Errant nonsense from a foolish woman who nearly 'became President' after the demise of her husband, forgetting Nigeria is not a 'family affair politics' or 'oye idile'! undecided

wesley80: ^ Can you stop being a roach for once?
That guy is a 'demon-possessed' human trust me! Just peruse through his posts here you feel like vomiting, his types make many Igbo Nairaland to cast aspersions at the Yoruba race! He is LOST!
Politics › Re: Evil-Forces Working To Derail Nigeria - Jonathan by tomakint:
Definitely what is happening in Nigeria is beyond the ordinary, however, Jonathan should consider the voices of reason on the 'bait of amnesty' from those funky mallams up North! Definitely, with the latest news, North is destroyed politically they (their demon-possessed leaders) are behind the carnage happening all over North, may God be with Nigeria and Nigerians (Amen)!
Politics › Re: I Am GLAD That Funmilayo Olayinka Is Dead!!! by tomakint: 10:43am On Apr 07, 2013
Omo this michael jones guy harsh ooo shocked shocked bro just show some respect for the dead if not for her at least for her bereaved husband and children! Her slate is clean now, she has gone to be with her God! Of course, I understand your grievances towards these disgruntled elements but not at a time like this or on a sensitive thread like this one! May her soul rest in PEACE! cool
Politics › Re: BUHARISM: Economic Theory And Political Economy by tomakint:
@ OP what a nice piece you got up here however Buhari as a person during his military days was a refined officer who back then gave hope to the young country, he fought anything from drug trafficking, armed robbery down to corruption and being a military man then he brought some sanity and professionalism into army and other para-military outfits! I will also not forget in a hurry his regime 'selective judgment' when the houses of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo and his political acolytes were ransacked for 'some incriminating documents' they couldn't find undecided Now fast forward to this era of democracy, you will agree with me that Buhari was able to achieve much during his military days as a result of the supports he garnered from his 16-member Supreme Military Council (SMC) can the same be said of the 360 members of the House of Rep plus the 109-member Senate he would have to face before his idea or decisions can be promulgated into a law and whose few of the members Buhari had stepped on their toes? What will happen to Buhari's government if his party is not the majority in the 'hollow chamber'? Under this warped system of government we are practising (a system that encourages corruption in an unprecedented mannner) what do you think a Buhari would achieve on the longrun? My take is, if Jonathan choose not to run come 2015, I'd rather prefer to see a new fresh blood preferably from the South than an egocentric, tribalistic (yeah Buhari did just that when Alex Ekueme was languishing in Kirikiri Maximum prison, while Shagari was placed under house arrest with opportunities to be attended to by his domestic staff) Buhari! My point cool

Politics › Re: IBB To Tambuwal, “Run For President” by tomakint: 1:33am On Apr 07, 2013
These 'Funky Mallams' are just scheming aimlessly, it is very certain that before a core northerner can rule this country again it will take the grace of God because the 'born to rule mentality' in them is really making them to display their undue political arrogance! Not even '1000 IBBs can make Tambuwal President' cool
Politics › Re: Lets Move Beyond Buhari And Co by tomakint: 1:05am On Apr 07, 2013
dougivilla: Have you never heard of mentorship? Who are Buhari's protegees? Like I said 'a success without a worthy successor is a failure in disguise'!!! What law says that he has to personally sit atop the office of president to achieve what you stated if they're worth being called that?

Why must he keep all the strategies to eliminate curruption and better Nigeria to himself until he becomes president, if he really loves Nigeria?

To say that ONLY Buhari can succed in the fight against curruption in Nigeria is not only defeatist, shallow and myopic, but an insult to the over 170 Million living Nigerians and about 75 million youths in this country. So, what if Buhari was not born in Africa?

Youths, please lets grow beyond this can-never-do-well beliefs in ourselves. Why should we place our hope in a man that has occupied the same office, about four decades ago to come back to the same office, nearly four decades after?. Is 40yrs not enough time to groom successors? how old is Obama?, How old was Buhari when he first became Head of state? Probably in His late thirties. Why can't he believe that WE, currently within and slightly above that age bracket can be president now? and why can't we believe in ourselves even if Buhari and his failed generation refused to believe in us?. How many 35yrs old and above are still directly under their paremtal control?

Thats my point!!!.
You've said it all, I cannot agree less! It is an anathema for some Nigerians (especially youths) to yearn for someone like Buhari as the 'Political Messiah' in the scheme of things!
Politics › Re: Lets Move Beyond Buhari And Co by tomakint:
mens dept: DOn't you wish people would use pure common sense. But of course, we still have idiots talking about IBB and/or Buhari for president, day after day, even when those guys were yesteryear dictators.

