Hi omotolu ,

You can submit pay slip that shows tax deduction. The pay slip is just to prove your income and a little bit of ties to naija. So you can go ahead and show that for visa application purposes. grin

Omotolu:
...is there any difference between pay slip (which reveals tax deduction) and tax return for the purpose of UK visa documentation? Can one submit pay slip that shows tax deduction only or tax return?

TravelSchengen Visa And Spouse Visa/brp by tunderule2016(op): 12:37pm On Apr 30, 2016
Questions are often asked if you hold a spouse/partner visa or biometric residence permit, can you travel through other EU countries without visa? Since most other EU countries are covered by Schengen visa, the reply only deals with it.
If you are a visa national for the Schengen countries, the fact that having a UK spouse visa doesn't exempt you from obtaining Schengen visa. Some non-Schengen countries like Ireland may have special rule for UK spouse visa holder, which you need to find out from the country in question. Often their embassy website in London carries details. So for example if you are an Indian national, hold UK spouse visa and want to visit France, you will require Schengen visa in advance - it can't be obtained at the French border, and without it you will be refused to board the flight or Eurostar to France. The fact you hold spouse visa does mean your application will be fast-tracked (at least in theory), you don't have to give details about booked accommodation etc (i.e. you don't need to answer questions on visa application form marked with *) and no fees are charged. Also you are more likely to be issued with a visa valid a year or more (but each stay is limited to 90 in 180 days) so you don't have to get a new visa for each trip.

If you are here under the EU regulations as a family member of non-UK EEA citizen, and you have residence card valid 5 years, then you don't need Schengen visa, provided you travel with your EEA partner or you are joining your partner at the destination. So if you are married to a German citizen and you hold residence card issued by Home Office, you can travel to Spain without Schengen visa with your partner. Such residence card is called Article 10 residence card. Also if you are in UK after utilising Surinder Singh provision and hold residence card, you can visit without Schengen visa. Remember, you must hold residence card and not just EEA family permit or certificate of application (COA), and you must travel with your partner or are reuniting with them. Otherwise you require Schengen visa.

It is simple... if funds are available ...she should resubmit a fresh application and make sure she satisfy them with what they required... that is showing pay slips and introduction letter from employers ..

To give a clear understanding you can try to attach the refusal paper along with the document list @justwise requested.

lewiskay:
hello house, i reeally appreciated your comment and advice, am a guy that has applied 3times for uk visa and was granted, i recentlt applied for a visa visa for me and my sister, am her sponsor and i she work in university in benin city. she was refused a visa while i was granted and i told them am going to uk because i promised her she will go with my. below is the embassy reasons for her refusal.
i have refused your application for visit because i am not satisfied that you meet the requirment of ...................... immigration rules.
althoug you stated your brother \is your financially sponsor i also take into consideration your personal and financial circumstance in nigeria.
you stated your apllication that you are single and are employed as higer excutive officer in the university earn 84.542.17 ( 292.58 permonth) you supplied zenith bank statement submiited and do not support recepit of this income. from the info on your application form and the document you have submiited. i am not satisfied that your employment and income is as stated. i am not satisfied that your econonic circumstance are settled and that they constitute ties thattend to support your stated intention to leave uk.
HOUSE i 4got to add the bank statement where salary show. but i dnt take it also because its just salary that goes in there and no reasonable fund there. only the zenith bank is her main account has 550k. she works in university a federal uni. what shoul i do since i cant go without her, she is the reason i applied for uk visa. thank
Hope justwise is here and other experts

Wow.... you are truly wise

isnovic:
See the normal rap for image management are

1. whip up sentiment
2. play the victim
3. Look straight at the camera and give a heartfelt tears ON CAMERA- live.

Nixon did it, the Bolivian Presidential candidate did it.
It is the oldest trick off the hat of any true Image makers.

Too many loop holes in the story she told.

1. The marriage has packed up 2 months ago, but yet you were still waiting for his call patiently or calling all night through to find out where he was 2-3 days back or concerned about his wellbeing.

OH!!!, I FORGOT YOU LOVE HIM MORE THAN HE LOVES YOU AND YOU ARE WILLING TO CLING ON NONETHELESS.
PLUS YOUR PARTYING ENDED QUITE (AS I CAN REMEMBER THAT NIGHT YOU HUNG OUT YOU MAVINS CREW AS REPORTED BY THE DAILIES)EARLY SO YOU GOT HOME AND WAS ABLE TO WORRY SICK FOR HIS RETURN.

