but like someone said  do your homework first as:
who your potential buyers will be
how fast you can transport  your products from north to south
how high the desired products are in the south
here's my tip to you

tomatoes

look for a tomatoe farmer buy cheaply from him and your turn over Will be great
on the other hand,if you turn into a tomato farmer, you are  harvesting 3 times a year
all you need is land which  you can rent,labourers which you can hire and irrigation
