you do your calculations very well. Minimum wage is around $10 or $11/hr here (not really sure). You have 20 minutes to work when enrolled. Even if you collect pay under the table, multiply your min wage by tops 50 hours/week. See if it offsets your fees and 4 months of paying $300 for accomodation. Then throw in another $300 for food, transport and other things every month.
I don't know if I am giving you the answer you want. I just want to give you an overview of the expenses you would incur for you to know if to make a calculated risk or not. Please do not come to Canada and suffer. If you have a job in Nigeria, you can differ your admission and make more money to come better prepared. All the best as you make your final decision. Cheers! God Bless. |

hayqinsbFX: as a hustler leave bills and food. he squats with someone and shares the rents. sschool fees is around 13k. he has to pay twice ie per semester. which makes it 6.5k. i dont think yure expectin to leave naija and go and start living like a king in canada. he has an engineering job One thing you should have in mind is that people will never really tell every detail. The fact that it worked for him dsnt mean that it will work for another persn.. In as much as you're not going there to live like a king, you definitely shouldn't go with the mindset of hustling, and then over work yourself, because if one is not careful the academics will suffer greatly. |

kciano: the school fees is 15790dolls
I did chemical engineering in my bsc and am going for chemical production and power engineering technology in Lambton college. The course has a 6months coop but that's after 3 semesters I'll still advice u get your full tuiton for 2years before u leave Nigeria, don't go with the intention of studying and hustling, what if you don't get a good enough job? What if your work load in school doesn't even give u time to relax more less work,I believe a course like yours will be time consuming and demanding. So just prepare before u go to avoid "had I known" stories. |
