Something happened this night Around 7:45, I was on my way to drop off a ride at sangisha, I got another request, rider is at ikosi going to Ikeja(long pickup). That was going to be the last trip of the day for me. I drove to the PU point, the rider a female was at a bar, a called and told her that I have arrived, she said she was coming, I can actually see her where she was sat. She wasn't making any money to stand up, after while I called her again, she didn't pick up, but she came to the car and I asked me exercise more patience for that she would soon be ready...I said okay. Her friend came and sat at the back seat, waiting for the other girl, later the other came back and said that they are not going that I shouldn't be angry with them(that the people that ordered the ride are not ready). She immediately cancelled the ride. I just left not happy tho. I was now heading home, when I was close to the express, I got a call from one of the girls that she forgot her spectranet wifi in my car, I told her I will check, I looked at the back seat and saw it. In my mind I was like God don catch this wicked girls. One of the girls called me, asking to park and tell them where I am so they can come collect the wifi, I told her I'm on my home already (naso the girl begin shout for me oooh, naso I change am for am cut call) another girl called and was begging me not to be angry) I cut the call again and wasn't picking their calls, she started sending text messages me to please bring it for them that they will pay for the fare. To cut the long story short, I told her to meet me at ogba to collect her modem(make I stress am small), she came with a cabu cabu. I made her to listen to my small sermon(on why you should be nice to people) before handing the modem back to her. |

chinyce: Just call the rider guy back and refund him his money with apology. Settle out of uber court. This apps company are not driver friendly. Especially if driver was first to report. And write to u er as quickly as possible to clear your name before the rider rubbishes it. Best advice so far |

mrjaydee: Felicity haba! Start prepping for mykab, cos if you don't give a reasonable explanation that your uber account is gone.
I know some riders are ignorant of the cancellation charge. You should have explained to him that it's only when you get to his PU that's when he's charged for not showing up.
You for just chop the cancellation fee as consolation.
Prayers up for felicity uber account That account is as good as gone |

Babadee1900: No lie. I’ve been feeling really down these days. Can’t even sit for long without my Butt paining me. What has been saving me is the heated seat in my car, it helps massage my back and butt.
Bolt decided to block me again for one week on Thursday for passenger not showing up. I go just lock up make I use the period rest. Fortunately for me, while I was going home that Thursday evening thinking of how to survive the one week of been idle, I got a call from one girl I picked earlier from Novare mall to Diamond estate. She wanted me to take her to the Airport on Friday morning around 5, we agreed on 6k. Immediately after that call, my friend from Abk called me for a car delivery to Abeokuta.
I they Abk like this they relax. The current traffic situation is not helping matters at all |

Make I share this experience too. Was at Abraham Adesanya area when a trip request entered this morning. PU about 25 mins. Asked rider to cancel, he refused. He's afraid of cancellation fee. I sha managed to go there since I'm conscious of my cancellation percent. To cut story short, on getting to PU, rider said he changed his mind. That he's not going again. I just weak for body. PU alone is a trip. I sha managed to collect the 300 naira cancellation fee. Just imagine Wetin we dey see for road ọ. And if nay Bolt, nothing sef! The traffic on mainland is getting worse day by day(everyday they keep closing roads), I just passed ojota this morning before 8am see traffic, from ojota to Anthony flyover. From 7up to oworo is not left out... traffic Oshodi connecting to oworo same thing, I was happy I was driving against all this traffic To work for mainland don tire me |

northbird: What will bring back earnings is the lifting of the 10pm- 4am curfew.
As long as the status quo on curfew exists, earnings won't improve. Church opening or not. Spot on bro, this curfew is not good for business, yesterday I was in traffic for close to 2hrs just to get home |