What a country and what a people.
I do feel exactly the same way as you too most times, someone once said that there is a demonic spirit called, 'collective amnesia' https://www.nairaland.com/1069443/terrible-curse-collective-amnesia-nigerians ravishing the souls of most Nigeria which makes them to keep celebrating mediocrity or allowing 'worst of us' to rule the 'best of us'! Take for instance, what is the relevance of an autocratic, egotistic and rigid Buhari in a democratic setting in the Nigeria of today! Yet many babies on Nairaland are too blind to see who really Buhari, IBB and co were! undecided

ilugunboy: .

You are just one irresponsible fellow....Desola and Dayo apparently knows you better.

You came to NL community primarily to create and maintain ethnic hatred.

Never quote me in this community again!
Only a blind fool will not be able to see through your chameleonic nature! I thought I could give you a chance but I was wrong. Your aforementioned 'fellow bigots' got nothing in me and will forever remain so until they (including you and others) embrace the spirit of love for their tormented souls. I think I should be the happiest man on this one, just like the way your aforementioned 'cousins'(fellow bigots) are not within my radar anymore undecided please don't u ever in any way mention my name in ur posts again, thank you in advance bigot cool

Policewoman: I STILL MAINTAIN THAT I WAS UNFAIRLY BANNED BY SEXKILLS FOR 6 GOOD MONTHS JUST FOR A ONE WORD SENTENCE. I DEMAND JUSTICE BECAUSE THAT DURATION OF BAN MAKES IT VERY HARSH. IF IT IS NOT REVERSED WITHIN 2 DAYS, PLEASE I BEG OAM4J, SEUN OR WHOEVER TO HELP ME DELETE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I'M NO LONGER INTERESTED IN BEING A NAIRALANDER. I CANNOT STAND WHERE INJUSTICE IS BEING PERPETRATED. THIS WILL BE MY LAST POST ON THIS FORUM.
Oh common baby don't act that way, this is Nairaland, land of injustice just create another moniker and move on wink by the way I love your beautiful and thought-provoking posts here kiss
Nairaland General › Tomakint Is One Year Old Today On Nairaland! by tomakint(op): 6:57pm On Apr 06, 2013
I still remembered that sunny day on 6th April, 2012 while discussing with a friend who happens to be a Nairalander urging me to 'register' and contribute because he believes in me (I have maintained my guest status for 3 years before I decided to register as advised), looking back now with over a thousand 'likes', 145 topics (that cut across different subjects) and over 2500 posts I can say Nairaland is indeed a place to be for those who want to grow faster in knowledge on virtually any topics of life you can ever imagined! I pray the spate of 'uncontrolled bigotry' displayed in the politics section will be checked before it robs Nairaland of it's esteemed position as an 'online think-tank', to this end, I say more powers to your elbow Oluwaseun Osewa and the SuperMods and other Mods and not forgetting fellow Nairalanders. Peace to y'all wink

Politics › Re: Legendary Harold Smith Speaks About Nigeria ‘hidden Agenda’. by tomakint:
It's a pity that these big-eared and long-nosed slave masters decided to hold us bound till now and our elite class have since joined force with them to keep peddling the same message of 'we are one' when in actual fact Nigeria is about to be utterly disintegrated! I have always believed that Nigeria is an artificial creation of the British Oligarchy class! Wicked-minded twats cool

Sincere 9gerian: @Moderator, I dont understand the sort of selective clean up you did on the thread below. I said selective because you left intact some of the original posts that initiated the cycle of offensive post. If the moderators want to do a clean up, let it be thorough.

I dont post abusive posts on NL but when attacked with abusive post, I return the abusive post modified. So I dont see any reason why the original abusive post are left intact while the return posts are deleted. Pls do the right thing
https://www.nairaland.com/1247204/exclusive-acn-threatens-sanction-senators/1
Funny enough I was about posting the same complaint, personally I don't enjoy it but lately I have discovered 'selective hidden of posts' well no wahala it just gives me the assurance that tribalism, favourtism, nepotism are deeply rooted in our blood that means 90% of Nairalanders are pretenders especially the mods who are expected to be unbiased umpires in the scheme of things on this forum undecided
Politics › Re: Treat Boko Haram Like Niger Delta Militants - Emir & Chairman Of Zuru by tomakint: 4:55pm On Apr 06, 2013
These northern elders are blood-suckers and bastaards, with this wicked demand, I can't even imagine any funky mallams ruling this entity called Nigeria again! We all know what Niger Deltans Militants were fighting for - a fight for justice in their lands, but these Satan-inspired, blood-thirsty vampires are just after innocent bloods and they want Jonathan to treat these 'terrorists' like 'militants' when it is crystal clear that they have nothing in common!
