Please can I use this Lease agreement and the rent receipt to justify other credits into my salary account? Yes

Make sure the company letter includes date of leave and also confirm you will be on holiday.... during period of travel...
Bank reference not important but if u want to include fine.
Hope your account balance is on strong mode?
you can include car documents; it is optional but if u want.

Good luck!!

Kazumu:
Good day my good people. Please am a silent reader of this thread and will like to ask questions concerning my proposed visa application.
I am an employee with a monthly salary of N250,000 directly credited to my account on a monthly basis but equally collect rent from my late parents inherited acres of land. The rent due is credited into my salary account virtually every week. I have the lease agreement prepared by our family lawyer where our names( junior sister and i ) are stated as the beneficiaries of the payment.
Please can I use this Lease agreement and the rent receipt to justify other credits into my salary account?

I have the following to submit with my application:
1. Employment letter
2. Six months payslip duly stamped by my company
3. Tax clearance card I obtained before joining the company. Direct assessment is written on the card but tax is monthly deducted from my salary on a monthly basis.
4. Marriage certificate and family pictures
5. Wife and son UK visa data pages
6. Property receipt jointly owned by wife and I
7. Six month statement of account with a closing balance if N1.3m but well operated for over 6months.
8. Bank Reference
9. Introduction letter from my company
10. Additional information explaining other income to my account, itinerary, budget analysis for 7days as £1000
12. Lease Agreement
13. Rent Receipt.
14. Hotel reservation

Kindly help me review and comment.

Thank you

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 8:30pm On Jun 13, 2016
I am glad to hear you have found one hospital. Get all the necessary documents and most importantly show u have ties in Nigeria, such as bank statement, employment letter, shares or assets, properties, if married show marriage certificate. Also, follow the link i sent to u ..

Apply for a standard visa.... (6 months) if your treatment will be more than 6 months , you can apply for extensions.
some important points

Private Medical Treatment
You must provide a letter from your doctor or consultant in the UK, which includes:
 details of the condition requiring treatment or consultation
 estimated costs and likely duration of treatment
 details of where treatment or consultation will take place
 if you are applying for an 11 month visa and are from a country listed in
Appendix T part 1 of the Immigration Rules you must provide a valid medical
certificate issued by a medical practitioner listed in Part 2 of Appendix T

Please also look through this link... it will be of help for your standard visa....
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor-rules

In my personal opinion i will say you should pay the 300 pounds before u apply. You do not need anyone anymore.. i only suggested you use a family to contact them because you said they have not responded to you.

If you decide to pay , then make sure u include payment confirmation. Good luck

wecgreatnaija:
oh yes...
I HV been invited for assessment and consultations with a
doctor at £300. pls what is d nex thing? I have someone there, how does the person appear in the hospital instead of d patient. am I going to apply for visa based on the consultation before the actual treatment or what?
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 2:40pm On Jun 11, 2016
sorry i responded late.....traveling things..
Best way to go about it is to contact them over the phone ... they tend to give u the best answer. a credit or debit card should be available because they will charge you about 1.34 pounds per mins. Good luck bruv.. Do not panic too much but please contact them asap; emails take forever and you do not get best response.

I really do not think so... as it is in your child name not yours... and secondly, money to be used for uk visa application has to be in your name or someone sponsoring you.

Hello house, can We use investment/fixed deposit certificate that is done in our child's name for our UK visa application? Will it be tenable?

Wish u all the best and thanks for sharing...

Fyorgyn:
Hello house, last week, I needed information on withdrawing my UK visa application but didn't get any from here. I promised to share my own experience.

1. I called UKVI (you need your debit card for this call), was told my application had not been assessed and to withdraw it I'd have to go to Teleperformance-takes 48-72hrs

2. I went to ikeja Teleperformance with my collection slip and was given a form to fill and asked to make a copy of the form (You'd need to go with some extra cash or your card to pay for this)

3. I was told the passport will be ready in 3-4 working days as I don't have that long to wait I asked if there was anything I could do. I was told to just pray that sometimes it comes in 2days.

4. Thirty minutes later I get a mail that a decision had been made on my application... phew... I'm now not sure if my application was withdrawn or If it was still assessed.

5. This happened yesterday... hopefully id get my passport tomorrow and update the house

Hope this helps someone else

Regards

Well Good luck then... since the british definition of crime is different.....me i no know the meaning. thanks for sharing.. lol

Maybe the gov.uk english is also wrong when it states on the link below that; under this Other information you’ll need details of any criminal, civil or immigration offences you have committed . Well good luck Mr dtraveler..

https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa/documents-you-must-provide

dtraveler:
There's a lot of wisdom in what diamondsare4eva wrote. and I think you should get to read it again.

Technically, it's a criminal case. But in reality, it's not criminal due to the the nature of the landlord trying to criminalize a civil case. And there in lies the wisdom.

The british definition of a crime is definitely not the same as this. The police is not even supposed to get involved in stuff like this.

