I got same email. It is not a mistake. It was clearly stated in the email they have unprecedented demand than they anticipated. Guess some people has paid their deposit and they've met their target of students they want to admit. Or have you made deposit?

My CAS states that I'm to upload only degree certificate and transcript. No English certificate as I've been assessed and meet the requirements.

Question is...do I upload only these two documents? I've read from people here saying how they uploaded CV and letter from their employees to show study gaps and all that to avoid getting NSF mail. Please advise. My study gap is 11 years

Also, do the uploaded documents need to be in A4 format?..I think I read it somewhere...

As at last September Northumbria University NEWCASTLE does not request for POF before issuing CAS, just pay your 2k (not 5500) deposit. Try and connect with their Nigeria representative, you can get her WhatsApp number from the school website, She's really helpful.
Last year she had a WhatsApp group for all prospective students. I don't know about now

I don't think that UK follows that 6 MONTHS VALIDITY rule. I have seen someone with 3 months validity that got his visa. You can check UKVI website to verify.

They do not verify, I applied and I got my offer… the letter I uploaded was after i got my offer and it’s only a letter for prove that my degree was taught in English. I still doubt if they call the lecturer Bcus i they accepted my letter after i sent it and this was less than 24 hrs

Yes, no payment. Sometimes the conditions might be unattainable by you. So try to meet the conditions first.

Is your offer, Conditional or Unconditional? If it's Conditional you shouldn't pay any deposit until you get an Unconditional offer.

But She has a degree in home economics,so how will she get schools that will offer her master in nursing ??

Search for universities that have the courses she intend to study, check their entry requirements if they didn't specify any field of study then she can apply. Most of the uni's there prefer work experience than what you read in your first degree. E.g I know someone that studied Chemical engineering but she's studying Nursing now in UK. Another studied Economics also in Nursing classes now.
Therefore write a good SOP and apply to any course of your choice. Apply to different schools too.

Non straightforward email. Its a way to tell you that there will be a delay in your application.

No, you don't need to print another statement. The one you used for CAS can be used for visa application provided that your application is within a month of printing the statement. And most importantly make sure that you still have the fund in the account during visa processing because they MUST call your bank to confirm the fund.
If by the time they called the bank that no one picks their call, they will send you NSF email straight away.