2. You have filed for a divorce yet you expected him at home 2 days back home EARLY with all the SUPER MAN keeping YOUR ish aside and carry about fatherly roles as if nothing is changing!!!?

EVERYONE KNOWS THIS AIN'T SO. THE MAN IS HUMAN HE IS NOT MADE OF STEEL. AT LEAST NOT YET.

3. He womanizes. Show me any man or woman who is not guilty about this.

I REMEMBER THIS IS THE SAME ACCUSATION HE LAID ON YOU-YOU REFUTE YOURS AND WANT THE WORLD TO BELIEVE YOURS BECAUSE YOU ARE A BIGGER STAR OR BECAUSE YOU THREATENED OR IS IT PROMISED TO USE THE POLYGRAPH?

WITH THE POLYGRAPH TIWA YOU WILL BE DISGRACED...
MY ADVICE TO YOU STAY AWAY FROM IT WITHA LONG POLE AS TRYING IT ON LIVE TV WILL BE DISASTROUS.

4. Who was famous ab initio: The dude. The dude still is respected among his friends else no broke Nigga would attracts his dudes to come to
Lekki Bridge for a rescue mission.

NIGERIA CELEBRITY DREAD BROKE NIGGAS LIKE A PLEAGUE.
BUT YET HE PULLED THE LIKES OF BANKY, OKOYES FROM THEIR HOMES FOR EMOTIONAL SUCCOUR.

ONLY THE GUYS HE ACCUSED YOU OF SLEEPING WITH DID NOT COME EVEN THOUGH THEY LIVE CLOSE TO YOU AT THE ISLAND.

5. The dude bought a car, did not pay, he bought wristwatch he did not pay what about the so many things he had paid for your broke ass when you returned from London and when you were still trying to make it.

WHEN IT IS THE GUYS MONEY, IT IS OUR MONEY
IF IT IS THE WIFES MONEY, IT IS HER MONEY

6. The whipping sentiment part...was the miscarriage. Bad as this is. It is a shame you are using your dead baby for a shameful accusation of sleeping with all the men in the entertainment industry. Grow some sense.

7. The guy has undergone so much verbal abuse.....How I know, it is embedded in her statement of her mum admonishing her to not curse, respect and not denigrate the dude all the time, the mum factor is still in doubt.

8. The truth be told, the guy found solace in the drinks, drug(if true-this I doubt very much) and keeping late night because he is in an emotional torture and avoiding you or your mum.

YOU FOUND THE GUY IS A COC ADDICT BEFORE YOU MARRIED HIM AND YOU DID NOT CALL OFF YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM?
IT SHOWS YOU WERE IN THE RELATIONSHIP FOR SELFISH REASONS WHICH HE OFFERS OR LEVERAGING ON HIS INDUSTRY REPUTATION.
NOw YOU WANT THE WORLD TO BELIEVE THE TABLE ACCORDING TO R. KELLY HAS TURNED!!! IF IT HAS AND SO F**KING WHAT. CANN'T YOU ENJOY IT ALSO---- AS IF YOU MARRIED FOR BETTER ONLY.

I can imagine the house he lives in.
Plus His action of putting some money aside may be as a result of friends and mother brainwashing Tiwa to separate business from marriage culminating in the sacking of the dude.
9. The story of cutting hair whilst the baby food is finish is so irresponsible. Tiwa will not swear that her hair/nails/Toiletries or her make-up were not done during this time.

WHO IS MORE GUILTY THEN...YOU THE MOTHER OR HIM?

the truth is that they are in the public image industry. Things like unkept hair, Bad dress sense or public slip..... and not keeping up with the jones can spoil your carreer and Rep forever.

TIWA OF ALL PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS
THE BLEACHING SAGA REMINS EVERYONE
PLUS HIDING THEIR BABY'S FACE ALSO RESULTED IN A BACKLASH.

10. Not calling you in the Hospital is exaggerated am sure, as most of the times in shows like this, these artists are hardly with their phones. PAs normally pick all their calls while they perform plus the guy might be tired of the junketing like Nigerians are tired of PMB.

So many more loop holes in her version.
A woman interviewer completes the icing on the cake.

