Hi tollu,

have you ever applied for a UK or US visa in the past?
Was it denied or approved?

Hiya. I have a previous US denial.

Please can you explain how you got ECA without transcript. Some of us are stuck for months now. Ur response is highly appreciated. Thank you

Nothing special. We simply faxed a copy of the certificate to WES and they used the verification from school.

Good evening, l am presently trying to deal my ECA with WES.I faxed my OOU cert to WES which was acknowldged and l was expecting WES to send verification mail to school only for me to get an update on my profile that transcript has not been received.
I havr read here from Elders that did ECA with WES from WES without sending trabscript.

Please what do l do? Has anyone that used OOU experineced this?

I am just tring to avoif the OOU 50k and the delay OOU is known for?
NB; I have copy of my transcript that was addresed to a local firm in Naija here.

I don't know if things have changed but my husband's certificate was verified by OOU and the ECA was finalized with just that. The transcript got there long after we had received his ECA report.

Try to get someone in admin, records to respond to the WES mail. All the best.

Keep at it and you'd have good success in the end.

Raise a CSE and mention your 2 sources of funds. I did like a cover page for my POF, mentioning the two sources and even totaling it all up for them.
All the best.

Oga einsteino, it's really up to you to do whatever you wanna do.

Automobile accidents/airplane crashes won't stop you from traveling by road or air, would it? so why would a "failed" relationship stop you from doing whatever... kindly do not derail this thread with your personal issues.

Derail? Things like this keep the thread active. Not everytime serious o.

Hmm this is getting interesting, please if there are married applicants in the house who have successfully added their spouses after AOR. Kindly bail us out as the elders would normally say "Experience is the Best Teacher"

There's no experience is the best teacher in this matter. If you add your spouse after AOR, you have misrepresented and may earn yasef a nice long ban. Because all your marriage documents will show you got married before the AOR date.

Some choose to say their spouses aren't accompanying. I don't know for sure how that works. Maybe sponsorship after you have landed? That's another long thing.

Enter pool with the 425 and keep your fingers crossed or convince your spouse to take the exam.
Those are your three options.

Eskis sir, the purpose of the question is for data collation for BC. Not for what my exams is for. It is none of BC's business why i am writing the exams. for all i care, I put immigration 5 times and then something else before i got my desired score. Infact, i think it is a means of them taking away from your marks so you can come and pay another money.yes that is my opinion.. come and beat me in my house! tongue tongue

Coincidence ni jare daddy wa. I used immigration and got the desired scores, one touch. By God's grace ni o.
I'm at your gate with kondo and BC officials, open door.

Pls who knows where i can attend mock exams and coaching in Port Harcourt,

Thank you

This is not right ke? If that's how you'll learn better/faster then there's nothing wrong with it.

Unfortunately I don't have any answers for you per coaching centers but are you absolutely sure you can't do it yourself? YouTube, IELTS Liz, IELTS buddy are great resources and free too wink

Hopefully, someone with physical location information will come along soon.

This rude or no rude matter ehn, is one that is very close to my heart. I waka pass 99% of the time because some of us go straight to the point and have little to no time for 'perceived' slowness. So when we even reply sef e go be like curt response even when we get good intentions.

But gbogbo wa o le sun ki a k'ori si ibi ka na. That is to say, all of us no fit lie down and put head in the same direction. Personality matters so I ain't mad at the questions. As I always say, thank God for the patient folks amongst us. Owo yin a ma r'oke o.

A slice of sarcasm before 9am.. how sweet.
You do realize that there are over 900 pages in both threads (not that I'm counting shocked) and I'm yet to find a poster whose situation is SPECIFIC to mine.

And yes, I have been reading from Zandora's post in 2015.

Now I understand that as a student, one may be eligible at the conclusion of his course to remain in Canada after meeting certain immigration requirements but this route would most likely require him to quit his job while he is studying (which he is skeptical about).
That said, I wish to ask the seniors if undertaking a new course is the only option available to him (considering his 5 year student visa) and would love feedback on other possible alternatives.
Thank you

Lol. Sarcasm? Anyways, all the best in our applications.

Hello everyone,
The wealth of information here is priceless and I heartily commend all the contributors who keep this thread going.

Last year, my husband (BSc n MSc in Financial Analysis with over 10 years work experience) got sponsored by his office for a month long course in Canada and he was issued a 5 year multiple entry visa.
My family and I have been wondering how to achieve a PR for the family using his visa as a starting point.

Your candid advice is much appreciated.
Thanks

His multiple entry Canadian visa has no special contribution to the express entry process.
The priceless wealth of information on this thread (which you mentioned) will point you in the right direction. Head to page 0, all you need is there.

When you have SPECIFIC questions, please ask and our nice seniors would be glad to reply us. All the best in your application.

Good Day All and kudos to all the wonderful assistant here.

3. My date on my employment appointment letter is a year higher than the year I graduated from school. i.e: My employment letter is reading 2010 and my year of grad is 2011, Can I still apply with EE, if yes Will I start counting my year of working experience from the date on my employment letter or the date on my graduation certificate?

I am really expecting your assistance on these clarifications.

Thank you

This does not look like an issue to me but then, I'm not your VO ooo.

Anyone can get a job before leaving school. You're going to have to work with your employment letter as it was given to you. CIC might just count from the point where you graduated and officially qualified to practice.
