ozycy: This sounds like a great idea. @Fvine, I would so love to see your daily meals. I'm trying to limit my carbs but it's a real struggle. Contacted the Weightloss video poster, her drive with the video files got damaged *sad face* She still has some on her computer but her area is a bit too far for me right now. One of these days maybe. Currently trying out intermittent fasting and it's a great feeling. Anyone who's interested can read more here: http://www.mercola.com/infographics/intermittent-fasting.htm |
rahmatlawahl:Hi dear, I'm also not TTC but would love to signup for fitness. If your offer is still up, i'd love to take you up on it. How can I reach you please? Hi Fvine, you're doing a great job here and matter of fact I've read up on your egg fast success and even recommended it to others. Joined the Facebook group too though yet to actually begin the fast. Well done dear and lots of baby dust to you. Hugs |
Depends on what part of Gbagada you are. Let's use Mobil filling station as take off point. You just drive straight on. To Ojodu Berger, to RCCG camp Ibafo till you get to Sagamu interchange. I believe this is the first over head bridge and interchange you will get to on the express. Take the 2nd exit on the interchange on your right, climb the bridge and drive straight down. You will approach a round about, don't use it, just keep going straight. Feels like I'm rambling on. Just park and ask whenever you're unsure. It's a pretty straightforward journey. Have a safe trip. |
zaraman:Thanks for the info. Please what and what do we need to go with? Passport, ticket? Any thing else? Thank you |
item4biz:What is your relationship like when he's home? I believe an evaluation needs to begin from this point. |
That's neat! It's "doppelganger" by the way, not "double gaiger". And it's used in terms of physical resemblance. Do you guys look alike too? |
bellong:Thank God. Still a stretch but we are on course. It is well with her. |
Of course the pregnancy should be aborted. And the girl should go for psychiatric evaluation/rehabilitation. All side by side with intensive deliverance session. Oloriburuku people just want to ruin her life. 14 oh, 17 oh, all na abduction. Even if she wan follow aboeki preek go, make she wait until she don old. |

Signing in at 78KG. Goal Weight 65KG 13 kilos to lose. Sorry Tearoses for just putting down my stats. This is the best time for me to actively join in. Cheers all |
From giving birth to this? Yikes! What manner of complication. Baba God please have mercy and grant her healing. Will do my bit. |
Lol. It is the responsibility of a wayward child's parents to bear the cross of their failures. Don't let any crazy parents pressurise you unnecessarily. You have to be bold, Hard and firm now. No marriage except you want to marry their daughter. Make she born for her papa house, then you do DNA, that is just so you can be responsible to the child if it is yours. If their wahala is too much, change you number and location for like a month. Confide in your parents, they should not take in the girl in your absence. You've been very silly for sleeping with an underage girl. Infact very very foo.lish agbaya behaviour. Time for her parents to step to the plate. If they take legal action against you, you deserve it. Agbaya. BUT PLEASE, don't get married just because you gave a girl belle. She won't be the first and she won't be the last. The punishment for sleeping with underage is for a while, that of marrying with a burdened heart? Is forever. Make you no go strangle the girl in future come serve jail term for murder. Be calm, this will surely pass. |

Is a man now an iPhone to be owned? A whole human being, dem dey ask us who own am. Oshisko |
This is such a depressing thread. Ujoan's post reflects most of my opinion, albeit in a much nicer way than I would have put it. treese: LOL? ? ? All blame should go to the cheating man who has chosen to find excitement in the chats and texts of single girls. What if the men are even cheating with fellow married women nko? What then? |
Don't get tired folks, 3 days without an update. Some of us would be joining in again in February. Have a great week |
BishopJuice: The man is entitled to his opinion, base change and can support who or what he wants. Make una leave am |
Fashola and The Sincerity Of Purpose. This is one man whose soundness of mind can not be doubted. Of particular interest to me is South Africa's judicious use of their pension funds. Just wow. |
Yeah, Shekarau struck me as being quite passionate and intelligent during the 2011 debates. One statement he made has stuck with me till date "Sincerity of purpose". That statement became my personal mantra and has helped me keep focus on things I set out to do. I can only imagine what it would achieve if our leaders adopted it as their mantra also. Per being the next president. Nah, that won't fly. My only reason: Tribe. |
Beaf Beaf, AKA Wendell Simlin. Happy Bornday oh |
That's one very scary story. Thanks to God Almighty that it ended well. Thanks for sharing. |
Would love to see what the interior looks like. |
Singing* eyin oyinbo, e wa fun mi ni visa Nigeria is really a top earner for many businesses. The sweating and standing is questionable though |
It can only be because of the so called business men in charge. They must make heavy profit afterall, na dem sabi business pass. The filling station operators and co. There is absolutely NO way that I would believe there is a separate pricing system for marketers from the east. Before we start yelling marginalization and similar crap. They all buy from the same source so question your marketers well, question your leaders well. ![]() |
Interesting! "Nigeria is an importing nation" talk yielding results, levies and taxes would contribute to the nation's pot. Let's continue importing as usual and gradually shed light on the exportation angle. We will become an exporting nation soon enough. |
Thanks Tearoses, I'm psyched to be a part of this group. "Ma je n ku'na Baba, mu mi de le ooo" Please keep the meals coming. Haven't gotten around to making or tweaking one yet. There might be a 3 week period of rapid weight loss for me because of Church fasting period. I'm looking forward to the spiritual benefits not so much the rapid weight loss because easy come and go. My goals are to lose 15KG and to make healthy living a part of me. The weight loss is secondary, a life of health and vitality - PRIMARY FOCUS. Drkul:I'm currently into green tea and ginger in the mornings. Sometimes I add lime and drink it almost hot. Crushed garlic in the evenings. Next stop, making sobo without sugar and drinking it chilled every other day. |
Oyind17 There's nothing wrong with a man being useful in his own house, HOWEVER, it does seem funny to be sent on errands for a spouse's sibling. I'm trying to picture myself being told to do this and that for my husband's younger/brother or sister while the sibling crosses legs and sips kunu... I don't know oh. On the other hand, Esther - The Sibling might be a well known thief/olojukokoro to your brother and wife thus they couldn't leave her to get things on her own Perhaps your SIL too wasn't feeling too good at that time. There's always a reason for everything. Anyways, 1. Don't go to people's houses without calling first, it's irritating. 2. Your brother might or might not be under a spell. Further "observation" required. |
I am soooo in. |
Diversify, Diversify and Diversify again. An import driven society has never been the way for an economy to grow. Look into other things you can do that will fetch you money. Let Ecclesiastes 11:6 be your guide. ![]() Things will regularise soon enough though, don't worry guys. |
This isn't 1 April bros. |
3 years after this topic was created, issue persists. Only much worse now, you cannot even buy in kegs again in Lagos. In a country where people provide their own power. This frigging sucks. |