Tiwa well done for ruining your marriage....you may not need him as you may be think you have all the ish planned out and taken care of but the baby, IF HE IS THE REAL FATHER AS THE PATERNITY OF THE BABY IS IN QUESTION will surely ask for the father.

The dude will survive this, and if anything we know of him; he might just get his groove back like Stella.

Their is two side to a coin.....and both sides are very important. So touching but i will say it is important to hear the other side of the coin.

P.S. A man or a woman can have all the bad act in this world , but for you to turn to marry this dude ... you must have seen something great, good and lovely about him... get back to those things... A marriage or most marriages goes through a trial stage... this is one and you guyz are breaking already

Proverbs 14:1 The wisest of women builds her house, but folly with her own hands tears it down.

There are a lot of method for clearing cookies but the best which i use is a software called CCLEANER which can be found on a site called www.filehippo.com read about it so you know what you are downloading bruv; but it is the best cleaner of cookies for now and also help other unwanted trojans some site drops on systems.

Another easier method, go to settings and clear your history that helps too but not deeply because some sites are stubborn. Enjoy Bros Naira .. let me know if you need more understanding of the software. you will see other interesting softwares too there for your enjoyment lol.

nairacountry:
Bros Tunne, how do one 'clear cookies'? I'm highly interested coz I can confirm wat u said about incessant increase in price of flight
Thanks

From experience , Yes it is a red flag if it is a one off towards when you intend to apply for a visa except you can prove otherwise the reason , it will be a major refusal.

NaGodwin:
Is Cash deposit a red flag?
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016:
You can get cheaper flight.... check opodo, skyskanner, kayak, travelzoo and others.... i heard there is a naija airline aside from Arik that flies into london; you can check them out too they might be cheaper.

When searching try to always clean cookies because Airline nowadays, if you check the same destination twice or three times you will notice they have increased from the exact amount they showed to you the first time.... They are smart too they notice the person is interested so they increase fee... so always remember to clear cookies

@Worry359 is right.... Your records of returning is the most important to them.... and it is important you have not had ISSUES in those countries

As i said earlier... being honest and open about your situation will allow everyone to give u a clear help...

worry359:
They are not interested in those countries for visa issue.
They are only interested if you have visited and returned from good countries like UK, USA, or Shengen group.

Also you say you do not know the reason for your visa refusal.
You WERE given a reason at the USA embassy, it is part of there system. You have either lost or hidden it.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016:
The best i can tell you is this.... UKBA uses the living cost (supporting funds) depending on where you traveling to in the UK... The living cost in London is greater than every other cities. Presently £1,265 per month for living costs in London and £1, 015 for outside London. The best i can do right now from work to get the link is to search google on Supporting funds attached to Tier 4. that gives you the basic idea they use as supporting funds. Before the new changes it was 800 pounds per month for 2 months. You must have enough money to support yourself whilst visiting in the UK.

Hope that gives u a clear picture ....

Try to approximate your figures... 379.613 just put as (380 approx.)

As i have explained to you previously, you need to show 800 pounds per month for 2 months. (showing you have 1053 = 300,000 plus) but (800x2 months = 500 000k approximately) . This does not include accommodation and flight .. it is maintenance. Showing 1053 personally for me does not meet it. It has to be 500k or above.

I am trying to retrace your threads again so i can understand how much you budge for the plan and how much is in your account. But i will give you more response when i get home. I can see my other colleagues here have made great points so please heed to them...

again make use of this link

https://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/ this is what UKBA uses for currency calculation.

If not substantial I will recommend they should not include it but should address letter to the Home office regarding you having a cooperative account with them which i believe it is more like a saving/investment. A contact number /email should be included in it and obviously a letter headed. That is my take.... You will get more advice soon from others.. Good luck bruv

@ tuned its not substantial
wow thanks a bunch ..............will keep up posted on the development.

I attached some documents showing samples of letters which you can get an idea. I cant believe you did not get it .. let me attach here again.. Hope it helps...

Your cooperative does not need to specify if the amount is not substantial, but if the amount is substantial i will advise they include it and also states with the tendency of it increasing more in the future. But just for numbers sake can you specify in round figure how much they intend to specify?

Your co operative can copy some initiative form the LLC i attached with this email.. if they intend not to specify the amount in question..
