Hello bae, i like ur style jare it is good to ask all these our sabi mamas question more than once rather than get upset.

For AF induction, i no sabi for that side, but i would advise you carry out tests to know the levels of your hormone and know the best approach to adopt in correcting anything out of place. Since you have irregular period, it won't be to early or out of place to see a gynea to help correct this, then you can take it up from there. Also having irregular period doesn't mean u O or u don't, it may just simply mean that O is as irregular as your AF.

I had irregular AF for a long time years back and was on brom.egon and prim.olut after taking hormonal assay, what i am trying to say is that when can still have regular AF with God and right medication.

I think some mamas in preggy thread have used FMC gbaja (cc: Zaynie, Kaffy4bill) you can ask them to get more info.

since it was done on cd10 i wouldn't rule out that you won't or don't O. having a 30/31 days cycle, ideally means u should O on cd16/cd17, i would suggest u repeat the TVS on cd14 atleast just to know what is happening even, by then a dominate follicle should be present, just that they didn't include the size of any follicle in this to have a sort of comparism.

@Shat01, u did not mention what day of ur cycle u took the test, but i must say u are on the right track with diet change and the rest. Your scan looks clean, which means u just need to O

The aim should be to have a dominate follicle and ensure you ovulate regardless of the numerous small sized follicles as you may not be able totally eradicate them, thats why cysters usually undergo induction alongside metformin i would advise u work closely with a gynea to achieve ovulation and please stay way from clo.mid and all forms of sugar. if u want to induce O on ur own, i have heard a lot of good reviews about Le.tro.zole. Fvine should be able to advise more based on personal experience.

I know it can be tiring but we cannot afford to give up without reaching our goal. God will give you the strength. I would say map out a plan so you are armed with info and then find a doc that you feel comfortable with, timing and approach matters alot in handling issues.

If you are undergoing a medicated cycle (i.e using ovulation induction drugs), i would say it is compulsory, so as to determine when you have well developed follicles inorder to administer HCG injection. Was this advised by you gynea? how many times did he or the lab recommend for you to carry it out.

More than often a USS will still be carried out alongside the TVS and you will take a minimum of 3 sessions to accurately measure follicles in a cycle.

They use to be my HMO hospital too, was not really pleased i assume cos i was under HMO, i met the director b4 i got married for gynea and the man was one kain, so i didn't bother to return but he/they may have improved so won't mind revisiting them.

Don't worry God will sama u, ur bfp very very soon. But please test b4 ur start taking any medication HSG may not be the first call, try hormonal assay and scan first.
