I can tell you authoritatively that a fresh graduate in Shell earns as much as 500k per month after tax, including allowances and in a month when they pay some mad allowances, a fresh graduate could go home with about 700k and above depending on the allowance.

I can authoritatively assure you that the month people collect 700K, that is not the month of mad allowances, months of mad allowances you see things like 1.5m, 2m at least 1.2m that is mad allowances. I am not talking of experineced, I am talking of entry level and I mean it. My good friend up was just being conservatiive; the british part of shell is entering into him. Though the normal monthly take home is less than 500K say about 440k or so (in shell o), anyway it is close to 500k.

Well the best Federal highway in this country at present is Benin-Warri Dual carriageway except for one deep hole you might not notice from the Benin end b4 u enter Delta state. If you enter that hole ur rim fit bend. Followed by Benin-Asaba because the alignment and the structure is not as good as Benin-Warri. Abuja roads are the best intra-state roads in Nigeria. No doubt, pls visit Abuja and see what Nigeria should actually look like.

Lagos-Ibadan
Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria
Sokoto-Gusau (just repaired recently)
Abuja-Lokoja (fair only that the volume of traffic is exceedingly overwheming)
Abuja-Jos (via barde not Akwanga)
Osogbo-Offa (fair but the Offa-Ilorin axis is terrible)

Other roads are death traps and thieves' hide out
Sagamu-Benin
Ibadan-Ilorin-Jebba-Mokwa-Kaduna
Mokwa-Makera-Kontagora-Sokoto (very terrible dont even try it)
Port Harourt-Aba-Enugu
Ilorin-Kabba (Via Egbe and Isanlu)
Gombe-Yola (death trap yet Atiku was president for two terms.

Do you guys no what you are talking about, those sizes you are quoting are almost 1 hectare = 10,000m2, the standard plot is 120feet x 60feet, in cases where you barawo land owners, it is 100feet x 50feet or lesser. It is usually proper to ask for the size and even employ a surveyor to confirm for you before commiting yourself. Cheers.
