They don't want to improve on their game;a very good example of that is Mikel obi. As a player you need to yearn for improvements at every opportunity, the likes of Messi and Ronaldo still improve on themselves ,if one of them should slack the other overtakes him, but in Nigeria players it's the opposite even our best players are playing for unknown clubs.
