Adufe2016x: Hi guys. Pls has any PREGNANT APPLICANT done the MEDICALS here in Lagos? Do they have the protective shield? I am the PA and I don't want to wait till I deliver in October. I want to believe that a one-off chest x-ray wouldn't hurt my baby. Time is of the essence but I need ADVICE from anyone who has experienced it. Tx I am also interested in the answer to this. Perhaps one can give them a call? I'd like to hear from someone who actually did it though. If no protective shield, then October it is. Canny can wait o. |

Abby2017: Modification: there are some entries that could amount to misrepresentation if you just decide to put them to start at 2007 because of the 10years ish e.g. saying you started schooling in 2007 when you actually started in 2005. Your form will still validate if you enter education start date as 2005 even though it is more than 10years ago. Mine didn't until I edited to state last month of undergraduate studies. No misrepresentation there. Didn't have organization selected either. That was before the upgrade on the portal though. oddysey: Thanks a lot. It says at least 10 years, so I think more than 10 years is still fine. Okay then. All the best to each and every one of us. |

oddysey: Hello people,
Under my spouse's personal history page, the following is a breakdown of her timeline:
from to 2000/11 2007/7 2007/7 2007/11 2007/11 2008/11 2008/11 2009/11 2009/11 2010/7 2010/7 2010/11 2010/11 2012/1 2012/1 2012/7 2012/7 2012/12 2012/12 2014/1 2014/1 2014/12 2014/12 2016/6 2016/6 till date
But each time I try to submit, it still gives me the error message:
Error Description: Personal activities: You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history, or all time since this person's 18th birthday, to the present.
I do not see any gap in the timeline. I really am not sure what could be the problem. I am the PA. Someone please help. Thanks. I see records from year 2000 there. That's longer than the 10 years required. Begin your entry from June 2007 |

Wumiadeaj: Thanks, what of if the partner gave information that he worked somewhere on his US visa application back then but the wife who is a principal partner for Canadian express entry does not indicate he worked in that place but instead indicates he worked in another place where he actually worked before. While sharing information with US embassy, can this cause an issue for the principal partner. You guys need to get your stories aligned. |

Gymme: Surrey is a moderate city and part of metro vancouver. It is a nice city with decent number of jobs, peaceful city like most cities in Canada, and more diverse culture. When i saw Surrey, the thought of my favorite African restaurant came to mind. Lol Thanks Gymme, sounds fair enough. |

40manlappy: So you are thinking about BC too?
We have given it some thoughts too but we want PPR to land first before making a final decision.
While waiting for Gymme to share practical insights, see what I came across below.
http://www.surrey.ca/6554.aspx Yes o. Thanks for the link. I actually came across it during my research and it does make things look interesting right? Yes o, nothing fixed until PPR. For us sef, nothing fixed until next year. |

Gymme: BC is a province i love and will continue to love because no city is extremely populated than others EXCEPT Vancouver and that is basically because of the weather (they hardly experience SNOW, for those that don't like snow).
In the end, it is a matter of adequate information and personal choice. Thanks for sharing your knowledge about BC, much appreciated. We have our sights set on BC, Surrey specifically. Our options are still very wide open but we have Surrey on the top of the list basically because it has the second largest population in BC and less rainfall than Vancouver. So, not too strong reasons and we can easily change our minds. Do you have any information about the place? Thoughts, ideas? P.S This is also open to anyone who has got information about BC. Thanks so much. |

cheapphones: Sometimes last week iqas was advised on here as preferrable for eca but I'm seeing some complaints recently, they even extended the timeline to 25 days on their website. Please can someone advise on which is better BTW wes and Iqas wrt customer service and speed. I'm evaluating a Nigerian bachelors degree. At the moment, their timelines are similar. However, there's no back and forth with IQAS once you send all required documents. All the best. |

uptown17: hello house.please who has seen his/her unilag transcript before? as request is done online i wanted to proceed with payment & generated RRR on remita with my matric number, alas it generated my name and and title as MR. i am however a female. please is this a deal breaker that i have to correct before proceeding with ECA or title isnt stated on transcript? Don't mind those yeye people, everybody is Mr in Unilag. Anyways, no such thing as title on my IQAS or husband's WES assessment. I can't say if things will change ooo but I didn't bother my head about it. Besides, I believe you'd need to enter correct titles when applying for the evaluation. All the best. |
