Nezero:The parts in bold. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Even if it came in a bag marked IT, many would still not recognize IT. Ponzi and fake grants were custom-made for Nigerians. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
They can't think, look for free money by involving themselves in Ponzis and idiotic grants that promise millions by just submitting account details. ![]() ![]() |
peeps4u:Good one! Like I said earlier, I have little faith in a lot of Nigerian youths. I fear this country may go no where. |
Guys, leave Frederic578377, the second iteration of teahlead, alone. Once the scale starts falling off from their eyes, you start to hear words and stuff like "you are jobless," "I am gainfully employed," "if the grant doesn't come no wahala," "you are crying more than the bereaved," "is it your money," and ad hominem attacks. It's a somewhat normal human reaction. But me, I am heavily disappointed in Nigerian youths sha. If you are between 20-45 years and you have at least a secondary education and you have been doing this for at least a year or 2, listening to those asinine updates delivered in barely passable English every now and then, then you are probably, probably not sharp. |
Nezero:Don't mind those grant lusters. Instead of them to put forward sound points why they think the grants are real, they are engaging in ad hominem attacks. Poor fellows. |
The new Ponzi schemes, if you like, are so-called grants, such as, TELPECON, SEM, OSSEA, THEOBARTH etc ![]() ![]() ![]() |
peeps4u:Some actually get some sense from here, but quite a large number will still continue due to greed, ignorance, poverty, and religion. ; |
peeps4u:For where? ![]() The next moronic grant that will take over from THEOBARTH is doing press-ups at the gym and the benighted grant crowd is already beaming with a smile, waiting to start listening to mumu updates. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
peeps4u:For where? ![]() The next moronic grant that will take over from THEOBARTH is already doing press-ups at the gym and the benighted grant crowd is also beaming with a smile, waiting to start listening to mumu updates. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
peeps4u:They have gone to look for TELEX copy. ![]() ![]() Some have taken residence on Facebook, the home of grant madness if you exempt Telegram app. |
peeps4u:The part in bold above: I even stated it earlier in one of my responses to him before he went AWOL. Typically nowadays, only dumb cluster sponsors pay money for the "new" grants (OSSEA, THEOBARTH, CALIFIC etc). That you as a cluster sponsor can still collect money from the beneficiaries on your mumu Excel list is none of their business, as long as you pay the 20k and some even paid 30k sef. |
Pumpkin911:Well said. Bold lady!! |
Think about this: If there are really grants worth billions upon billions abroad, why is Nigeria (as a country) not applying? ![]() Why are we borrowing to build railways, roads, etc? ![]() . This government must be mad oooThe truth is: #NoFreeMoneyAnywhere #UseYourHead |
kizsis:I will provide answers to you, but please keep it civil. But if I may ask. CBN governor did economics as well.why were dey printing money without the permission from world Bank for over A yr? My answer : CBN can print money but cant print money willy-nilly. This is not the USA. The moment more and more money starts chasing the same amount of goods more or less, you are inviting hyperinflation. This is pretty intuitive if you just spare it a few minutes of thought. Zimbabwe tried it. Haven't you hear about their hyperinflation. They were overprinting money to finance war operations, et cetera. The organisation that looks into your monetary policy especially when you borrow/a member from them is really the IMF. Zimbabwe underreported their military spending to IMF. This is fact. Recently a professor got a grant of over 100 million many people are still getting it. Me: Yes, she did. The amount is even higher than what you mentioned. And who gave her the grant? Bill gates Foundation abi. Who is giving TELPECON, THEOBARTH and others? She was given because she has done quality research in that field; she's a giant there. They are not giving money to no idiot. I know for sure, the whole money is not entering her hand in one tranche. It will be in installments and subject to verification/validation of work done. Bill gates Foundation needs that research badly cos of their involvement in the area she specialises in. It's for a reason that furthers their cause in providing humanitarian health care to Nigeria. They need quality data to work with. The job she's to do is huge too. Check it out. India for exam during the covid lockdown the govt paid 70% on certain commodities to help the masses and today they are still doing well. Me: Look, the