If I read this write-up when I newly bought my android phone, I would have called for the OP's head and called him names but since I got to realize that most of these battery saving bullcrap are the ones responsible for draining your battery and RAM, I practically uninstalled almost everything.

Thanks for this piece anyway even though I know many ignorance people will fault this well-thought write-up
