Heh. I'm saying, subdividing it will awaken Borgu, Nupe ethnolinguistic movements. Currently, they are being slowly absorbed over time into the dominant culture of the state. For selfish reasons, I'd like to see this continue grin
actually, they're not.

speaking yoruba doesnt mean they're becoming yoruba. It's just a lingua franca.

i think you're confusing the situation with the ijaw/igbo one.

it's not the same.

^^it's on wiki, it was on tv, it's in his biography, it's everywhere.

however, he tends to bounce back afterwards.

regardless if it was business bankruptcy or personal bankruptcy, it still happened.
Politics › Re: Eko Ile, Lagos Is A Benin Town Not Yoruba by tpia5: 9:38pm On Apr 26, 2011
^^i assume you meant you dont want kwara subdivided because you felt the yoruba or fulani there would lose their culture if it was.

i dont think so.

of course i might be reading you wrong?
^-- Just post in the 'complaints' thread
i guess. undecided

anyway, i was saying i dont think it matters if the state is subdivided.

Anyways, this is part of the reason I don't want to see Kwara State subdivided
that's just me sha. I'm not from kwara anyway, so my opinion doesnt count.

looks like priaprism, or a side effect of ED medication.

Sildenafil was originally prescribed as a treatment for pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the artery leading from the heart to the lungs). But doctors found that the drug also acted on the penis because the same smooth muscle of the lungs can be found in the penis wall as well.

In 1998, drug manufacturer Pfizer began marketing the drug as a solution for men with erectile dysfunction because it contains an enzyme inhibitor that regulates blood flow to the penis.

The side effects of Sildenafil includes headache, flushing, heartburn, nasal congestion, blurred vision and persistent penile erection for four hours.
Studies show that 86% of men experience some form of priapism by the time they reach age 20. But the frequency increases dramatically when a man is taking Sildenafil, sold under the trade names Viagra and Revatio; or Tadalafil sold as Cialis and Levitra.

Romance › Re: Why Are Women So Jealous Of Each Other? by tpia5: 6:21pm On Feb 03, 2011
ugly women envy beautiful women, beautiful women envy ugly women, jealousy isnt exclusive to any one group.

and yes, beauty does lie in the eye of the beholder most times.

and of course what really brings out the claws is when women feel they are competing for a man's attention.

na WWF smackdown be that.

^^people's dates of birth have been recorded since the late 19th century through early 20th century, in some parts of nigeria.

the people i know, who have elderly mothers, are sure of their mothers' ages.
Politics › Re: What Can Nigerians Learn From The Egyptian Uprising by tpia5: 6:09pm On Feb 03, 2011
politics is always a volatile issue in nigeria.

Kobojunkie:
I also remember those thousands on the streets on that day, and the riots that followed. I also remember how it turned out that many of those who were beaten and killed were attacked by their neighbors, and friends, and not necessarily by the Army, and the police. I also remember, that thousands of people packed up and fled, not away from the army, or away from the police, but away from their neighbors and their friends  to the safety of their mother's villages.
akinalabi:
I remember thousands on the streets after June 12. Not just in Lagos but even in my town, Ibadan. We were beaten and some were killed.

Wasnt well covered by CNN like this Egypt matter.
i think i watched some of it on tv, but for the most part, i think much of the country wasnt unstable even though many were agitated.

and since the western powers did not get involved, the situation was diffused eventually.

my opinion.

But we are the ones who make the place tick. Without us, this place would be a ghost town. Religiousheads will only post uninteresting threads looking for no debate, but merely for the support for their own narrow opinions and prejudices. Y'all know i'm right. grin
I dont think you should be bothered about any of the things you mentioned.

the same excuses are used to justify the rubbish that goes on in other sections.

if it's a ghost town, the site admin can worry about that.

as per supporting narrow opinions and prejudices, hello, are you new here.

more beautiful than them? is it all about beauty? its so shallow pinning it down to beauty alone
thank you.

it's women's nature to be catty, and they envy each other anything, not necessarily looks alone.
