I feel so bad and sad that you have to go through this. I am 9 months pregnant like you and feeling every bit of pelvic pain you described in your post and darling, that pain is no joke.

The only advise i can render is that you take things really easy and it is easy to say but hard to do.

having 4 kids in 5 years is so possible cos that my reality right now. My oldest Son is 5,I have 2 daughters 4 and 2 and about to deliver the last baby in 2 months. so it is very possible....

Yes we are US citizens, and we have owned and operated our own Pc center in the states fir the last 6 years but we are ready to leave the US as we would live to introduce our young children to Africa. As stated we are not ready for Naija but we will be expanding our business to SA which the hope of capturing a new market.

We have chose Petroria as our city and doing a lit of research ofcourse. Any more tips from expats will be nice. Thanks again.
