Thou shall not kill means you shouldn't take law into your hand by taking the life of another.

Elijah killed in self defence and not by swords or any physical means, it was by God's own power who rained fire on his enemies. The prophets of Bar accepted a challenge and died because they lost.

Elisha too didn't use any physical means to kill, it was by demonstration of God's power.

Muhammad used physical means to kill those who didn't believe him, why didn't he ask allahh to do the killing? Didn't allahh have power of his own? Tell me what supernatural things allahh did in the quran to promote himself.
