Temitope’s mother, Mrs. Ojo, who was in court, confirmed her daughter’s bad behaviour but urged the court court to prevail on Mr. Adeyiga to suspend his action.

Afraid that her daughter would attack her for testifying against her in court, the mother urged the president of the court to warn her not to harass her after the court procceeding.

Ruling on the matter, the court president, Mrs. A. O. Olatunji, who observed that the respondent, Temitope, did not show any sign of remorse, warned her not to harass her mother for testifying against her.

She warned that doing so would amount o contempt of court which is punishable by three months imprisonment. She later adjourned the matter till 4 January, 2010.
