Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for the number is that of a manthink i get this somewhat, in a little way. |
thanks, its one of the best overall adaptations of pride and prejudice i've seen in recent times. absolutely nothing doesnt go wrong, but they somehow manage to twist it all together at the end. |
these well fed naija politicians are always fighting because they are not wondering where their next meal will come from like the common man. after eating a good meal of swallow with some heavy bushmeat and fortified with a nice bottle of malt, i'd be fighting too. |
sa ma danu ara e dun. |
gzib: at 5 years my son have started reading some story books and bible words, at a point i wanted to complain just like youkids are supposed to be able to read some basic words by five. Maybe two or three letter words. all those jack and jill or is it peter and paul picture books from those days, arent they for 5-6 year olds? |
who is she flaunting the chest for? alhaji or someone else. |
how much are those his boots? i saw some really cute ones [not the kind he wears though] in a store, however, @ $1000+, its only window shopping i fit do. i did google the items and saw them on a lot of foreign celebrities. so, i was wondering, how much do his own cost? like two to three thousand plus? |
found out the man is a millionaire or billionaire? |
thread is not meant for you if you have nothing worthwhile to add. its about steps to take in rehabilitating cultists, i think most of you can read. and why is it always the same tired old crew who always drop senseless comments which they are known for? with either their old or new ids. |
And immediately antichrist begins, this 666 spirit will pump out of their body; their spirit will become wild and even different from that of human being. Then they will gather them all, even those that has ran away, will run back to join the troop willingly without looking for them. After then, they will be returned back to their former country, and then they will be leading soldiers into villages and town, showing soldiers where people can hide in order to force them in collecting the Mark 666. They will be telling soldiers where people can hide;well, i guess all this will start happening in full force soon. since the visa lottery has been cancelled. On to the next phase as outlined here. |
You're welcome. |
Evil Brain: You mean you actually took that seriously?!? Well, I'm not going to say anything because I know you have a fragile mind and I don't want to hurt your feelings.Sarcasm is obviously lost on you! Anyway, since the matter pain you pass, how you go wipe your tears ke? |
To those who believe a giving a child an education that is above par has disadantages, I'd honestly like to hear what those disadvantages are.
It mostly has to do with the child's social life. Some schools of thought believe if a child is too brilliant, he or she will not adjust well to the social level expected for their age group. This is not necessarily a problem in most parts of nigeria, but it could be elsewhere. As per your daughter, it might be better to not mention anything personal especially in places like this, people can be wicked and besides, everyone comes from different backgrounds. In addition, liars full here so most posts really do have to be taken with a grain of salt. |
Obviously they think they are planning a hit, but the hit will be on their own head, lets wait and see! |
^ for goodness sake type in english, especially when on a thread about education. What is that crap you wrote there? It scares me to think you have a kid! |
I just feel for these people, thats all. They obviously need empathy, because their utterances show they have lacked that till now. Let us not go into their backgrounds, thats too far back even though the explanation for their crooked, wicked and self destructive ways, lie there. |
any tips on how to get cultists rehabilitated? In particular these cursed ones on nairaland, they're being nuisances here. |
seedord247: Does Crocodile kills human?is this supposed to be english? see your life? |
the next person who mentions my name in an uncomplimentary manner on this thread, ko ni da fun e ati iran e. i am not a jungle beast like you, go find your fellow chimpanzees to f.cuk on! |
Hey, the cultists on the thread should frigging get off my back plz!!!!!! Take your nuisance elsewhere. |
LMAO. WTF is wrong with you. How can you say that to a mother. ![]() Go to his school and find out who his friends are. It can even be a girl he has a crush on. Invite her to play at your house, then give her color books to play with. I assure you he will start fighting to color the book better than the friend. it could also be your approach. Maybe you are being too forceful. Maybe you need to do connecting the dots by example. And make it seem very interesting to do. He obviously has a very good memory. You just need to develop his interest. Seems like a strong willed boy too. So you wont get anywhere forcing him. Goodluck.
True. He also has to check the family history and in order to see which learning pattern will work for the child. For example, determine if its a family trait and then work with that to find the best way to help the child learn. If its a medical issue, then it should also be addressed, but i'm not sure if its too early to tell. |
The parent still has a responsibility towards the child's learning, especially in the early stages. Its unfortunate most nlers would rather prioritize things like which of them should give each other b.low job, than make any meaningful contribution towards their children's cognitive function. But they can criticize and form bad belle at other people who reason differently though! |
. |
engineerd: How can one "over teach"? It seems this parent was "under taught"!Definitely. He says all he did in nursery school was play with plasticine or some such. Unfortunately, there are parents who do feel education is not suitable for their kids. |
Evil Brain: Lets look at it this way: Oil and water are opposites and they don't mix.You just put paid to your own borrowed theory. Oil and water are both liquids, so you're still on page one and havent contradicted the researcher in any way. Water and oil both mix with other substances that dont share the same properties as them. |
No need to pursue someone who is pursuing you. |
Why shouldn't he brag? He's a celebrity with pride and class!
I think you mean a celebrity with pride and libido or h.orniness. |
very pretty girls. taiwo should be the one with glasses, somebody correct me if I'm wrong. but i think the kehindes tend to appear rather more extroverted than the taiwos. |
what's the big deal? ![]() is it today whites and westerners have been abusing nigeria? you are not embarrassed by the activities of your 419 brethren, its now you have thin skin because somebody conducted research? i am embarrassed by the crybaby op and his cronies, didnt know he was gay btw. |
most 3 year olds are not that advanced, although it depends. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090302100608AAZ5R87 kids can have different rates of development, although in america, they have to stay with their peers, and whatever level their peers are, in general, not individually. so, a kid who, in nigeria, is doing work that's ahead of his/her grade, would, if he or she travels out, most likely be placed back in the grade where his or her peers are, since placement is by age, not schoolwork or abilities. however, if the kid does most of his/her schooling in nigeria, then starting early is a plus, because you're not discouraged from such, and in addition, the system is more conducive to both studying and socializing meaning one does not always have to rule out the other. |
i've only had these once, and found them so tasty. really good, unfortunately, havent been able to get any since then (ages ago). |
yes. and did you really need to open a thread on it. you could also just state it/post picture on the strange foods or what did you eat/cook today thread. |
