Thank you for your response, yes i do,v i even sent them complaint. I collected my passport on 13/10/2022 and the enrollment ended on 14/10/2022. The school sent me mail not to come since i didn't meet the enrollment.

So you know, I did bio aug 20, call and issue was escalated on the 12 of sept., another escalation on 4 of October. All this while, i didn't receive any NSF mail.

I did my bio on Aug 20, called and issue was escalated on September 12, today make it 15 working days yet I called and I'm told decision not made and they will get in touch whenever a decision is made. Worst is I have never gotten NSF mail from Ukvi. The challenge is there is even no timeline for resolution and my school enrollment will be over my next week.
I will really appreciate any advice that can help

I'm experiencing similar issue did bio August 20, no NSF yet no decision. Monday will be 15 working day after escalation. We can only hope for the best

we gather dey ooo. Did my biometrics 25th August I never hear Sisi , I don do paid mail , 15th working day is Oct 10 deadline for school Oct 14. I really don't understand how people who did biometrics sept 1st (standard) have gotten their visa. It's very very frustrating

Seriously, I don't understand this anymore
I did my bio on 19th of August (standard, VI) and after much calls and mail, I received my brp letter on the 21st of September, indicating that decision was made on 12th of September.
Since then till now, my application is still with DMC.
I made another call this morning and I was told that so far I have my brp letter, nothing is wrong anywhere. He also acknowledged that my passport is with the DMC.

Honestly I'm tired!!!

I did my bio 25th August a decision still hasn't been made . This is very annoying

Have you tried sending a paid mail or doing a paid call? I did mine on the same day at TLS Ikeja and I have gotten collection mail for both my dependent and I.
