There's zero complication in your matter. Except the other experience you have isn't enough to cover your scores when ITA was received.
You simply remove the self employment details from work experience you're claiming points for to personal history, not delete it totally.

The more documents you provide, the more complicated things become.

HOWEVER, it is ultimately your decision to make. All the best in your application.

What made me settle for "Part 2" was because the initial thread was majorly pre-Express Entry, so I figured that may be the reason zandora did not name it "Part 2" especially since EE was launched in January 2015.

Okay, that might have been somewhat unkind. I was just shocked at the more light request and it reminded me of the VC that had to read out Rivers State election results back in 2015. Even with all the light he was provided with. I cracked myself up recollecting this.

A part time program isn't a problem when working, job experience is full time.

A full-time program shouldn't be either but it might raise eyebrows and I don't know if it really affects the calculation of work hours. From my research though, I doubt it.

Not absolutely certain of anything until I get my COPR sha o.

I just saw your quoted post. IMO Bidosko's case is different. He went on study leave during the period. That year wouldn't count as experience.

I have followed this thread for quite a bit, got done with ECA and scheduled to take the IELTS test this week, please pray for me
I foresee an issue post-ITA though;

I got employed at the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and my employment letter states Maintenance Engineer as my role but this is in error as there's no such role in NCAA. My letters of appointment and promotion state Aviation Safety Inspector which is what its supposed to be. I reckon such discrepancy might cut across as being shady since I'll have to upload all possible evidence of skilled work experience.

Are there any suggestions as to how I can find a way around this, please? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

No issue here. You don't need to submit an employment letter. Stay aligned.

Stop worrying yourself, my highest qualification(masters) period of study as full time and work experience period were overlapping, yet my app scaled through.

From other online sources, I learnt you can't claim full-time study and full-time work at the same time BUT this applies to the Canadian Experience Class only.
It doesn't affect express entry but might mean VO shining more light into your application. If you have nothing to hide, this should not be a problem sha.

If I could turn back the hands of time, I'd just claim part time for the MBA. Not saying you should do that ooo but I would have. Do your research well before you begin.

I no thief the degree and I no thief the work so I'd just leave the truth as it is. Shebi they said "Truth shall make you free". Hehehe

If d years u shld have claimed as part-time are sufficient for ur ITA when deemed not full-time u r good. That is what can be deducted from ur CRS leaves u within 449..u r home and dry. Or don't u have any yrs after d MBA? If none favors u..jejely decline..drop to Ontario or wait until u push up ur CRS or wait until CRS comes down ur stand.

For the CRS, I'm good cos the ITA landed before the crazy increase they did yesterday.

Someone I know had same issue and cic asked for further details on the period in question cos of the overlapping thingy.

Oga claimed that the programme was a night programme which was also full time.

IF CIC does back to back draws. The relatively high number of today is because of the changes they recently made and a backlog that has built up for several weeks.
