Hello house, please help me thank God coz I've gotten my BFP . I didn't go for the HSG again neither did I induce ovulation.
What I did differently this month?
More prayers, more praises, thanksgiving, and faith in God. I believed that God that created me can replace any damaged part of my organs with a new one. No sign of ovulation as usual, I got worried. I stopped punishing DH by DTD every other day and we did it everyday and prayed afterwards. I got my BFP (though faint) before I even missed my period!
Who said God is not faithful? Who said God doesn't answer prayers? My God is alive oooo
Please help me thank God o, DH is so excited.

I haven't experienced anything o since I started the therapy with massage. Not even bowel movement. What could I be doing wrong.

I do mine by 10pm like an hour or 2 after dinner.
Plastic hot water bottle so hot that it lasted till about 3am.
Infact the castor oil has finished. Getting another today.

It may be your system, i don't think u are doing anything wrong, don't forget I also started with fruit diet so maybe that aided mine. Just thinking of it I also did my abdominal massages 2ce a day (morning and night) so maybe this also made a difference

Let me quote mama Fvine for you, my review on some of the things i have tried

Natural
1. didn't notice
2. worked for me wella
3. Never tried it
4. Work wella for "lubrication" but u may substitute lime with lemon
5. worked too but was scared not good for someone prone to infection

Orthodox
1. EPO, didn't pay attention, will try it again
2. Didn't really pay attention
3. Preseed give some people infection try conceive plus or Yes baby
4. Didn't notice
5. never tried it

@ Agape234 : Stuff to boost EWCM production and General Wetness of the Veejay.

Below are the things to increase EWCM and Veejay wetness.

Natural things / Alternative Methods:

1. Grapefruit Juice squeezed inside warm water. Drink the mixture and drink lots of
water during the day

2. Eat Cucumber and drink lots of water during the day (I've tested and it works)

3. Insert the Egg White of fresh and pasteurized chicken eggs like 30mins before BD.
Some ttc women swear by this to have helped them conceive. The Egg white part of a
chicken Egg is like the female Fertile mucus. but you must ensure is fresh and
pasteurized Egg to avoid infection. You can pasteurize Egg yourself by dipping a few
secs in boiling water. Please Google and read this method up if you intend to do it.
I've only tried it once with an unpasteurized but very fresh egg, didn't get any infection but fear no free me try am again.

4. Mix Lime Juice, 1 Egg into Lipton Tea and drink. This was shared on the thread and
confirmed by another Mama. Note that lime is controversial in ttc so my advice will be to do only in Fertile window and stop after Ovulation. You can however take Lemon water all
through your cycle.

5. Baking Soda Finger: Wash hands very well, dry off. Wet tip of finger and dip in
Baking Soda/Bicarbonate of Soda (Not Baking Powder) insert into veejay once. Do this
in Fertile window, 30-45mins before BD. It will make more CM for you, make your CM
alkaline and very conducive for the swimmers to thrive and swim.

Orthodox Ways

1. Take Evening Primrose Oil Capsules before Ovulation and stop immediately after
Ovulation. It can affect implantation or even cause early miscarriage if taken after
ovulation. Drink lots of water throughout the day.

2. Omega 3 ,6 & 9 (there's a Capsules that combines the 3 in one) take throughout
your cycle to balance tour hormones and increase mucus especially Fertile mucus.
Drink lots of water throughout the day. This is what my Dr currently recommended for me.

3. Use Preseed or Conceive Plus lubricant which mimics the Fertile cervical mucus and is safe and helps the swimmers go up there and stay alive for ttc couples (if you decide on this, use half the recommended quantity otherwise you'll be so wet and it will be so slippery that your DH might not enjoy it.

5. Vit B6

You don't do all at the same time, some can be combined though. You just pick and try out until you find out what works for you.

I do it last thing at night before bed, i use the same cloth from the castor pack to clean off excess oil and store it in a glass jar. u can get another piece of small cloth to wipe better, i also have a specific loose top i wear to bed that period instead of my normal night wear, so i don't wash off i just drop my top and off to bed.

Hey boo, glad u asked, i have been meaning to ask you about it o, but laziness no gree me see road.

I combined mine with self-massage and some pilates (Jessica Valant Pilates) i got on youtube i must tell u, it was wonderful, though i over did the massage one day which gave me serious cramp and discomfort, i gave myself brain the next time.

I was able to avoid the messiness by not soaking the entire cloth in castor oil, i just saturated the part that wud be on my belle then also oil my belle do self-massage then use the pack for an hr. Yes the oral one is the right one (small bottled one) since ur body would absorb it, i use the same one it is very important to use cold pressed castor oil as ur body would absorb it. Since u r not trying now u can do it all thru ur cycle but not during AF

I did 3 days on and 1 day off, was able to do like 6-7 days in total, i started a day after AF and stopped b4 Ov, though i didn't use any OPK just counted days and used ewcm to judge. But in all it was wonderful

I also took cucumber & watermelon smoothie every morning guess this was what helped with the ewcm. The PH-Defence (boric acid) suppository Enkaylala gave me really worked for infection, there was no cheesy discharge atttt allll.

The effect was good cos i really felt light, had up to 3 bowel movement in a day which was the effect of castor pack and massage. The morning i over did the massage i had 3 successive bowel mvmt that morning, so i believe it really works.

I pray God will sama us our miracle this cycle, if not i will continue next cycle, carry out TVS and do proper monitoring.

I was seriously blessed by the altar call at camp, even though i watched it on TV, i told God that since HE did it for that large number of women i am rest assured HE would do mine, i was moved to tears just imagining what i would do when i am a part of those women to go out during the next convention.

I am definitely not going to miss the next Holy Ghost, i will be there starting from Thursday for communion service. I encourage everyone to try and make it down as well.