The whole goal is to for a landlord to get paid. not for a person to become a criminal.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 6:19am On Jun 08, 2016
You are confusing me to be honest... (u saying u also have means u have two cases...)which is why am so confused... here is your sentence below ...

It's a criminal case as long as it's the case of the Police vs dtraveler. I also have concurrent civil case with my landlord,

if it is not a criminal case which i said from my first message before u confused me, then u dont have to make it a big deal.... but did u do any finger prints? if No then you are fine... you could chose not to include it ....
But if your answer is YES please include in application. Good luck

dtraveler:
Nothing to sniff into, nothing can be serious between one and his landlord. or abi?... Can be a stubborn tenant, stubborn landlord, nothing new.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 6:42pm On Jun 07, 2016
Then you have to state it in there then.... as i said earlier u will have to state the whole scenario but from your second message i can deduce it is something very serious... so please do state it in there .

Yes i know nigeria gives 5 years.... come to think of it .. the uk issues 10years visa for nigerian applicants so obviously they can issue the 5 years on the 4 years 3 months visa...

dtraveler:
It's a criminal case as long as it's the case of the Police vs dtraveler. I also have concurrent civil case with my landlord, so I do know the difference. I think I will attach a copy of the charge sheet.

Nigeria only gives 5years passport. Nothing more. And I don't want to apply for 2years anymore. And I cannot get antoher passport until this expires, or can I? it still as: 4years and 3 months to expire.

TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 11:11am On Jun 07, 2016
dtraveler:
I have previously applied and successfully gotten 6 months, 2 years visas, and considering going for a 5years visa.

I want to ask 2 questions from the house.

1. My passport which i got about 9 months ago has about 4years plus to expire, how will this work? 5 years visa cannot be issued on a passport with less than 5 years validity so u need to get a new passport or apply for another 2 years .. your choice. Attach old passport with new when applying

2. During application, I was asked if I had any criminal case pending. I actually do, but I want to know if this will affect my application. You see, I was owing my landlord and he got me involved with the police and didn't bulge and the case is still going through trial, obviously this is a civil case, but it's been on for since 2014... Is it wise to state this on my application or simply to ignore it? it is not a criminal case except you are not telling us the full depth of what happened. It is more or less a civil case (frontpagelawyer am i right). So it is important you know how to word it in the additional information box. if you have the reference case number you can input it too. I have seen a case on youtube where a man lied at the police station and when he was applying in nigeria on interview they told him the whole case, that he lied to the police in uk.. . so bruv the choice is yours. Good luck

Thank you. Appreciate you guys a great deal.
TravelRe: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by tunderule2016: 11:01am On Jun 07, 2016
I will reckon you first contact the necessary hospital where you are intending to get treatment . On the Uk page which you can go read more ....You might need to provide additional documents if you’re visiting the UK for private medical treatment. Good luck.

go to documents you require...

I have been worried about u ....
Tell your husband to take a photocopy print out of is passport or any other form of ID...
when i collected mine... i had no id with me... so he tore my package and took out my passport , asked me to go downstairs to go print out ... and i did and they accept cards or cash.

Tell your husband not to be surprise if he did not see any documents in the parcel... as mine has no document except my PASSPORT, TB CERTIFICATE and Letter confirming BRP and success. All the documents was sent to my wife in UK...

Cant wait to hear your great news...

nky2015:

Thank! Thanks!! Thanks!!! Is very clear to me now. But what about travel insurance sir ?
TravelRe: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by tunderule2016: 12:52am On Jun 04, 2016
sister2007:
@Justwise

please just a point of correction that you still get housing and council tax benefit up to a salary of £20000 a year. its not the number of hours you work but the amount of salary you get. I am on a salary of £20000 a year but still get housing benefit because I have two kids and also get working and child tax credits.

secondly I applied for my husband's visa and honestly told them that I receive all of the following benefits and it does not affect your application as long as you earn the income required by law.

Thirdly a lot of people on here seem to believe that when you receive the processed email with a reference number it means you have a visa, and I will say it is not true because my husband had the reference number and his visa was rejected and it took a month before we had the Health Surcharge refunded.
I am really sorry about your husband....application, stay positive and everything will come as u wish... I really do not believe in the subject email with VAF....too but for the IHS refund i think i do, applicant do get refunded before decision email... there is always an exception in every rule...so yours might be the exception whereby the bank did not process your refunded early into your account.. I have seen about 4 to 5 cases of visa rejected and they were refunded before decision email... even on some other forums... involving other countries.

Most times when IHS refunds money ... it then balls down to the bank to accept and drop the money into your account... again sorry about your application...

You do not need to submit your personal account... but if you think u feel comfortable then it is fine... But make sure you let them know about your past records about your dad sponsoring you and you having a good travel record by not frustrating the immigration rules....

Remember u need to show strong ties in nigeria.... adding your dad passport page will not be a bad idea.....

Thanks so much bro. I am a student. You don't think there's a need to submit my personal statement of account too, right?
