You see why I said some of you are learned but lacked wisdom. A case of forgery was said to have been established against Abure but the same institution, that is, Police that did the investigation, didn't sue Abure but it is members of his party that took up the case. Are you aware that a case of forgery is a criminal case that suppose to be handle by the police and not just civilian to make direct complain to the court.
All the shenanigans can only freak your kind because you refused to apply wisdom appropriately. The FHC judge in Abuja told Abure to step aside because he has been suspended and that was why Abure said, the court has no jurisdiction to hear the case because it was an internal party issue and those that brought the case has no locus standi to do so but the FHC Abuja said, it has jurisdiction to hear internal party issue now, that it was before but funnily just this year, a case between Suleiman vs APC was taken to supreme court and justices submitted that court has no right to dabble into internal affairs of any party. The question now is, where did the FHC judge derived his precedence from? The Common sense meant only for the wise ones.

^^ I've made money, lost money (mostly profits), and still making money...the best way to lose money is to be a day trader. You will hear am well. Except you are ready as a serial trader, monkey trading, jumping from one coin to another to take profits....it is a shuttle down to zero.

*my issue now is having good capital. To make good profits starts from $1000 above...$10k is ideal. but $1k is a start.

Making money is subjective...and presently, i have a limit I can use to trade...for now $500...if I make a 10% profit from that, that's $50. And after an accumulation to maybe $100, it goes straight to my naira bank account. The best temptation to lose all when you are still gaining experience is using one's total money to trade. From May, starting from Pepe run and the meme season, till now, profit is $400...and that's 300k. And there are bills to pay, man.

Yes, I trade with a small amount to *understand*, to test, and to know if I have mastered certain things because I recently switched from long term to weekly trading. After all, I have made some calls on coins on this thread that I was mostly right...that means if i have huge capital to invest, it is possible to make good profits. When I am ready to trade with 750k ($1000), I know when to start. No one wants to be in a position where he loses all and can't pay rent, groceries, etc because of investment go wrong...don't pray it for my enemy.

If you want to make it in the next bull run, then position trading is for you...similar to a long term investor. You start accumulating now before the ship sails...

I think some of you are learned but lack wisdom. Let me help you out. The case in Abuja FHC borders on forgery but the plaintiff rely on his suspension from his ward in Edo state. The main suit brought before the court is forgery and that was why Abure told the FHC that its has no right to hear the suit if because his suspension was not in Abuja but in Edo and is mainly internal party issue, which the supreme court have said in many of its ruling that court has no business in internal affairs of the party.
Meanwhile, Abure has appealed the ruling that says FHC Abuja have the right or jurisdiction to hear such case, note the main case has not even started but there still on jurisdiction to hear the case. The case was to come up yesterday but because Abure appealed the jurisdiction of the court that was why there was no sitting yesterday.
Let me also enlighten you also, all cases are decided now where the cause of action took place, as to avoid shopping for order and abuse of court process by politicians, except on issue that borders on two different states, then that can be taking to Abuja or where there is security breach in that particular state.

Doing Residency in the US is not that difficult. All you need is to prepare well for your USMLE especially by preparing on time. Many people make the mistake of preparing for the USMLE after they graduate & this is very wrong, You can still do that if you have no option but the best thing is to start preparing from 200level this has thee 3-fold advantage,

First, since you are studying side by side with your medical school course work, it makes preparation much easier, unlike if you wait till you graduate where you would have forgotten most of these things.

Second, you start Residency earlier because if you plan your time well, you can actually finish your exams just before internship, & you don’t spend extra years preparing which takes more time.

3rd you have an advantage when you match(residency application) because recent graduates have higher points then older graduates( though your Scores are also extremely important & your medical school grades), you would have higher points because you would have finished the exam earlier compared to someone who started preparing after NYSC.

The court only tossed PDP’s double nomination suit, that has nothing to do with Obi.

The Justices didn't "judge" the case. They only said PDP has no ground to bring up such petition, which is right.

However, PDP and LP has the grounds to bring it up at the Tribunal. There's no way out for Tinubu and INEC.