USA shared money during the pandemic, but guess what happened to their total debt; it's increased. Going forward, Americans will feel the effect somehow. Some necessary cuts in spending will have to happen to pay back the money. Me: If we could just be printing money willy-nilly, why are we borrowing? Why not just print to finance your spending? The CBN governor must be dumb? This things work in most cases just that politics has spoilt everything. Me: There is no politics involved. It's a scam. The CBN released statements previously to deny those clowns. From "money is with CBN to it will enter June/July". Did CBN tell you to go register for any grant? Yet CBN was to transfer money to them o, before the change in story. THEOBARTH is giving 150 million to cluster chairmen, 100 million to director. 2 billion for every cluster. Do you really believe these bovine feaces. Forget about inflation. What is going on now is the More you look the less you see.even if they share 1million naira to every Nigerian there will not be any problem since they are somany ways they can control or limit peoples spending. Me: Don't forget inflation, please. Economists are still fighting over it till today cos it's an important parameter that can't be neglected. One million in the hands of every NIgerian is a sure recipe for inflationary pressure and disaster. The semi-autonomous body in Nigeria in charge of inflation is the CBN. We cant quickly ramp up production to subdue inflation if one million was shared. We dont have that productive capacity sef to start with. This is not USA. see.even if they share 1million naira to every Nigerian there will not be any problem since they are somany ways they can control or limit peoples spending. Me: But why set your house on fire so you can test the efficacy of extinguishers, if you get my drift? The bonds they issue is one way. Lending rates is another, and also Cash reserve ratio. Inflation will continue to be hard to control until we start producing enough to feed ourselves. One major driver of inflation in Nigeria is agricultural produce. In the USA and other developed countries, inflation is usually low. E.g 3%. In Naija, 11%, but recently it's around 17% abi. What caused it? food insecurity due to security issues is the chief cause. |
Sirjudy1:What an analysis! You read economics, isn't it. The part in bold has given you away. But one thing is sure: most beneficiaries (aka donors) will ignore the jewels this write up. |
peeps4u:The part in bold. ![]() ![]() . But I know one thing: it will go over their heads, that's for sure. Moronic updates is their favourite food. ![]() ![]() "CBN to transfer money to TELPECON". ![]() ![]() "TELEX COPY" ![]() ![]() "LONG TERM GRANT" ![]() ![]() "SHORT TERM GRANT" ![]() ![]() "ASSASSINATION ATTEMPT" ![]() ![]() |
kizsis:This is good news. We shall all smile. Let's put on our dancing shoes. It's finally over. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
THEOBARTH will disburse. No assassination attempt can stop disbursement. It will end in Joy. Let's remain prayerful. We shall soon put on our dancing shoes. Although they failed to disburse by second week of May, don't lose hope. This is not TELPECON or SEM that has failed to disburse several times. , ![]() ![]() |
slawormiir:Ette! |
Kingdemu:The dude is still using his account. Probably checking this thread anonymously by logging out of his account first from time to time to avoid being "caught" ![]() ![]() ![]() But no need to shame anyone, that's not the goal here. |
drmikeadams:That one wey say im know say TELPECON grant real cos im dey study about grant for school abi. ![]() ![]() I don't want to bring up his post about it to embarrass him even further; it's not necessary and shows a lack of tact. ![]() ![]() Just hope he's learnt about how real grants operates. One idiot should not be able to decieve Nigerian graduates about having money with CBN; a lodgement the CBN knows nothing about. ![]() ![]() Billions upon billions promised, yet Nigeria continues to borrow like it's free money. ![]() ![]() The scam is just too cheap for me. Too, too cheap ![]() ![]() |

booscy:You angry bro? Take it easy. |
Looks like the fake assassination attempt on the head honcho of THEOBARTH will pause disbursement forever. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
AlhajiBitcoin:Well said. Have a nice day. |
AlhajiBitcoin:You are quite right about the depreciation. But trade balance = export - import. |
This means the current account in our balance of payments is in the Red. But maybe it's not that bad since "Imports by SITC revealed that machinery & transport equipment accounted for N2.492.73bn." Importing machinery and transport equipment means you're importing to develop. More context is needed, certainly. |
Le124:Are they covering their faces with the placards? |
