The whole picture of what I was saying is that a particular amount was frozen (the required amount) in my account. So, I had access to put and remove money but not the one frozen. The money that is frozen can't be withdrawn.

Note, the account was not frozen, just the required money that was.

After my school confirmed that I have met their academic requirement and paid £3000 for tuition and awaiting their feedback.
They said English result above 5 years is unacceptable hence they can not process CAS.

No worries at all.
About jobs, what I can say is that there are available jobs in cities other than London such as Southampton (where you've got the Uni of Southampton) or Colchester (where you've got the prestigious University of Essex) but to give you a list is what I can't say; I'll leave that to the elders here.

With respect to your second question, I'm not sure, I'm not sure, hmm. What course are you looking at?

#4: this isn't a problem/challenge. You need to inform them you were taught in English (see post above).

#5: Yes. But the sooner, the better because of your visa application.

The admission decision timeline below is an estimate (especially if you're applying by June/July or thereabouts) and could vary depending on workload but...Bournemouth University should get back to you with an admission decision within a month; Sheffield Hallam, 2 weeks and a couple of days maybe; Middlesex, not sure.
