Politics › Re: The Heart Beat Of The Nation, Edo State (1979-2008) With Professors by tpiah: 10:12pm On May 13, 2009
Alli tared half the roads at Ekpoma, gave them a university etc, in fact only the people of Ekpoma would say Alli was a man of substance. The rest of Ishan suffered at the expense of upgrading Ekpoma to city status.
nobody is superman.

The rest of Ishan will still develop. Building a university and upgrading the roads leading there is for the benefit of all.

At least he did what he could.

The problem with Nigeria is continuity. Successors are supposed to continue projects where their predecessors left off, but all too often they dont for various reasons including regional loyalties.
Romance › Re: ~Femis Are The Most Romantic Guys In This World~ by tpiah: 10:02pm On May 13, 2009
hmmm, Femis are now the scapegoats for randy Yoruba men as if say OBJ's name is Femi. Likewise all player dudes must be named Femi- maybe they changed their original names to avoid detection. undecided

Oya, make we try another name- Gbenga, Jide, Wole, Akin, Ade, Bayo, Segun,Tunde, or Gbade nko?

Can somebody tell us which names are safe and which ones are a no-go area?
TV/Movies › Re: The Most Beautiful Actresses In Africa Are Ghanaian by tpiah: 9:52pm On May 13, 2009
spikedcylinder:
Check his past posts. wink
are you sure? huh

His most controversial post was one of his first ones where he asked about Nigerians and prostitution, and he was soundly put through the wringer for asking that question.

The only other "problematic" post I could find was this one

lipuka:
Where can one find the best wife in Africa? Nigerian women are beautiful with a tendency to grow fat as they grow older. They can be bad-tempered too. Ghanaian women are no go, too ugly and dumpy. Congolese girls are good wives, but have a tendency to augment the family income through commercial sex. Ugandan girls are very polite but very poor cooks. Kenyan girls are too bossy and would rather look at your pocket first. Tanzanian girls ate beautiful, good cooks and very polite. And they know how to keep a man at home. They are the best. Somali girls are beasutiful and obedient and loyal, but no sex unless it is for procreation, and Ethiopian girls are beautiful and loyal, but no adventure here; very boring. Apart from Tanzania, where else can one get a good wife?
** and he's obviously changed his mind about Ghanaian women- maybe he's dating one**

but generally, I dont think he's more anti-Nigerian than most other Africans, or even Nigerians themselves.

He sounds more like a pan-Africanist.
Fashion › Re: Africa Needs A Miss Africa Beauty Pageant by tpiah: 9:38pm On May 13, 2009
African girls are at a disadvantage since they do not have the resources to undergo these surgeries. And ofcourse, some of the bumps they have may look beautiful to African people, but are not wanted in these beauty pageants.
which one is bump abeg.
Crime › Re: Analysis Of How Blood (ritual) Money Really Works(?) by tpiah: 9:35pm On May 13, 2009
Bishopking:
can you please answer this question:

Is the money printed by the Nigerial printing and minting company/CBN?
How much of such money can be in the economy if real?
Have you tried it before?
If Human head/blood can produce money, why not animal blood?
you're answering most of your questions yourself.

Celebrities › Re: I Have Five Kids From Five Ladies. I Am Scared Of Marriage’—tuface by tpiah: 6:06pm On May 13, 2009
oluwdashmi:
Tu Face is lieing, he probably has more than that. A friend of mine attends the same church with one of his girlfriends and he said the lady has 2 kids for Tu Face and they really look like him. He even said the lady comes to church with Tu Face's pictures and sometimes raises it during prayer.
may God answer her prayer and make her the legal wife. Amen! or at least find her another husband

Since the guy has so much difficulty deciding which of his baby mamas is wife material. undecided

At least this one headed for church instead of the babalawo's house. And hope she isnt combining the two.

true, not all mothers are good mothers.

Like I always say, ability to have sex doesnt automatically make someone a good parent.

Thanks tpia but $150 a day is definitely beyond me
that's very expensive for sure. The site says otherwise ( about $112 before tax), but regardless, there are other people back home who could use that money for food, clothes or school no doubt.
