Every human being on this planet is smart, the reason why you wont hear any european say they are smart is because they dont need to brag about being smart because the previous european generations had done the had job for them, in creating industries, generational employment, even so much more that they came to africa and stole african resources and took it to develop thier own country.

Even think about the modern north koreans now who have nothing to do anymore than develop nuclear weapons, like people dont understand how far the rest of the world has moved on.
